He came out and took a look at let me know that my particular situation didn't require his services, but he did let me know exactly what needed to be done to solve the problem. After the owner of the plumbing company came out and fixed what he needed to quickly and at a very reasonable price the worker from Arid came out to view the final phase of my problem. Patrick (the owner) gave me an appointment for his workers to install a sump pump. The first pictures are of the check valve portion of the project. The second picture is an extension installed by Mazzone to my check valve two feet below my basement floor. The third set of pictures are from the completed job by Arid. The workers from Arid were very polite and worked quickly and very effectively with a great deal of carefulness for my home and living spaces. He gave me what I considered to be a fair price per square foot (based on my research of average pricing for wood floor refinishing) over the phone and was able to meet me that same day to get exact measurements. He was very accommodating to my schedule understanding that I wasn't currently living in the apartment and needed some extra travel time. The meeting was efficient and painless. He asked all the right questions and did not waste my time. He took down my email address and told me that he would email me the estimate. I needed this job to be done asap and he assured me that he could start the work on Monday and be done in 2 days. Sure enough later that evening he sent me the estimate via email. Richard was the only person to send me estimated costs in advance, provide me with images to consider finishes before hand. He was on time to the initial site meeting to take measurements and provide a detailed estimate. He was approachable, replied to emails quickly and gave me a sense of confidence that won him the job. I eliminated one company for missing the initial meeting (he called to say he'd be 2 hours late - this is unacceptable to me). I had them remove a partial wall, patch what was left over, and sand and refinish the floors. The guys on the site were great, punctual and reliable. They provided on site samples of the finishes for me to make a selection. (I would ask for this in advance if you want to see multiple colors/tones). The job took 4 days from start to finish, and was completed on time, as promised. Richard's price was competitive and the work was well done. They were respectful and listened to my concerns, described the work in detail and let me know what they would work on each day. I feel confident in recommending them to anyone. I will consult them again when I am ready to do more work. They are great.

He put up a top quality fence which was great for our two dogs. Recently, we added a big female husky who is an escape artist. Reuben was right there almost immediately this past fall to put up extra height on the fence where needed. And, just today he was there again within 30 minutes of my calling, when we were frightened when our wonderful Husky dug a huge hole to get out into our frozen pond again. Reuben and his men put two huge rocks to fill up the hole and hopefully block her escape in the future. And then he adjusted the gate lock on the fence before he left.
