Finding quality healthcare can be a challenge, especially in a small town. I found myself in the position of having to find a new Woman's Clinic, after my trusted Doctor, of many years, retired unexpectedly. I was referred to Prescott Woman's Clinic by a friend, so scheduled a new patient appointment. I am SUPER glad I did not read their reviews, prior to the appointment, as I may never have given them a chance. From first contact to schedule the appointment; through reminder texts of the upcoming appointment; through check-in and the visit, I was impressed by their balance of warmth and efficiency. I was able to fill out most forms online prior to the appointment, which was very convenient. Medical records from my prior physician had also populated to PWC portal, which, again, was very helpful. Check-in was a breeze and they were very prompt in getting me seen right on time!!! I saw Brittany Pena for my consultation and exam. There are many talented medical professional out there, but Britany stands out as someone who truly cares for her patients and their health journey. She really listened when discussing concerns and took control when noticing prior medical advice might have been obsolete...advising better options. She is Very pro-active and I am encouraged that my health is in good hands. After my visit, my review and observations of Prescott Woman's Clinic are that they run a very efficient medical practice and appreciate when their patients are efficient, as well. We, the patient, expect so much out of our service providers, whether medical, food service, etc, but forget sometimes that it is a two-way street... We, as clients, also have a responsibility to show up on time; bring our insurance information; communicate our needs and concerns; and pay our bills on time. If we are late with appointments or payments and don't communicate, it creates a domino effect for everyone else...patients and the practice. I think some of these negative reviews were an outcome of this. All I can say, for now is, again, I am very glad I didn't read the negative reviews and will give Prescott Woman's Clinic a chance. Danilta Napier, a Physician's Assistant, at Prescott Women's Clinic in Prescott, AZ, broke nearly line item in the physicians Hippocratic Oak when I was visiting her in their office today. She would allow me to ask no questions regarding her proposed treatment or the unusual disease she had presented me with four weeks prior. The said disease showed no symptoms and I was prescribed two drugs (a hormone and a fungal cream). Neither were listed on the sheet she gave me explaining the esoteric condition. To this day, I still have no symptoms and she wanted me to just go along with her administering a punch biopsy. When I wondered why I wasn't given the "gold standard" for said condition, (if I actually had it), she wouldn't answer me. It was very obvious that she felt threatened by having to answer incisive questions. When I tried to ask her more questions about the condition, she said, "You are not here to be taking a college class." All her communication was angry! Because I have two autoimmune diseases, there were parts of her proposed treatment that would have been injurious to me with long-term effects. When I tried to explain this, she said "put your clothes on and get out." You're not in charge here. (I never thought I was). She never saw me, just yelled at me. When I went up to the front to get back my co-pay of $60, she came running up to me saying "Get out of here; you're acting like a terrorist ?????" (I'm a quiet person) I was speaking quietly, just explaining she hadn't examined me. She continues yelling at me to "Get out". She's a mad woman and no one should be exposed to her! There were many witnesses at the checkout desk and even the Manager who observed her psychotic behavior. read more

Never in my life have I felt so belittled by someone who was supposed to provide care for me. I had to delay a minor surgical procedure because of financial difficulties and hardship, and I came back last week ready to go through with surgery and he acted as though I was stupid and it was obvious that I was in pain and "should've had it done when I said so 8 months ago....". Dr Osburn you are a DISGRACE. I am so thankful that you have never experienced financial hardship and had to delay medical care for that reason. I hope you learn empathy and compassion, and maybe a little bit of bedside manner. I waited two months for a Pessary visit with Dr Ohanesian. He examined me, stood back and said, I don't do pessaries. I hate them. But you can drive down to Phoenix to see a top surgeon and get a drastic mesh surgery. Ha really?!! Are you kidding. Sure, cutting is the best first advice, -NOT for me. Why didn't they suggest another dr there in their practice?? Not happy. I'm doing pt at YRMC and in 3 visits of natural exercise I'm walking two miles a day. Go There! read more

The reviews for Prescott Womens Clinic are iffy, but Dr. Campuzzano came highly recommended, so I took a chance. I'm so glad I did! I had my first appointment today and it was a GREAT experience. Everyone from the front office staff, the nurses, nurse practitioner, ultrasound tech, phlebotomist and scheduler at the end were all SO kind, so personable, so empathetic and really made me feel welcome. They made me feel heard and taken care of. I know they see women like me all day, but not a single one passed up the chance to congratulate me on this exciting time in life. I'm glad I took the chance and scheduled my appointment with them. I'm excited to continue seeing them for the remainder of my pregnancy. read more

