Home buying and selling was a daunting task I wanted to avoid for years but desperately needed the space so I started the process with a call to a lending company, who then recommended Julia. Having a good realtor and lending agent made all the difference in the world in a hot market like we have here. The open, honest and quick communication between all parties made negotiations easier; and gave me peace of mind during the craziness that was my first deal in selling my home and trying to buy one at the same time. If I didn't have Julia and my lending officer to vent to and get insight from I would've given up the process in the first week because running a busy household and trying to wrap my head around real estate and packing was exhausting. Fortunately Julia really took the time to get to know me and my family and stepped in with the ways to make things easier on me.
