A week and a half before I was scheduled to fly across the globe to spend a month in Taiwan, the Toyota Corolla in mint condition that I'd bought from Mark 3 years ago was totaled in my own driveway while I slept, by a drunk teenager who tried to pull a hit and run. His mom turned him in the next day, but I was still stuck with the problem of taking care of this accident, finding a good car that I could afford with my insurance money, and getting it registered before I left the country. In truth, it was an impossible task. Mark and Crestwood to the rescue! Not only did Mark find me a car that I could afford and that I absolutely loved, he also took care of the registration and paperwork and managed to get it all pushed through for me in time for me to catch my plane. When I returned, jet lagged, a month later and freaked out over every little noise that the car made after having to sit for 30 days without being driven, Mark was as calm and patient as a good father would've been when I called him, sometimes twice a day. and drove the car out to ask "are you sure??" Every little noise turned out to be nothing, just as he promised, and in a couple days the car was purring like a kitten. What I appreciated the most about Mark was his sensitivity, not only to the urgency of my problem, but to my state of mind and my nerves. In all the years that I have known him, he has never once made me feel like an idiot for asking even the silliest of questions. He really understands and cares about people. And he will never let you down when you place your trust in him. Do I recommend Mark and Crestwood when you want to buy a used car? That is a resounding, 100% YES!

I noticed a big difference. He is not your typical sales person. He was upfront and honest about little imperfections on the jeep and things that could be fixed he had no hidden fees or anything like that, and he helped me out with all my paperwork. I would gladly do business with him again in the future.

During a time in our world where anger and frustration seem to be the norm, I was greeted with eye contact and a smile at Shannon Motors . Tim ( my SalesGuy ) was knowledgeable and efficient and super helpful. I never felt less than or embarrassed that I didn't have an impeccable credit score. I didn't get the car I "picked out" but I got the car i was supposed to have. I can definitely say that buying a car at Shannon Motors erased all of those preconceived fears of pushy salespeople and elevated pricing. I didn't have to go to the DMV and all of the paperwork was handled "in house". In two weeks I was called to come in and get my plates, they were put on before I drove off the lot in my new to me car! They threatened to repossess my car guy was a total jerk his name is Jason hides behind a desk all day. I owe less than 700 dollars out of a 15,000 dollar car. I get when you are leasing it's a weekly payment but when you finance a car it's monthl. I would not recommend going here if you have bad credit there is plenty of other buy here pay here places. Oh yes almost forgot if you still do decide to lease a car from here and decide to buy out. They have to inspect the car and will find anything to get more money out of you. When I got my car inspected by them I had to replace the bumper guard. I replaced it myself when I took it out the guard practically crumbl in my hands. But it was inspected right before I got it 3 years ago. There is no way it was in that condition in 3 years. So basically they just slap a sticker on when you lease the car then do a detailed inspection when you want to buy out to get you for more money. I know people will still buy from here probably disregard my review people are morons what can I say except I will never return to this place when I need a car again

    I have been a loyal customer for the last 6 years, always making payments on time and recommending…read moreShannon Motors to friends and family. I have gotten my last 2 cars from here and had little to no issues (I understand the cars are used) but since financing my last car from them ONLY 3.5 months ago, it has a cracked cylinder head and I am being told the engine needs to be totally replaced. When I called Shannon, I was told they could not do anything for me considering it was over the 30 day warranty. There is no way this issue occurred from me considering I've only driven a few thousand miles on it and got it at the end of January 2026. I was told that the bank gave me an extended warranty that had total coverage if anything were to go wrong in the first 24 months/24,000 miles (whichever came first). I am now being told that it's not covered by the extended warranty. I am now stuck making monthly payments on an unsafe car that Shannon has sold me. Garages are telling me the repair will cost anywhere from $3,000-$7,000. Beware when getting a car from here. They have lost my business and any good word of mouth I would have passed along for them.

    I'd give 0 stars if I could. The salesperson, Robson, did a good job. He was helpful and…read moreknowledgeable. He answered all our questions. We chose a car. When it came to the finance person, that's when everything changed. Adam from finance didn't make mistakes. He was deliberate and calculating, avoiding us for almost a month. When we received the paperwork for the loan from the bank, it was $3000 dollars higher and added 3 months to the 60 month loan we agreed on. It made no sense. Adam deliberately lied when we first called about the loan docs. First he said, he didn't have the deal in front of him then he slipped up and said he was looking at the deal when we called him out on his shady behavior. He would say he was going to email the terms of the deal, then days would go by and nothing. He'd say he was going to email the details of the warranty, days would go by and we'd get nothing. When we were there signing the final paperwork we noticed he doubled the sales tax. And when we called him out, he went back and changed it but then said later that's why the amount was wrong on the documents from the bank because he had already sent them off to the bank when we noted the double sales tax. This was a lie. We waited yet again for an email confirming that. It never came. He avoided our phone calls. There were many. We were practically on a first name basis with two women who answered the phones. "It's a great day at Tasca Mazda!" Yes it's a great day to rob you blind and deceive you! Adam knew what the problem was the whole time. He charged us for close $3,000 in warranties that HE KNEW we didn't purchase. He knew because we confirmed it was just the one warranty over and over again. He also tried to say that the 63 month loan had a better interest rate. What??? 3 months changed the interest rate? Now I'm not a finance major but I'm certainly not stupid. Adam then went on vacation and we called and asked for his boss. Errol (sp?) finally figured out what happened. And it only took him about 3 minutes. Hmmmmm. Adam is a liar and a cheat. Clearly, everyone there is in on it. No one helped us until we demanded it. There is no doubt they allow Adam to do what he's doing if he's so comfortable doing it. Tasca Mazda picked the wrong one this time. We will be calling the Attorney General.

    Stay away from service department they will not know how to fix you vehicle i brought a use truck…read morefrom them it went in to get some repairs done they just throw the parts cannon at and when they do repairs they don't do them right it went in for ac repair there was ac oil all over the place engine cover was not back on right and the right front clunk that was looked at is still there after replacing a strut mind you they didn't replaced the other side and they did sway bar end links and the clunk was still there I was told well its the radiator support and they don't cover it. So you have to deal with it. In closing don't go there for service