I want to rate this business as a whole super low but give a personal statement that Dr ohenasian has been WONDERFUL every time I've seen him. The first NP I saw was Victoria Cahill and she was terrible. Terrible bedside manner. Terrible practitioner. After a few visits with her I refused to be seen by her again and they made the switch. She botched my IUD placement which wound up perforating me and causing an infection that she suggested might be an STD and put me on two courses of antibiotics before actually doing an exam and seeing that it was the IUD that I had been complaining about for two or more months. She thought it was fine cause she could feel the string. Anyway, it been about a year and a half since I've come in to be seen. I have a known history of irregular periods. I'll take a pregnancy test just for my own piece of mind and go on with my life if I skip one. In November I started actual period bleeding at least a week earlier than the projected period then I wound up bleeding for just over two weeks. During the two weeks I decided to call them to ask if they could prescribe me birth control to try to get the cycle regulated and they wouldn't without seeing me. I don't mind needing to be seen but I don't understand why they couldn't send in an rx for in the meanwhile as I await that appt. There was a time in my life when I was on my period with heavy heavy bleeding for 5 months non stop and it turned out to be cysts so they put me on the pill and problem solved. They were able to get me on Dec 1 or not until July. First of all. I'm telling you that I'm heavy bleeding for going on two weeks and your sense of urgency is to tell me you can't see me until July? I work nights and so even though the appt today was at 1230 meaning I would get 4 hours of sleep maybe before needing to get up and ready to come in I took it. I don't want to chance bleeding until July because that's when they feel is an appropriate time line to see a patient with a known history. So I get here at 12. Exhausted and with my head feeling like I got swirled in a toilet because I'm tired. And they tell me the NP I'm scheduled to see is running an hour behind so I can wait or reschedule. I said when I made this appointment you told me you don't have anything until to July and the desk girl casually says "uh-huh." So I hesitate but I take the papers and come and sit down to start looking for anyone else in the area that might actually give a crap about their patients but I'm almost convinced that it just doesn't exist in Prescott. The access to medical care in this town is absolutely shameful. read more

Do not understand any circumstances see Dr Ohanessian he is a butcher after cutting a blood vessel during my daughters cesarean section that caused her to almost bleed to death then giving her no blood transfusion that ridiculous excuse for a surgeon left a surgical sponge lodged inside of her up n at her rib cage EVEN AFTER HE WAS MADE AWARE THAT MULTIPLE POST DELIVERY INSTRUMENT COUNTS WERE SHORT!!!! Yes he was told by his staff that the instrument count prior to delivery was one short and that INCOMPETENT CLOSED HER INCISION ANYWAY without an X-ray!!! Still unable to account for the last surgical instrument his staff insisted he x ray her He finally did and the sponge was detected So he then had to reopen her incision he reached up into her body cavity with what she believed to be his hand possibly an instrument to retrieve this sponge WITHOUT ADMINISTERING ANY ADDITIONAL ANESTHESIA!!!! I repeat he gave her no ADDITIONAL ANESTHESIA!!!! Anyone who knows anything about a cesarean section procedure knows that they numb you from the waist down only so her his digging up inside of her bodily cavity without any pain, relief or anesthesia which completely unacceptable and unprofessional and idiotic she was in so much pain. I heard her screaming from the waiting room begging him to stop that's how bad it was. He finally withdrew his hand and that's an anesthesiologist to give her fentanyl which she before surgery that she did not want fentanyl, but they gave it to her anyway, but it was too little too late. He finally pulled it out, and she was in excruciating pain and lost so much blood and was given fentanyl too late that she couldn't even hold her baby for a whole day after that she was basically paralyzed, not only that, but when this for lack of the better word surgeon came into the room post procedure. I asked him if there were any additional risks we needed to be aware of being that he had reopened her incision and dug around inside of her body like that that idiot said no no additional concerns, I knew was a lie. There was a chance of potential damage bleeding higher chance of infection due to reopening her incision nobody's talking about before he open her incision. He leaned over the curtain and told her sorry I was 99% sure, I got everything out. What a jerk not supposed to be 90% sure it supposed to be 100% sure incision treating her that was a serious breach of care and as if that wasn't bad enough to add insult to injury that had the nerve to charges for the x-ray and the additional reopening of the incision don't go there. Don't see him. I've heard nothing horror stories about this guy since, he's a bad dude horrible doctor all around disgusting human being he never even apologized to her he tried to blame the anesthesiologist then he tried to blame the nurses passing the buck 100%. I've complained about him and gotten nerve response. I'm reporting him into the Arizona State medical board even the hospital did nothing about my complaint the only thing his office did was called to tell my daughter that I love her negative review that's all they cared about this place is a joke read more

