It's been approximately 10 days since I first asked for assistance. Not a good experience at this point.

I could not recommend Redline even more! My left fender had gotten hit when parked on Friday, and the next day after Redline helped fix my dent. I had replaced my fender 2 weeks ago from a deer collision, so the paint was still fresh, and Jacob was conscious of that when fixing the dent. He arrived punctually, gave a reasonable quote that was far better than other local mobile dent repairers (I live in Santa Cruz), and paid much attention to detail. He made sure that the dent looked as smooth as possible and spent extra time on smaller details that would go unnoticed to the average eye. Tried to proactively reach out after they responded to my inquiry, but I received no response. Followed up twice. Review is for the total lack of response, can't speak for their service but even if you're flexible, you apparently won't get a response. EDIT: In response to the business's response to my review: You're offering a service. I put out a bid. You responded to my bid. I responded to schedule the work. You didn't respond. I followed up. You didn't respond again. I waited over 2 weeks before leaving a review on my experience. I can't speak to your work or the way in which you communicate to other customers, but in my experience, the communication was non-existent after replying to your own bid for a job. I respect that you have lots of clients, and clearly my job (that you responded to) wasn't a priority or worth a response, which is what I am leaving a review about. Jacob came out to see the car to offer an estimate the same day I called. He was very friendly and offered great information. After his assessment of the needed dent repairs, he explained many reasons why he felt these dents were risky to try to pull out. He also explained in detail why he was not going to attempt to repair them. He did however recommend a body shop. He called the shop and the shop was able to deliver a ballpark quote over the phone. I requested a quote from redline and got a message back from Jacob not long after who gave very fair quote compared to his competitors in the area some of them upwards of $600 and more. After requesting a video of the dent to better assess the damage we were able to schedule. Jacob is super friendly, professional and knows his trade. He spent about 1 hour and half to 2 hours fixing the dent and he kept working it until were both satisifed with the result. First off, Jacob has amazing follow up. I found him on yelp when I was looking for a quote. Although I wasn't in a rush to remove the dent it was so nice of him to periodically check in and check if I was ready. He was always quick with his replies. Fast forward to the repair and he was on time and gave a quick assessment of the dent. He explained that my vehicle was aluminum and not steel. So, it wouldn't pop out as easily. With that said he was still able to remove the dent! Also, his quote/estimate was consistent with what he charged.
