When I was finally able to get to my designated spot i discovered that the adjacent trailer is parked partially in my assigned location rendering the spot unusable. The clerk was unable to help except to say come back tomorrow. Ok, so is this Oz? I arrived the following morning, panicked as I was on my way to pick up a trailer & needed to be able to park it asap. The clerk assigned a new spot. Talk about skid row, the area looks like a salvage yard...so much for the requirements that vehicles must be in working order as most had flats. And the 'new' spot has no visible lines or location markers so I had to guess that I was not only in the correct location but that I was not in the adjacent spot. Yeah, not even close to the pictures on the Public Storage website. To top things off, despite the failure of the staff to ensure the original location was usable, I was CHARGED AN ADDITIONAL FEE TO MOVE FROM AN UNUSABLE LOCATION! 0 stars, I prepaid a month but am already looking for a new rental space. Perhaps the 428 location is ok but the 429 annex across the street is terrible!
