This is your standard storage unit. All units are accessible from your vehicle. They aren't open 24…read morehours, but their hours aren't impossible to work around. The manager was very friendly and helpful when I was setting up my account and getting my unit. She was very knowledgable about the property and was able to answer all my questions and address my concern about the possibility of flooding. Flooding was my biggest concern when choosing any storage unit in Virginia Beach, especially in the Hilltop area. So far so good! She recommended products that would be the best solutions for the items I was planning to keep there- but not in a pushy sales way. They do have a pretty solid special of $1 for your first month. They require that you purchase some level of insurance, but the prices are reasonable and this is standard practice for storage facilities. Solid spot in a really convenient location for work, home, and Target. ;-)

I am active duty military and needed a unit immediately due to a short notice, long deployment. Ruth (staff member) was very helpful and honest. She was patient and expertly recommended different sizes based on my needs and wants. She also explained their military discount, policies and specials. She was a consumate professional. Here's the painful truth: their unit rent prices are competitive but their moving and packing materials are a bit expensive. Overall, I had a great initial experience and got just what I needed. The customer service here was better than it was at the Public Storage or the MiniStorage facilities near by. Need a storage unit and want the down and dirty on recommended sizes and pricing? Stop in and see AAAA. I don't know what the letters stand for but they are AAAA-Ok in my book so far.
