They Started work on My kitchen February 5th and were done by February 20th and most of that time was all of us waiting for the shipments of our things to come in, which no one has control of. Efficiency and punctuality are hallmarks of their service. They did all the hard work of building a masterpiece out of scratch- our kitchen started as bare bones as it gets since it was stripped because of water damage. Their customer service is second to none. The crew was fantastic; I was completely impressed with their professionalism and customer service. They talked to us through everything we needed to know and do, which was a life saver as we are first time homeowners, and it was the first time we had to use both a contractor and insurance. Their entire crew is not only friendly but also highly skilled. The kitchen is everything we wanted and more, as close to a dream kitchen you can imagine when paired with reality. The quality of each product they recommended was consistently outstanding, exceeding my expectations every time. They went above and beyond making sure everything was affordable and purposeful. The Pricing for their services and on every product was fair and transparent - the worth of everything being equal to the cost. It's a fantastic feeling when someone can take a bad situation and make something wonderful out of it. I highly recommend this business. The service was good overall but it did not finish up quite like we were hoping. The initial…read moreproposal started great with Jeff coming to our home shortly after we reached out. The estimate for painting three rooms upstairs in our house was very detailed, seemed fair priced, and he was friendly and easy to work with and was great at answering our follow-up questions before starting our project. We were able to book the project on the timeline we were looking for, but we were disappointed that the pre-project meeting never happened, as the proposal had said it would. This meant that the crew leader had some outstanding questions for us on the day they started the project, and though easily resolved, would have been nice to discuss beforehand. Where we were disappointed was at the very end when the crew had packed everything up and was ready to head out, we were handed a "report card" of their work to score how they did on various aspects of the job. While we were happy to fill out the document, the walls were still wet with paint when we were asked to score and it was a bit awkward to have the crew leader waiting in the house for us to fill out the sheet. I was hoping we could have time to walk through the area once the paint was dry and take a close look at everything together (my husband and I but he was keeping our two young kids happily distracted at the time), but were told we couldn't mail it in or send it in at another time and had to get done now. It felt rushed and uncomfortable since the crew was waiting on us for them to complete their day, and I didn't look at everything as closely as I would have liked with the work being wet. The next day we went upstairs (where our work was done) to take a closer look and we ended up finding two areas that were missed for painting and some small stray paint splatter on the floor and windows that I missed before. Had I seen this when filling out their report card I would have changed their score on Quality from an A rating to a B+ for them. Juan and his team were punctual, polite, and efficient at getting the work done but if I had a suggestion for improvement, it would be to let the homeowners complete your report card on THEIR time, once everything is totally finished (and dry), as it makes for a very rushed experience at the end.
