I had gone to two other local welding shops in Long Beach before I discovered Bear Welding. The first place had some offensive political stickers on their front door, so I turned around and left. The second place quoted a ridiculous price (more than 6 times what Bear Welding quoted me) and would not even guarantee that it would be welded straight. When I walked into Bear welding, I was greeted by friendly, knowledgeable people who knew exactly what I was trying to accomplish and how it needed to be done. The parts were ready the next day and were done right. I will go to Bear Welding for all of my future welding needs.

They returned to "fix" it, but the new setup created a security concern instead. They offered to reposition the lock free of charge, which we appreciated--but they missed the scheduled appointment without notice. After rescheduling, they missed the second appointment as well. Since then, they've ignored all calls and messages. The lack of follow-up and accountability has been extremely frustrating. I would've preferred working with a BBB-accredited company that stands by its service and communicates professionally.
