I called at 11 in the evening, expecting to reach an answering machine, but was connected to George, the manager/owner himself. George and his crew came out the very next day, with all his equipment and started work immediately. That involved drying and cleaning everything, painting, replacing floors and some walls as well as ducts in the basement, eliminating mold, etc. He worked extremely well with our insurance company. Although the work took several months, George and his crew worked around our schedule and did an outstanding job. He and his workers were extremely pleasant, professional, responsible and efficient. We were extremely happy with the results, truly "like it never happened!"

Your team was on different pages, you acted as if you were doing me a favor when in reality I brought your company this job ready to go, and fully planned, yet your PM couldn't even arrange a walk through or bother to listen to a single word I said as shown by his literally taking zero notation of the specific needs my family required of your company, which were first and foremost to complete a rebuild in a timely manner and supply our insurance company with accurate estimates which were previously lacking. That is beginning of the failure of this experience, Anthony Villani had his own agenda, and didn't care for ours. Later he would muddy our ability to move forward by providing false information to our building manager, claiming the units you were paid to remediate from mold were "slated for removal" This was never said to anyone at First Service Residential, and the units indeed are still sitting in the apartment, and based on the written statement from Anthony at Duct Dusters, the third party HVAC specialists you hired, they were unable to fully clean the units, thus they remain both unusable since you disassembled them, and unsafe. Following, your CFO made ridiculous requests while your PM hadn't even done what she claimed he had, you took my money and quit without notice when I initiated contact, you didn't complete the remediation as stipulated by the inspector at RTK environmental... and everything else I wrote is a fact, aside from my own opinion of how Anthony Villiani manipulated me, but I assure you I have serious reason to place this accusation and I am more than happy to continue to prove it, as I did in my email to all three of you which has gone unanswered for months. So if you wish to reply to my claims, I suggest you do so in a manner that addresses them, preferably in private where a professional resolution can be made, rather than simply discrediting them on the basis of your reputation, which it appears, aside from your paychecks, is all you care about.

Called Byron Parker Sunday Evening and left a message telling my problem and requesting assistance. Monday morning (12/1/2025) I received a call from Rebecca who told me a man was available that morning. The man was at my door in under 20 minutes. Unfortunately, I didn't catch his name but he immediately went to work on the drain system. Opening the clean out plug and using a snake he had the drain operating properly in no time. He performed some checks on the remainder of the system and noticed that the sink basket was very loose. He took it apart and using new putty reassembled it so that it no longer leaked. I was very impressed with the service provided by Byron Parker and its employees. Having worked in the plumbing department for many years in one of the Big Box stores, I recognized the skill of the man and the thoroughness of his actions.
