I waited for a little while in the front lobby after checking in, but the girls helped me to some "Spa water" and made sure I was comfortable. I was also given a heated neck wrap which was really nice because I am always cold. Anastasia was masseuse and she did excellent with meeting my needs for pressure/tension areas. Would book again for her. My pedicure was done by another really nice woman, sorry I did not get her name. She did a great job though. The ambiance was very modern, chic. But after the mail tech got started, he made no conversation and rushed through my nails. Honestly it was such an uncomfortable experience and when he finished, I didn't even get a chance to ask him to fix my nails because he didn't say a word to me and just went to the next customer. So obviously they just squeezed us in and apparently he did not care what my nails looked like. I still had paint chips on the side, he never bothered to clean them up or anything. They are uneven and look like a toddler painted them. When he put the lotion on my hands so was really rough and rushed that too. This mail tech was a younger male. Tony, another nail tech that did my nanas nails was able to fix mine a bit that he could. Maybe all techs aren't like the one I had, but I will not be back to this business.
