This was, by far, the BEST gift I've ever given anyone! (And I give good gifts - I swear....) I work for a remote team, so we usually only connect via videoconference. My husband and I recently used Preppygrams to send a friend a fun birthday surprise. Overall we were pretty happy with the result. Kerry was prompt and helpful when it came to working with us on the details and, based on the video our friend's co-worker sent us, the chicken costume was hilarious. The only caution I would offer is to make sure you get a quote in writing so you know the breakdown. When I called I mentioned that we were on a budget and I wanted to know the cost of everything, including tax. Well, we received one quote over the phone but were charged a different amount with the explanation that the original quote didn't include tax. Not a big deal in the grand scheme of things but it left a slightly bitter taste in my mouth at the end of what to that point had been a fun experience. read more

The singing telegram I got for my fiancee soooo far exceeded my loftiest of expectations. I booked it to surprise her when she was out with her girls for her bachelorette party. When I booked it, I pretty much assumed the performer would sing a 2-minute rendition of something akin to Frankie Valli's "I Love You Baby", perhaps interjected at various points with some personalized tidbits. I was very wrong. Kerry sent me a questionnaire ahead of time, asking for info about my fiancee and our relationship, and then he followed that up with a 15-20 minute phone interview about her and I. A week later, the performer showed up at the salon where my fiancee and her friends were getting their hair done, and proceeded to deliver a 6-minute, fully customized song about my fiancee and her and my relationship. It was absolutely hilarious and the level of effort that was put into writing this song was quite apparent. We caught it all on video so now we will have this great memory forever. The song that he created using the information I provided was amazing and my best friend was floored with the lyrics all about our memories together. Kerry was also extremely patient.
