From the very beginning, Dr. Salem and his entire team created an environment that felt warm, supportive, and incredibly professional. Every interaction I had left me feeling genuinely cared for, fully informed, and completely safe. They took the time to explain each step in a way that made the process feel manageable rather than intimidating, which made a huge difference in my overall experience. Arden and Taylor were especially amazing. Both kind, responsive, and always willing to go the extra mile. It's clear that everyone there truly cares about their patients, not just medically but emotionally as well. Like many people, I came into this process having read a lot of negative and scary reviews about IVF. And while it's true that it's not an easy journey, this team made it as smooth, organized, and low-stress as possible. I always felt supported and never alone in the process, which is invaluable during something like this. I was referred to this clinic for a friend of a friend out of state and traveled out of state for my treatment as well, and I can confidently say it was 100% beyond worth it. The level of care, communication, professionalism, and compassion exceeded all expectations. I truly couldn't have asked for a better experience and would highly recommend Dr. Salem and his team to anyone considering fertility treatment.

Even…read morethough my treatment time with them was short, sadly I did not have the experience that I had hoped for. I was referred by my OB/GYN for help with better management of my PCOS symptoms and the hope to get to a place where I could conceive naturally, or with minimal help/treatment. My first consultation with Dr. Derman was okay. He was professional, and initially made me feel heard. I was given two options for helping my PCOS: 1) lose weight, possibly with a GLP1 from my PCP, to see if that helped with my PCOS and allowed me to conceive or 2) jump into ovulation induction medications to get pregnant ASAP. Ultimately I chose to go the GLP1 route through my PCP and put a hold on option 2. Dr. Derman prescribed me a birth control, as he wanted me to try to regulate my cycle and I needed to be on BC if I started taking a GLP1. I started having "breakthrough bleeding" on the pill, which I was expecting. However, the bleeding lasted for 75 days. While it wasn't heavy bleeding the entire time, it was enough to have to use my menstrual cup every day for those 75 days. I reached out to the clinic a few times during those 75 days to express concern and to ask "how long is too long?" Every time I got the same answer, to continue taking the pill and that the bleeding was to be expected; that there was no concern unless I was filling my menstrual cup within a couple of hours. I discussed this with my PCP, who helped me make the decision to change my birth control pill. I started a new pill, and the bleeding stopped within 10 days. It was clear that the birth control Dr. Derman put me on was not ideal for my body...but they didn't seem to care, even when I told them the constant bleeding was taking a physical and mental toll. I decided to no longer seek any care through New Direction. To me, it felt like my care was put on the back burner since I wasn't trying to actively get pregnant. It felt like I wasn't worth their time or effort, and it was very disheartening. Sadly, this ruined their reputation for me. If I couldn't count on them to listen to a concern about a birth control pill, it doesn't instill a lot of trust that they'll be the right providers for me should I need fertility treatment.

She is nice, confident, an expert, AND SHE CARES ABOUT YOU AND YOUR FUTURE. Shes the full package. Probably one of the best providers I've ever seen. I had an emergency surgery that came up and she approached it so swiftly, was truly empathetic, and provided the best care possible for me. I cannot say enough great things about her. Next is the support staff. Everyone here is so friendly and communicative. There is nothing more frustrating than going to a fertility clinic and having poor communication. That will not be your experience at Bloom. From Gabby, to Carmen, to Andrea, to even the nice lady at the front desk, you will be taken care of, The clinic is super clean and easy to get appointments with especially when your cycle starts. They are willing to do thorough testing before jumping to IVF and care about your goals. I literally have only good things to say about Bloom and Dr. Gordon. If I had to choose one negative thing it would be that I wish there was a way to send things directly to the doctor rather than having to schedule an appointment every time I need to update her with something, But hey, if that's my biggest concern, then I'm in a good position. Anyways, I would give this place 10 stars if I could so I hope that helps anyone in their decision-making process.

I would strongly recommend being cautious and not paying anything unless you receive a clear, itemized statement that shows exactly what is being billed and the date of service. Additionally, my cycle failed and reached out through their patient portal on Monday, but I never received a response. At this point, I will likely be looking for a new office.

I used this clinic, recommended by my work's provider, for one round of egg freezing. I had some really nice nurses and positive interactions with the upstairs office, but had a really negative overall experience with the doctor/office in general. This office doesn't have any appointment reminders (no calls, texts, emails, or automation). The office kept billing my insurance because the doctor "feels like it" instead of my original coverage from work, likely because it got the office more money. I had to fight to get the billing department to correct, so unprofessional and unhelpful. I asked to have my second consultation waived since I knew I wanted to move forward after blood work, which the doctor agreed to, but then said I couldn't have notes from our conversation since I opted out. Seriously? I wanted to save myself $200 and two hours of my time, so I'm not allowed notes is poor patient care. Most importantly, I ended up getting OHSS after my retrieval and was incredibly under prepared. I never would have come into the office post retrieval (another $300 and two hours) had I been given notes from my procedure or adequate notes on how to manage OHSS. Financially predatory imo. Plus, I literally couldn't breathe normally and was told my "doctor" was too busy to see me due to new patients. Now, it's been more than a month since my retrieval, and I still have no documentation on how to access my own eggs stored here. This has been the worst patient care/experience I've had to deal with and I hope this saves some women from going through a bad experience like I did.

