I had a dent in the very center of the hood of my brand new Audi A7, and I had a guy come out to work on it, but he said he couldn't realistically fix it. He was very good at communicating what's possible and what isn't, meaning he makes sure to manage customer's expectations. Anyway, he worked, and worked, and worked, and just refused to give up when any reasonable person would have said "that's as good as it's going to get". His commitment and persistence was off the chart. He had told me at the very outset (before seeing how tough the dent was) to expect around 80-85% improvement.
