Traffic noise is constant but does diminish around 9 p.m. and is quiet overnight, only to start up by 6 a.m. the next morning. This is not the case for the rest of the spaces, which are set further back from the street and are quiet. This is a very nice RV park if you don't require a pull-through space. Other spaces are good-sized. There is a sparkling clean pool and laundry and bathrooms are well maintained. It is easy to maneuver around the park and there is good access to routes 99 and 198.

And when problems arose with their sewer pipe, they made sure to accommodate us. So now to the bad news. The train is really really loud and goes all night. WiFi wasn't very good. No cable available. If you are sensitive to cats I would stay away. The park smells like a kitty litter box. And the cats (and some dogs) roam everywhere. One of the residents feeds all the stray cats and "claims" them but he doesn't take care of them. Like spay, neuter or even have them checked for chips. They poop everywhere and they sprayed all of our stuff. I took pictures of the piles of poop around our site when we got there because I didn't want to be accused of it since we have a small dog. I did my best to pick up after him and if I didn't have a bag right then, I would go out later with a bag and pick it up. The manager actually confronted me about the piles of poop and I really felt like he was accusing us and our dog for all the poop. Even though our trailer was there for a month, we were only there for 22 days and it would be impossible for my small dog to create that much poop even if we were there for a month. I would say as far as RV's are concerned, it's good for a night or two.
