Date of Transaction- August 15th, 2025 I purchased 4 doors with glass panels. Upon delivery of the doors, I asked the delivery person to place the doors in a safe, secure location in the home. The delivery person stated they would move the doors to the location once they had unloaded all 4 doors. They placed the first 2 doors that were in a box against the wall when you first walk in. The 3rd door was an AC glass louvre door that they attempted to place against the 2 other doors. The AC door was not in a box and was only wrapped in plastic. The delivery person saw that the door was sliding on the tile floor, but insisted on standing the door up. I asked them once again to place the door in a secure location, but he insisted on bringing in the last door before he placed it anywhere else in the home. When he went to get the last door by the time he came back, the door slid and had a hard fall. When he came back in, the other delivery person asked his partner why did you leave it standing up. The guy stated I was going to move it into the room after I brought the last door in. Upon looking at the door, the glass was broken on the door. They placed the 3 other doors in the location I requested, took the broken door out of the house, and stated they will swap it out. Two mins later, they came back and stated they would leave the door and have someone pick it up with the replacement. The next day, no one contacted me. I contacted the store, who then told me they fulfilled the order, and if the door fell on my property, it's my responsibility, and I would need to pay a fee for them to change the door. I did not feel I should pay the fee, given that they did not secure the door and caused it to break on delivery. They tried to tell me it was my responsibility to move the door when it was placed in the home, which is ridiculous because the door was heavy. They wanted me to pay an additional $149 to replace the door that they didn't secure upon delivery. On top of this, I explained my cousin had died the same day of the delivery, and the back and forth with them was causing me more emotional distress. They refused to swap out the broken door without a fee, and I was not going to pay for something negligent on their part. read more

This all started on 06/28/2021 where I decided to take out a dinning table as well as a vanity from Premium Furniture's and Acima to build my credit. In June when the items were scheduled for delivery I was informed that it will not be delivered on the day they told me it was going to be delivered after reaching out to them several times during the day with a confirmation that it will be. I called a few days after to cancel as they were all unprofessional and abrupt. I was told yes it was. Then called back to say no it wasn't cancel days after when I already went to a different store and purchased the items. I told them I didn't want it. Fast forward to OCTOBER 2021 my credit was decreasing as it states that I have missed payments from premium furniture and I didn't receive the item soo HOOWWWWW?????? Fast forward to November 3rd 2021 after dealing again with Marcy/ Marcia STORE MANAGER WHICH IS EXTREMELY UNPLEASANT! My items were delivered just to be told that it was complimentary as they have proof that they did deliver it the first time. Proof that they are unable to provide to me. Which again lies/ scam. I have now several late payment to be reversed from Arcimq which cannot do so unless premium furniture confirms that yesterday was the first delivery and they refused to do so! Moral of the story! If I can give it 0 stars I would. I DONT recommend this place at all. I was searching for a Twin Bed for my daughter and decided to look on Facebook market place. I found premium furniture selling a small twin bed. I called and they told me I had to go in person to see the "promotions" they had. So last Friday July 31 I decided to go by. The lady showed me a bed they had for $299 with the mattress included. I paid $299 plus $99 for them to deliver and assemble the furniture. Since the weather was going to be bad because of the hurricane she said I would have my furniture delivered the following Monday or Tuesday. Monday morning I called and she said Tuesday will be the day. Tuesday comes and it's 12 pm. I decided to call and ask if they can give me an ETA she said they couldn't provide me with an ETA and that all deliveries started at 5pm on the south side.... mind you I'm less than 8 mins from their store. Sooo I said okay... I call back around 5 and asked again what's the latest the driver will come? The lady that answers the phones says "I don't know" they go whenever they're done and they can go.. sooo pretty much they start delivering at 5pm and if they come to your house at 10 pm then that's ok?? I found that so unprofessional... but anyways I stayed calm and respectful. She said they would call me 30-45 mins ahead of time.. Finally I get a call at 8:30 pm. It's the driver telling me he is 5 mins away .. he came he looked like he was in a rush. He had me sign some papers and he takes the things into my daughters room with a little boy he was with. He places the boxes in my room and says "there was a delay so someone will come tomorrow to build the furniture but you can use the mattress on the floor"... I swear I wanted to tell him off. He left and once my husband got home we built the bed which honestly is horrible but whatever... so I call today Aug 5 and I asked him that extra money they charged me for them to "build the furniture" could be refunded to me. The girl I spoke to said she would have to speak to the delivery manager and they could give me a "store credit" . I honestly didn't argue with them. She said she would call me back she never did! At this point I let it go because you can tell what type of people they are and what type of business they have. They're unprofessional and they are all lacking customer service skills. I would honestly like to say a lot more about each one of these individuals but I'll keep it classy. So yea they never called back to check if I built my furniture they never gave me a call back after I spoke to that girl from the front desk. This furniture store is just a mess. A month ago I bought a mattress in this place and everything was fine, yesterday I came back for another like the previous one... today they sent it to my house, and we put it in bed to prove it. Ohh surprise... it was a completely different mattress, very soft, low quality and different from the first one we bought... when we called the store, they told us that there were no refunds for having removed the protective plastic (everything that comes to our house is disinfected, and if you have a box or plastic, this is immediately removed by reasons for covid) and they told me that they sell generic mattresses and that some were better than others, but they didn't tell us this when we bought the mattress... my recommendation is to stay away from this kind of business, places like that should not exist in our community. read more