When I experienced some strange symptoms another weekend, he took the time to reach out to and consult with another specialist, address my concerns and call in new prescriptions, all on his birthday. Dr. C's expertise and competence are also outstanding. I came to him with several rare preexisting conditions, poor egg quality and a high rate of aneuploidy after another doctor had recommended I try with donor eggs instead of my own. From my very first consultation, he was well informed on my conditions, asked new questions, and investigated things that had not previously been looked at. Once we started and had unsuccessful cycles, he came up with new strategies and ideas to overcome the issues I was facing. Even when I was ready to give up, he did not, and his confidence helped me overcome my fears and doubts to try again. When we finally got a euploid embryo, he did everything in his power to ensure I had a successful transfer, doing pre-implantation testing, adding a special protocol to my cycle, and supplement and lifestyle changes to boost the chances of success - and it worked. My first impression of Arizona Reproductive Medicine…read moreSpecialists was actually great because they offered a first responders discount, which a lot of clinics don't do. That was honestly one of the main reasons we decided to go with ARMS. However, once we started the process, my experience was very mixed. When we first met with the doctor, we maybe spent a minute with him. There was no personal relationship, no small talk, nothing that made us feel like more than just another patient. It was very straight to the point, which was disappointing because I know many people build really supportive relationships with their fertility clinics. When I went in for my SHG, I was told it looked like I might have something called an isthmocele from my previous C-section. The doctor said I might need surgery to correct it, but it really wasn't explained to me in detail. I was basically told I needed to find a doctor to repair it. When I asked if we could proceed without repairing it, I received a message saying that if it wasn't corrected, he would not move forward with a transfer. They referred me to a doctor at Mayo Clinic, but after doing my own research I found out that only two doctors in Arizona actually perform this surgery. Thankfully I found my OB, and we were able to schedule surgery quickly to repair the isthmocele. After surgery, I contacted the clinic and was told I would need to have another SHG done in their office. This was confusing because the surgeon who performed my surgery was already planning to do one himself and clear me for transfer. The cost of having the SHG done at the fertility clinic was also significantly higher than having it done with my OB. I finally had to be very direct and tell them I would not be repeating the test there and that my surgeon would be clearing me. This is also when I began having problems with the Phoenix front office staff. Every time we visited the office it felt like we were interrupting conversations. One time I called to ask if they had received my surgical reports. The front desk told me they had not. I asked them to check again because my surgical office had just faxed them while I was on the phone with them. They said they still didn't have them. I called again a few hours later and was told the same thing. Finally, I gave them my date of birth and asked them to look again. As soon as they searched correctly, suddenly all the reports were there. On top of the confusion, the staff member was extremely rude. Working in a fertility clinic, you would think the front office staff would show a little more empathy considering what patients are going through. Unfortunately, that empathy was really lacking, and it often felt like they just didn't care. I do want to say that the medical staff who helped with my transfer were absolutely amazing. They were kind, supportive, and made the experience feel special. Honestly, that is the only reason I'm giving this clinic even one star. In the two hours I spent with those medical assistants, I felt more cared for than I had during most of my time with the clinic. Communication with the office overall was extremely difficult, and I'm very disappointed that the experience didn't match what I hoped it would be during such a difficult journey. We did get the result we wanted, and I'm currently 11 weeks pregnant, which I'm incredibly grateful for. But if I had to go through this process again, I would not let the financial discount influence my decision. My final negative experience happened on March 4 when I called to have my records sent to my OB after graduating from the clinic. The front office staff member who answered was blatantly rude to me while I was on speakerphone at my OB's office. Even the staff at my doctor's office were shocked by how the conversation went. Because of my experience with the front office staff, I would strongly encourage the clinic to reconsider who they hire in those positions. When women are going through infertility, the people around them matter so much. Compassion and communication are incredibly important, and unfortunately this office made an already difficult process feel much harder than it needed to be.

This was despite having numerous infertility-related diagnoses. The support and healthy optimism received made all the difference, and will never be forgotten. They were also very flexible with appointment availability around my work schedule. The IVF process was made seamless, despite the complexity and timing of everything that needs to be done. I actually loved going to my appointment, as their building is aesthetically beautiful, relaxing, and they always have good movies playing in the lobby! We also felt everyone at the clinic was on our side, never felt judged for being so old on our journey to begin parenthood.
