God forbid you ever try to come here for an L&I-covered injury--you would be better served just walking away. I have been treated (or attempted to be treated, at least) for three separate injuries at this office over the past three years, and each visit has been sincerely in enjoyable. It may have been the enormous bill I received after visit when my insurance was out of network, or their insistence that I MUST contact my physician, insurance provide, case manager to get treatment protocols and forms that ONLY THEY NEED related to treatment. Their therapists are great, but everything else related to this practice will give you an enormous headache!

I figured resting it would be fine, but as it happens I started my training for a half marathon and it flared up on my only 2 miles into my run. The place is in a good location for me on the bothell everett highway. The receptionist was friendly. Dr. Locknane. What a talker, but that is not necessarily a bad thing. He asked me the details of my injury. From that he gave me a few ideas of what he thought it could be and supported his theory by explaining the different muscle connections from the posters in his office. They he did a few simple tests to see what aggravated my knee. Afterwards he gave me several options as far a following up. Which I liked. No pressure to go to PT or do any procedures in the office. I really liked that. He is an active man, which I think is important so that he can related with his patients that are have high physical demands when working out. So for now Dr. Locknane and his business will get 4 stars. I will have to re-review the facility again a little down the road to see how my injury progresses and the results.

He has a lot of athletic experience and knowledge and tailored my treatment around a speedy, safe recovery. While I was receiving treatment, there came a point where I ended up needing surgery on my elbow because it wasn't responding to treatment due to old scar tissue. The surgery was a success and he helped me heal quickly. Thanks to Terry, I'm able to work out again pain-free. If you're athletic and/or very active, he's the guy to see. I also like the atmosphere of this location. The front desk staff are very friendly. I like the polls and riddle of the week they have posted at the front desk. It gives it a nice, friendly community feel.

He did not even bother to give his name until I asked. There was no warmth, no effort to connect, and no sign that he had any real interest in the patient in front of him. At times, he simply disappeared, leaving me without supervision. I also brought exercises from my physician, as recommended by my chiropractor. He flipped through them with complete indifference and offered no useful comment at all. I have been a patient at Kaufman since 2012, and I hold the doctors, billing staff, and front office in very high regard. They have earned my respect over the years. This review is about one rehab experience only and should not be taken as a reflection of the rest of the practice. As for this therapist, he seems better suited to selling athletic shoes than working with patients.

She has over a decade of experience and is professional in ever sense of the word. I have never had massage therapy before, and was a bit nervous as I was in my third trimester for most of my treatment on my back. The massage room and table are very comfortable. Susan checks in with you the perfect amount, and chats the perfect amount. She's just incredible at relating to people, and relieving pain. She has mastered her craft and is a delight. Yes, I had been having multiple issues for years, from early signs of arthritis to Achillies Tendonitis. I couldn't walk for a long time without limping, and getting up from bed in the morning or getting off the car after a long drive was not easy. I won't even say my predicament for climbing a few stairs. Collin is knowledgeable, kind, and caring. He makes each session of PT a pretty enjoyable learning time for me. The location is convenient, the appointment times fit my schedule, and Diane is attentive at the desk. I have received the best therapy ever! They did a very thorough assessment the first session, taking lots of measurements to determine the exact extent of my lack of mobility. For treatment, they used a combination of massage, exercises, and electrical stimulation to get my arm moving and nerves calmed down. They finished each session with a really interesting cold therapy compression treatment called "Game Ready" that helped me leave feeling much less sore. Over the course of the treatment I think I saw almost every therapist there, they are all excellent! The front desk staff is also very friendly, helpful, and detail oriented. They sent me an email with my appointment schedule, and also sent a 24 hour text reminder before each appointment as well, which was helpful.
