The reason I'm leaving this review is the customer service. It was outstanding! The three workers I interacted with during this visit were extremely attentive, polite, and helpful. From the young gentleman on the floor who approached me to help me find what I was looking for and who subsequently went to look for the sizes I couldn't find on the floor, to the lady in the dressing room who asked if she could put any items back for me, to the cashier who helped me open a store credit card and get an even bigger discount. Honestly, I've given up on finding old school customer service like this when I shop, but this experience restored my faith; certainly a much better experience than what one finds ordering clothes online. In trying to work out the issue, he asked I return ship it to him, but did not reimburse my shipping costs (cost $53 to return ship this big heavy switch) even though it was 100% HIS error. I know we all make mistakes, but William took zero accountability for this issue, and despite my purchase being done in good faith, he took took advantage of my purchase not being local, and avoided all communication. So, when he gets a zero when it comes to integrity, business ethics and a zero when it comes to customer service.

I ordered 25 shirts and because of a misunderstanding between Daniel and his associate I suffered for almost a year. After numerous phone calls, ignored calls and false promises and almost a year later, I received my shirts. I was a step away from taking them to court but a mutual friend interceded which lead to a resolution. They are a fraud fraud fraud i believe they would have continued to ignore me and give me the run around. After asking around I've learned they have have a terrible reputation for not providing product / services promised either not at all or with a serious delay. Don't waste your time or money with these jokers. #stillpissed
