Her response is, "I don't know, but we only have 3 people, and no one has the time to call and verify." I offered to do it with her on the phone, but that was an unacceptable option. I offered to make do it on the day of the appointment, but that was also unacceptable. I actually like him as a doctor, but I'm going to look elsewhere.