After many years of not being a patient there, I decided to go back. Big mistake. I had to pay 77.50 dlls from an "old" bill that I never received before I could get seen by the doctor. I had to do blood work after my appointment was completed. A few weeks later I get 2 bills, one is from Sonora Quest, hence my blood work and the other one is for my regular visit, both for 25.00 dlls. I went ahead and paid them both online and I recorded my confirmation numbers and everything. When I get my CC statement I see the 25.00 charge from Sonora Quest and a 77.37 dlls charge coming form Cookeville Medical center in Tennessee?!?!. It has been a disaster trying to figure this charge out. Nobody has answers but yet the money was pulled out out of my credit card. Has anybody had this problem? PWC took my money for services I never recieved, and I've been fighting for 3 years to get it back, on top of a very pushy practice that tries to push you into making choices to benefit their pocket, and not what's good for you and baby! AVOID them at all costs! I had seen Dr. Osburn since moving here in 2016, and service was always iffy. Front staff was always horrible. Dr. Osburn was ok most the time, but you didn't always feel like you had his full attention. I got pregnant with my 3rd kiddo in 2021. Things started off good, but everytime I went in the front staff was unpleasant at the best of times. As the covid injection came out, Dr. Osburn and his staff got gradually more and more pushy about me getting it, to the point where I couldn't enjoy my visits, which should have been a joyous experience, and my blood pressure would jump to the 150s (which is not normal for me). I was basically treated like I was dooming my child and a horrible mother, because I wouldn't get the injection. At one point Dr. Osburn asked if I changed my mind, and when i said no, he took my vitals and just walked out. Didn't day anything else besides "Looks good." About 7 months pregnant Dr. Osburn couldn't find the baby's heart on a doppler, I had an extra ultrasound to confirm baby was still good. It was a 3rd ultrasound (my insurance only paid 2) so I had to pay with cash. Everything went fine, but they started telling me that all my appointments from now on would be scheduled with different docs, because during birth you get whoever is on call, and they won't call in your doc. Being my 3rd baby, I know this is not the standard of care, and it was the straw that broke the camel's back. The stress, rude staff, and inconsistentcy was too much I decided to switch and found an amazing provider I'd wish I'd had all along (Bella Vita in Cottonwood). PWC has not given me a dime of the money I had to pay upfront for delivery services, that I never used. They say they're waiting for insurance to approve the 3rd ultrasound (which I had already paid for at that appointment -and was told I had to since it wouldn't be covered-and shouldn't have been even submitted). So they won't pay me back for the payments I'd made towards delivery. It's been 3 years and I still haven't seen a dime. And now that I'm not a paitent, it's extremely hard to get ahold of them or to navigate to the billing department by phone. No one will call back and when they do, I get the run around and they say they'll look into something and call back. They NEVER do. read more

