I will say their pedicures are very good at a good price. My GEL polish (that cost extra) was peeling off three days later (I work in an office so it wasn't due to extreme activities). The gel polish for my hands and toes alone was $55... Today I went to get the polish and nails removed. If you have acrylics you know they can and should be soaked off. I asked for them to be soaked off and they ignored that and cut then ripped the acrylics off my nails; it HURT. She also cut my toe nail in a way that made me BLEED. So, safe to say I will not return to this establishment. The two starts are for the pedicure I got 3 week ago but it was not good enough to return.

I was even asked to put both hands in the UV lamp on top of each other which there was not room for and I have never been asked to do before. Instead of attempting to solve the issue he charged me full price (if there was a discount it wasn't mentioned) and hovered over me when I left a tip which made me really uncomfortable. If anyone has a consistent technician that they like at this location I am all ears. Otherwise I will be moving on. The trust is completely broken. Totally careless.

But after the mail tech got started, he made no conversation and rushed through my nails. Honestly it was such an uncomfortable experience and when he finished, I didn't even get a chance to ask him to fix my nails because he didn't say a word to me and just went to the next customer. So obviously they just squeezed us in and apparently he did not care what my nails looked like. I still had paint chips on the side, he never bothered to clean them up or anything. They are uneven and look like a toddler painted them. When he put the lotion on my hands so was really rough and rushed that too. This mail tech was a younger male. Tony, another nail tech that did my nanas nails was able to fix mine a bit that he could. Maybe all techs aren't like the one I had, but I will not be back to this business.
