This was good to know, as we all have a budget. In the end, the proceeds did not cover all the costs but TBH, it came in less than I'd budgeted so we were happy. Just keep in mind that your mileage may vary. Understand up front their pricing philosophy, and that a lot of the items may go to bulk buyers who offer much less. Instead of selling individual collectibles or antiques, they put many together in groups, which resulted in a much lower return. Also, on a number of items, we specifically specified a reserve, which they said they would honor. That was not done, and, depite notifying them of that, they said it was too late, and they went ahead and sold the items anyway at an absurdly, ridiculously low amount.