Horrible experience what was supposed to be an exciting motivating appointment to help me get pregnant instead my weight gain was the issue not that I have pcos and have cysts covering my ovaries. The treatment plan coordinator did not want to put together a treatment plan bc the door was open and her words are "I'm not doing that right now it's going to take way to long" then the MA came out to say I'm just getting a price list. Then told me if I want any test done today that they cannot do it when 5 people in the waiting room were there for blood draws. Her main focus was Just that I have gained 10lbs in 2 years. This office appears to be extremely disorganized, which can be dangerous in a medical setting. Staff is not friendly, almost rude at times. NP ordered wrong medication and dosage, even after we discussed everything in the consult. Nurses called me 4 times to confirm the wrong prescription/dosage, even after I corrected them several times. My experience: Lack of Appropriate care, Lack of professionalism, Lack of appropriate information transfer, and negligence. Worst experience I have ever had. I recently moved back to Prescott.. and am currently pregnant and needing a new OBGYN. I called Prescott Womens Clinic on 4/25/22 (Monday - the day I moved back) to request a doctor visit and to become established. I was told that I needed to send my previous medical records so they can be reviewed and then I would get a call to set up an appointment. I did not receive an email with the upload instructions until Wednesday (4/27/22). I responded with my copy within 10 minutes, and waited until Friday (4/29/22) before calling for a status update. On Friday I was told that my records were not received and was given another email to send them too. I was also told that they would be reviewed on the following Monday and I would receive a call to schedule... I let majority of the day go by on Monday and still nothing. I called Monday evening (5/2/22) and was told they still have not received my records. I told her to please double check and while on the phone she said "oh looks like I just received them!".. I replied with, that's impossible because I sent them last week twice, not today. She apologized for the misinformation and advised me she just had them forwarded to her email. She guaranteed me that the Dr I was requesting was going to be in the following day (Tuesday) and she would make sure she reviewed my records and call to schedule. I told her I would call back to follow up, but then I decided not to.. simply to see how long it would take for them to call me. WELL... one week later, I got another call! Today, Monday (5/9/22), they called me and stated "looks like I just received your records and will be reviewing them/uploading them today.. would you like to schedule?"..... WOW! I politely told her that's impossible because I sent my records 2 weeks ago, and she is the 3rd person to tell me they were just received within that 2 week time frame. I also declined scheduling an appointment because the lack of communication and urgency to establish care with a new, actively pregnant patient was non existent. I called last week to another OBGYN office and got an appointment scheduled the day I called, for two weeks out... which is fine! Atleast they took my call seriously and put me on the schedule before playing a 2 week game of lies and phone tag. I have never met the doctors, but they have fantastic reviews.. sadly I will never meet them. It took over 2 weeks to get a response about scheduling an appointment.... How long does it take to hear back about lab results?! Or sending a message to the doctors?! I will not be playing that game. Kudos for crappy customer service. read more

I had such a positive experience at my first appointment at PWC yesterday. I saw Brittany who was accompanied by a student-NP (I wish I remembered her name) and they made me feel so comfortable. I never once felt judged and I was able to be open and vulnerable with them both. I was very impressed by the NP - she was very knowledgeable. The girl in the front was also very sweet and helpful. In the two months in which I was a patient, they managed to lose my urine sample, refused to release uterine ultrasound images to me or other doctors (using their own in-writing system of making the request(s), automated message system which called me once-per-day for two weeks, giving me another women's test results (despite my notifying them), changed appointment days/time without notifying me, promised call-backs that never happened. Left me waiting, half-naked in a very cold exam room (in winter) for half an hour - The doctor did apologize for the room being so cold, to which I suggested they bring in a floor heater. Hopefully, they will. Simply the worst doctors office I've ever encountered. read more

I was referred here! So I went to my scheduled appointment! I loved how beautiful and serene the front lobby is, with all new modern art, style and furniture, felt like a 5 star resort. When I was called back, they sent me to another 5 star resort lobby area with mood lighting and calming music with aromatic candles, and a wonderful lady who gave me a gown and showed me where to change, then sat me down and asked if I would like anything to drink, they had a wonderful stocked small kitchenette with all sorts of beverages and nutritional snacks! I opted for an apple juice, which she opened and poured into a nice cup for me! Then 2 minutes later Ann-Marie came in and got me, took me to the exam room, did my tests, then was directed back to the cute small lobby to change back into my clothes, and again was offered a beverage and/or snack! This place rocks!!! Love the nice people, the beautiful serene setting and smooth flow of which it all comes together! read more

Well I am surprised at some of the other reviews because I have had no billing problems nor unnecessary testing performed and have actually found my provider to be particularly conscientious about gouging clients for money, providing me with office samples and writing Rx so that I can use the cheaper mail order my insurance provides. Additionally, my NP, Ann Marie is super knowledgeable and caring and I moved from one OB/GYN office to another just because she is so great! I will say that the only reason I did not give 5 stars is because I agree that the reception setup is poor in that they ask you why you are there in front of everyone in the waiting room. What if you are there for an embarrassing or sensitive reason or a reason you don't want to share with anyone but your physician? I mean, you already gave the reason when you called for the appointment, right? read more

If I could give this place zero stars I really would. As a young woman, I entrusted them with my health at a time when I was very sick. Instead of listening to me AT ALL, they conducted tests I specifically told them not to do and prodded me when I had asked them not to touch me. On top of that, the tests I didn't even want came back "non-conclusive" because they did not do them correctly and then told me I should come back in (and pay them more money to do the whole thing over again). I left and never went back, thinking I was done with this horrible place. But, a year later, I get a call that I have an outstanding balance and that they have sent me 4 notices. Firstly, I never got a single notice. Secondly, they never called or emailed me in an entire year and now expect me to pay a bill for a service I specifically said I did not want and was still forced to do. DO NOT GO HERE. No one I have ever talked to has had a good experience here. Please, take care of yourself and stay far from this place. read more

