The part that bothers me is the watery soap from the foaming brush. It's almost as if they do they to make you have to wash the car 2x. It's like a money grab. The heads on the brushes are small and circular. It's definitely some scam type activities from whoever owns or run this place. It's ways to just make you spend as much as possible while not really providing anything except a quick rinse off. I went here maybe 2x when I lived in Towson and stopped and started traveling all the way back to Dundalk to go to my old carwash simply because it's a better carwash and you get more than what you pay for. The outside was fine, and the front half of my car on the inside was fine, but they didn't touch any of my seats in the back. At all. There was still sand and pet hair on the floorboards and backseats (got back from vacation). And it wasn't like a bomb went off in the backseat with sand and hair all over the place. For 47 bucks I expect them to at least make some effort to vacuum the ENTIRE interior. Maybe it was because my vehicle isn't a high-End luxury car? Or maybe it was the workers being lazy? Mixture of both? Who knows. I will only be going here for the exterior from now UPDATE: My last review from last year was 2 stars. Changed it to 4 stars today. I paid for the platinum detail and the employees did a great job with the interior. Was it perfect? There is no scrubbing the dirt off. 2) The tire cleaner is a joke. Doesn't work 3) Pay extra for hot wax sometimes it works but most of the time it doesn't. If you asked for a refund you won't get it. So your paying for something that you may not get. 4) Sometimes the carwash doesn't come on and wash your car. You have to drive around again to ride through again. 5) They don't dry your car completely 6) Cleaning the inside yourself- vacuum are clogged, cleaning supplies the bottles are low. Clean cleaning rags are hard to get. They don't keep up with the rags. Trash all over the ground. You still leave with a car alittle cleaner then when you came in. We will be spending are hard earned money somewhere else since the manager and corporate doesn't care about the service.

There was leftover disinfectant or excess UV protection that left an oily feel to the interior consoles and wheel. I left it to dry for several hours but it was still oily where I had to wipe everything down with a microfiber cloth. Several stains were not cleaned (might not have been part of the detailing package I guess). There were a couple of orange stains in the backseat that weren't there before ... maybe it happened during cleaning but it came off with a quick rub with a wet rag. Lastly, the outside edges of the trunk and my wheels were not cleaned well or at all.

My truck had a good amount of scratches from off-roading and I knew going in not every scratch would come out.
