The space is clean and aesthetically pleasing, it actually looks comfy enough to sit and relax and hang out, though it's so convenient to grab the shake and go that that's what we do. The large meal sized shake is $12 which I think is reasonable. I've found my favorites and they've all been delicious, even the ones I don't get anymore. If you ask, they have a menu behind the counter you can look at for the macros, which I LOVE!!! I'm always looking for the most protein and fewest calories. The Crave is currently my go to shake based on that info. Service is good and there's an app and a drive through, super convenient and I feel like I've had something healthy after a shake! My hubby likes the protein bites too; but the macros don't work for me. LOTS of calories and not enough protein to justify it, for me personally. Ordered an iced coffee and I couldn't put my straw in the cup because of all the ice piled in. I was informed (sternly shouted at) "that's how they train us to make them"....as the ice melts, it gets stronger". I don't see why they don't just add in cold coffee?? Disappointed!!!! Loved going to this place until I noticed they use Azar peanut butter which contains peanuts, sugar, hydrogenated vegetable oils (rapeseed, cottonseed, and soybean oil), and salt. If you are worried about your health I would not drink their peanut butter products. Seed oils cause all kinds of health issues. First time using the drive thru at the Berlin location. I knew my smoothie tasted off after just the first sip, they skipped the protein powder that is supposed to come in the smoothie. I only come here for one smoothie because most of the menu is unhealthy, and for $8+ (smallest size) I paid for fruit and milk. There wasn't much spinach added either it was so thin and foamy. The young man (Gavin) was taking orders, handling cash and cards, and making smoothies without washing hands in between. The smoothies my wife and I got (our regular drinks) did not taste the same as they usually do. My meal size filthy monkey tasted only of ice and a hint of chalky chocolate protein. No brownie, no peanut butter. My wife's hazelnut monkey tasted like ice and a hint of hazelnut. I'm very disappointed for the $14 and change I paid for these today. I couldn't drink mine and threw the entire meal size smoothie away. My wife had hers anyway. I don't think I'll be back at this location. The Glastonbury one is too far for me but has been the most consistent. read more

I went in on a Monday morning and the the 2 girls behind the counter were so friendly. They made suggestions, asked if I had questions. The girl with the tattoos made me feel comfortable by asking what I liked or didn't like. (I honestly expected the place to be much different.) Those girls made my morning.