Dr. "O" had a proper ultrasound and set up a clear plan to expedite the problem. His Staff were available to answer my questions and give friendly support anytime. I ask the lady (Lisa) why they've waited a year to call me and tell me I have a remaining balance on my acct and she starts yelling at me over the phone that it isn't her fault that my acct is delinquent. Mind you, I live in Phoenix and haven't been to this clinic since I had my son 3 years ago and will never ever go back. I've been going here for a long time, and I finally switched to another practice. I called the on call doctor because my toddlers had just been diagnosed with the flu. I am 19 weeks pregnant and was also symptomatic. It was after hours so all urgent are offices were closed. I asked him to prescribe tamiflu, which is pretty protocol for pregnant women who are exposed to the flu (and it's time sensitive). Not only would he NOT prescribe it, bit he was very condescending. Luckily my new OB came to the rescue, but had I only been able to rely on the Women's Clinic, I may have had the full blown flu, putting my baby at risk. read more

After horrible experiences with their office and losing my baby because compazano can't look at my file and did not give me the proper shots. The doctors and nurses are very friendly at both locations Prescott and Prescott Valley. I really enjoy seeing my doctor (Ohanesian) because he is very encouraging and won't make you worry for no reason. All questions are welcomed in his eyes. The front desk clerk lady was slightly rude my first time there which will always be in the back of my head. But hey, everyone has a bad day sooner or later maybe it was just that day. I never had an issue afterwards. As for the wait time I had an issue with a doctor (not ohanesian) have me wait in the room for 45mins and I ended up going to the front desk and rescheduling. The doctor personally called me and apologized. But in all a fantastic place for all mothers, soon to be mothers and women. read more

The doctors are attentive and amazing, the nursing staff compassionate and kind. The ultrasound tech I saw here for my first pregnancy (2015) is top-notch and more thorough than any typical level 2 ultrasound tech bc she is specially trained in high risk pregnancy complication detection. The office staff is absolutely horrid. Rude, like to the point of belligerent, and incompetent. Worst OB front office staff I have ever encountered and I'm in my 30's and have moved around in-state a lot so I'm drawing on experience with multiple offices. As for the doctors I wasn't able to meet them because I decided after two appointments that I was not comfortable with the office or the staff. Every time I went to my appointment the front desk staff was very rude and not very helpful with any questions I had. Every conversation I had was not private. The front desk women spoke about all of my personal information including finances in front of the whole waiting room. I'm serious get a second opinion if you are thinking of using this office. I see Victoria for my yearly exam and anything that comes up during the year. I find her to be very professional and a person who I can relate to. Very down-to-earth; no pretenses. I was seeing one of the doctors there and had to 'let him go' as he embarrassed me with one of his comments. Wait time a little long; staff is pleasant. I would recommend Victoria for your PAP and general GYN issues. read more

My bad experience happened a few months ago at the Prescott Womens Clinic location with a "Doctor" named Jeffery Osburn. I went to the doctors complaining of extreme abdominal pain when menstruating as well as having difficulties with my prescribed birth control. The front office took my information and sent me into a assigned room where I waited over 45 minutes until a man entered the room, immediately appearing upset. He started the visit with an aggravated tone and began to ask why I came in, as I began to tell him he began pushing on my abdomen and within moments pulling my gown down to preform a breast exam. I felt it extremely weird that he didn't ask me or at least inform me that he was going to do this (I'm 23, have had multiple PAP Smears and never have I been given a breast exam). The visit was over within 15 minutes and not once did he mention a new birth control method or address my chronic/debilitating pain. I couldn't believe how I was being treated and as he was halfway out the door he turned and asked if i had any question. I stated the visit seemed rushed and that didn't think what I was dealing with was normal, nor that I should continue taking this birth control. He said nothing about the daily cramps and said stay on the same BC and walked out. No one informed me to get dressed and that the visit was over after he left, so after 5 minutes I was so upset that I got dressed and walked out. I have since been to another Gyno and found that I suffer from Endometriosis which I've suffered with for years. I had one visit on my insurance and after I left this visit I not only felt completely helpless, I felt violated and disrespected. He didn't take anytime to talk to me about what I may be experiencing, he was short and seemed upset, and I felt I was in a dream; I couldn't believe how terrible I was being treated. I don't want anyone to EVER go though what I went through with this "Doctor" and encourage any women to look into their Gyno and I strongly,strongly advice to NEVER choose Jeffery Osburn as your personal doctor. read more
