RENTER-BEWARE: $2,000 DEDUCTIBLE REGARDLESS OF INSURANCE. In…read moreall fairness this may be more of a corporate issue than a branch issue but Yelp doesn't appear to have an option to review a company as a whole. Booked a reservation online this past June to ride while out in California for a visit. Nothing on the website or in the email confirmation (at least not at the time) about a $2,000 deductible that you'd have to pay regardless of insurance. I go to pick up the bike about 20 minutes before closing. When offered the Eagle Rider insurance I call my insurance company and they say my full coverage would transfer to a rental bike. *****Then the guy tells me "we don't work with insurance companies" and translated that for me to mean that if any damage occurs to the bike that Eagle Rider will not allow my insurance company to inspect it.***** (read that previous sentence one more time) My insurance company, like any other I'm sure, would not pay out on something they couldn't see for themselves, can't blame them. So I asked about the Eagle Rider insurance, and that's when I'm told the eagle rider insurance only covers me after a $2,000 deductible is paid. (reread that sentence one more time as well) I attempted to cancel the reservation but since it was a saturday the guy said I'd have to call corporate offices on Monday. I call the corporate office monday they tell me to send an email, which I do, and the answer is no (for the most part we can stop here), but they'll give me a credit for a year. I'm thinking I'll use it locally on a smaller sportster on a cold day when my battery won't turn over my 1900cc custom. That cold day comes, I attempt to redeem my credit locally, and the local store is closed until April (when it's warm and I have no use for it). I email the corporate office about this and they tell me to go to a different location since they have other locations all over the country. I explain that I'm not going to travel out somewhere to rent a bike that I need here. I then file a dispute with my credit card company but they say too much time has elapsed. Read the other reviews if you want to risk $2k, I can't afford to.

We stayed at Secrets Resort, Maroma beach and we were spoiled every minute of the trip. The food was amazing, we loved the 24/7 room service, the drinks kept flowing, and the service from all of the staff was first class. The hotel really went out of their way to make sure everything was perfect for us during our stay. I am so grateful that Ashley helped us find something in our budget, that she answered my last minute texts so quickly the day we were heading to the airport for departure. I also like that the shuttle from and to the airport in Cancun was arranged as a part of our package so we weren't scrambling to figure that part out. The shuttle company that we used also had some great deals on excursions and we did one and it was a blast! Booking with Ashley is the way to go!

We wanted a romantic get away for myself & my husband, in the midst of a family gathering w/o intruding on the family plans. All on a shoe string budget. She helped me plan my trip & set it to a perfect payment plan that let us include every single thing that we wanted to do. For once, it wasn't embarrassing or uncomfortable discussing payment arrangements & trip insurance just to be safe. Sure enough, we had to cancel. Ashley was just as helpful & gracious when cancelling our trip as she had been over the few weeks it took to plan, organize & set up a payment plan. We will be using her for our next family trip.

Casey and crew were absolutely incredible! Fun, friendly, yet utterly professional when it was called for. The staff went WAYYY above and beyond with their hospitality to ensure we had an awesome time. I spoke with Casey a few times leading up to our trip, with a few questions/concerns/requests, and he 100% made me feel like we were in the right hands, like a VIP, turns out we were indeed! Big shout out to our guide, Greg. Thank you sir! it was a pleasure to be in your boat, undoubtedly the best of the bunch. Everyone who made the trip had a blast and are already looking forward to next year. We will definitely be back!

The owner was friendly and welcoming, and the young guides were full of energy, passion, and confidence--they truly made the trip unforgettable. Our boys had an absolute blast and couldn't stop talking about the rapids afterward. It's a perfect adventure for both adults and families with kids. We already can't wait to come back next season--especially in May or June, when the river is at its best. Highly recommended!

Everything from a fish aquarium, to a fire truck, slides , kitchen, and more. Could have spent the day here , if they were open longer. They have an outdoor area, however was closed due to the rain. Down to the restroom with the tiny tiny toilets for the littles! Lol! Love the fact there's kid friendly washing stations through the museum making it easy for the kids. The indoor treehouse has cameras on the outside so parents can keep an eye on the littles while they are in the treehouse which is awesome! The entire time we were there I saw workers tidy up and sanitize and clean the whole time so that is reassuring! Like the indoor didn't impress me enough.. when we went outside.. I was mind blown at how much is outside and how even cuter it is! They had balance bikes with helmet and a track for kiddos, fishing, building, learning to milk a cow, dinosaurs, farmers market, and so much more! Also, kid friend height table and benches perfect for snacking and breaks. Is to note there isn't any food or drinks available for purchase at the museum but we were able to bring our snacks. Price point was so affordable especially for the experience and what they offer for the kids. We will definitely recommend this place and would highly likely return!
