Well, it's September 2017 and I ran over a nail & found out the "good used tire" had a patch in it and I need a new tire. I called Domenic Lancone about the issue and he insisted the patched up tire was "good." He interrupted me repeatedly and raised his voice. He was rude and unprofessional. At the end of the phone call he said he'd call me back. His mechanic Tony called me back. He insisted the tire was "good" because it lasted a whole 3 months! Ridiculous. Tony would not budge from this absurd definition of "good" and he hung up on me. This was the most comically stereotypical shady used car salesman experience that I've ever had. They were rude, unprofessional and worst of all, dishonest sales people. ** update: The owner of this business contacted me and paid for a new tire. My review of his employees still stands. In response to his comment below- First-how would I complain to whatever company they used to put tires on my car? I dealt with them- I have no clue who they use for tires. Second- his mechanic AND his salesman were adamant that a patched tire was "like new" and repeatedly stated they wouldn't let a bad tire off the lot (bs- when getting the tire replaced they came out and showed me how badly done the patch was.) Lastly- after Ernie saw my review he messaged me via yelp and asked me to remove it bc he replaced the tire. When I didn't respond quickly he called me! I responded and said I'd update the review, which I did. This has been an insane experience from start to finish.

I don't understand all of these great reviews about this place…read more I was about to buy a Subaru Outback from these guys, after hearing about how they had done the timing belt, brakes, exhaust work, etc. ALWAYS have another mechanic that you TRUST look at the car. This car COULD NOT EVEN pass inspection! He HAD NOT EVEN DONE THE TIMING BELT but had FAKE paperwork to say that he had... My mechanic caught it. Also, the brakes weren't "brand new" as I was told, it had SO MUCH RUST on the bottom that you could almost poke a hole through it. I don't get how any mechanic could be so dishonest. He refused to even consider looking at the head gasket of this car (these Subarus are known for head gasket trouble.) There was a laundry list of issues that this car had that this mechanic lied about. To make it worse, he was asking about $500 more than book value because the car looked okay. The only thing he didn't lie about was that it had new tires. This place a joke and I will send everyone as far away as possible.

I realized that my favorite tech from BMW now worked at Lexus when I arrived and he told me to talk to Kyle. I told Kyle that I was interested in a GX 470, but needed to see how much the BMW fix would cost before I committed. Fast forward a couple of hours....the BMW fix was going to be more than $2K and Kyle had taken $8K off the price of the Lexus. Done deal!! Great employees and specifically service folks. When I received a call that the car had arrived and was ready for delivery, I made plans to complete the purchase and turn in my current lease. Unfortunately, when I arrived at the dealership, I discovered that the vehicle was not what I had ordered. Several of the features that were important to me and part of my purchase decision were missing. Afterward, I received conflicting explanations about what had happened, making an already frustrating situation even more disappointing. I understand that mistakes can happen. What matters is how they are handled. Rather than receiving a clear explanation and a satisfactory resolution, I felt that my concerns were minimized despite the significant inconvenience, wasted time, and disruption this caused. To make matters worse, I am still waiting for the vehicle that was originally ordered. After more than five weeks of waiting, being told the car was ready, and then learning it was not the correct vehicle, I am now facing additional delays while continuing to wait for the vehicle I agreed to purchase. I do want to acknowledge that the sales representative was professional, apologetic, and genuinely tried to help. My frustration is not with him personally, but with the overall handling of the situation and the lack of accountability from management. I chose Lexus because of its reputation for quality and customer service.
