I was greeted by Sue, she was very friendly and helpful with me deciding what to purchase. I also tried one of their smoothies it was called "OMG". It was a very refreshing and satisfying. They have an huge assortment of smoothies, salads and you can build your own paninni and wraps and bowls. Sue helped me decide on what type of wrap I wanted, she stated that the the tomato basil is a popular one. I chose chicken for my protein and sweet water mixed greens, red onions, pico da galore and garlic aioli. This wrap was delicious. The chicken was so flavorful and juicy and they don't skimp on your choice of protein. I devoured that wrap and I look forward to returning and enjoying many more items from their menu. They have a deep menu with all sorts of customizable Smoothies, three kinds of toasts, and Wraps. We went for lunch today and decided on a "to go" order of their Avocado Toast. We paid our $5.84 and waited for the order to be assembled. After a few minutes, a manager approached us to say they couldn't make the avocado toast because they had run out of bread. Now... since you can't really make an Avocado Toast, Peanut Butter Banana Toast, or Hummus Toast without toast, and you can't really make toast without bread, we understood why they couldn't give us the order we had already paid for. But they made things right by offering us something else, so we opted for a chicken quesadilla which we received for no additional charge. The quesadilla was good with a nice mix of chicken and cheese. IMPROVEMENT OPPORTUNITIES Obviously, inventory management comes to mind, and if they run out of bread, that information should be conveyed to the entire staff so everyone is on the same page about what is and is not available, what can and cannot be made, and what should and should not be paid for.

To walk in we expressed that we understood that only one person was working and that the timing may be a little bit slower due to the fact that she was the only one there. We could tell that some may have been online but let's remember that we walked in as they were opening. We waited an hour and 35 minutes to get paninis and smoothies and started noticing the people that had come in behind us and online orders were getting their food before us. We went to the front counter to ask, "Why are people getting their orders before us?" and we expressed that it was because they placed their orders online and that online orders had their own process. We were unable to accept this as we were their first clients of the day. We waited an hour and a half and people behind us and all non-orders were receiving their food before us. This was not just about the customer service and speed at which we received our order. We ordered a banana and peanut butter panini and two apple and cheese paninis, of which the bread was dry. There were barely any ingredients on the sandwich and it just did not taste good at all. This may be my first time saying I do not recommend a restaurant but this time I must say it. I can say the establishment was clean. It's an open kitchen where you can see the restaurant. They had games for kids to play and the ingredients seem to be fresh. I just spoke with the owner and got a better understanding of what happened. While I won't adjust what was said I will say the due to the fresh ingredients, situational challenges and promptness of reply of the owner, I will adjust my review as to not hurt this local small business. When I asked about the pricing, I was told everything is made in-house--which I would expect at that price point anyway.