So I was in the market for new furniture. Every place I went to were giving me prices that were frankly too expensive for my budget. I decided against a known, major furniture retail chain and decided to check out Premium Furniture and I was not disappointed. The owner William was very helpful when it came to finding and selecting what I was looking for. The price was way cheaper than what I was given at the major retailers. I was worried due to the price, the quality would be poor, however I was pleasantly surprised that the quality of the furniture is very comparable to that of something from a major retailer. I will definitely be coming back here for any future furniture needs. read more

I dont like to leave bad reviews because I believe everyone is allowed to have bad days but this place is so horrible I needed to say something. For starters their customer service is trash. They were supposed to deliver AND assemble a bedroom set for my mom. The delivery guy gets here almost at 9pm and is totally rude and impatient. Has me sign some papers and when he's getting ready to leave I tell him we paid for them to assemble it as well he then says that they're so backed up they'll be sending another person to assemble. I'm thinking it's 9pm, when the heck are they supposed to get here? Anyways they never show up so my elderly mother (who has a bad back) has to sleep on my bed because they just expect you to sleep on the floor. I call the next day and speak with two different women, Marcia and Ada. BOTH are incredibly rude. It almost felt like this is a set up and a SCAM and they're just used to brushing peoples complaints off. I ended up having to assemble the furniture myself because the assembly people "quit" and then when I tried to get my refund, they only returned $19.99 of the $100 we paid. Okay..... let's just say I will never purchase from this place again. Even if they had a SUPER 90% off sale. My first ever encounter with this company was fine and i still have and love my furniture i received from them. My dad purchased a night stand and dresser for me about 3-4 years ago from them. Last summer, I moved into a new place and my bf and I agreed to buy the remaining pieces of the set to accommodate both of our things. I called in JULY '20 and was given one price ($199 for chest and $99 for nightstand) which I figured was reasonable and we agreed to purchase. I called again in SEPTEMBER '20 and was given the same price. Called yet again JANUARY 2,2021 after the holidays and was yet again given the same price and after the hustle and bustle of the holidays and getting settled in we went to the store to purchase the following Monday. And of course the price had finally changed to 249 and 149. First red flag. We purchased it anyway Jan 4th and was promised it would be ready within 7 days and delivered the following Tuesday, 1/12/21. It was not. I had to call the store myself to find that the date had been pushed back or "in the system" for the 18th. No one ever contacted me. I called the store maybe 30 times throughout this whole ordeal and was always promised a called back and never received one. I even call the alternative number and was told that no one called me because they "probably didn't have any information to give me" about MY order that they had no problem charging me or returning my calls for! Ridiculous. I took off work to even make sure I was there to receive my delivery on the specific date I was given to not receive my furniture the day I was promised. Had they communicated with me that not order world be delivered in the 18th in a timely manner instead of on the 11th after I reached out to them first I would have been fine. I feel as though they need to be more upfront and communicate better with those who would like to do business with them because that is, in, how you will lose trust in others. I do not recommend this furniture store!! I went a week ago to their store to buy a bed for my daughter and I VERY clearly chose the color I wanted the bed to be (white). I double checked the order with the lady helping me and she assured me that everything was okay. A few days later the bed arrived at my house; when I opened the box in which it was in I realized it wasn't the color I picked. I immediately called the store and they told me that I chose grey! I chose white and the bed came grey. I told them I wanted an exchange and they said that wouldn't be possible because they don't have that bed in that color anymore. They continued and said, when we do get it in stock you will have to pay 140 dollars for that exchange! That's insane, so I told her I wanted to return the bed but if I did they would ONLY give me back 35% of the original price. They are so unreasonable, they won't give me the full price back for a mistake they made! They want to charge me more money for an exchange for a mistake they made!
