Delivery would take too long, so I remembered the Massapequa store, called them spoke to someone who said they had the shirt in store my size and would put it on the side. I drove over went in and there it was waiting for me. Great customer service, very clean and well organized store. They also do Tuxedo rentals and fittings. Great experience and I bought an amazing shirt for $19.99.

We purchased a tuxedo vest on December 20th. Upon purchasing the sales associate (ginger hair)…read moreripped off the tags of the vest we bought. We were confused as to why this was the way it was, but regardless we didn't think anything of it. A few weeks later we wanted to return it because it did not fit, however the sales associate said it could not be returnable because of the tag was removed. We tried explaining that we did not remove the tag and the associate did. He kept implying with this tone of skepticism and judgement. Saying "you bought this from here?!" He didn't believe us and said "anyone could have taken it out." He dismissed my brother and we walked out. I highly discourage anyone that enters this store. The customer service is not sub par and I hate to admit it but we felt unwelcome and judged. Perhaps if we wore a suit to the store we would be treated more fairly. 12/30/2025

There is no problem finding parking as there are plenty of spots. Usually all Target locations have a very similar setup so it's not too unfamiliar. The aisles were very organized and stocked. We went through the whole first issue, to where they said and I quote. Oh we copied it wrong. Really that's what you want to put out there.I had to come back. The third time I refilled online . Yes this time it was the correct scrib. I went to pick up and they gave me a completely different product. Here is there answer. Why cant you use these, , we don't have the other ones. This is completely disgusting that you have pharmacist that give those answers. They need to be retrained or fired , yes terminated.

Worst customer service ever. The customer service tells me they can't look up an online order…read morenumber. I received a pickup notification. Only part of the order was in the bag. The customer service person said she is not able to look up an online order number to verify no errors. That's ridiculous. Customer service that can't serve the customer. And why did they move the pick up area to opposite side of the store from customer service. Inconveniencing customers. Time to avoid Kohls in Massapequa.
