I accidentally dropped a heavy crate on the hood of my Tesla and left sharp dent. Fortunately the hood had paint protection film (PPF) so the paint wasn't chipped. I reached out to Alex at DentsMaster and sent him a few photos. He was extremely honest from the start and told me that while he could remove the dent, the scratch in the PPF would likely be visible afterwards. I really appreciated the honesty. Another dent repair company told me the PPF would need to be removed before they could fix the dent, which would have meant re-wrapping the hood and spending hundreds more dollars. Alex, however, was able to repair the dent without removing the PPF, which saved me a lot of money. He arrived at my house right on time, was friendly and professional, and fixed the dent in minutes. I couldn't believe how fast the repair was. Even though the dent had a sharp edge, he got it completely out and the hood looks perfect. In person, he gave me a thorough walk through of the extent of the dent, which was quite large, and the work he would have to do.
