I was looking at the reviews for this company, and I totally disagree with them all!! They were on time, very professional, and most of all there price was reasonable. They came to clean my ducts, and they ended up tuning my air conditioner. It works great now!! Do not use this company for duct cleaning. They literally did not have the hose attached to the truck and tried to tell me that is was. They were here less than an hour to do the whole job. That was setting up and tearing down also and charged me 435.00 to blow air through the registers without removing it. So unprofessional. This company is very shady and scam people. They need to be shut down for not doing their job. My ducts still had chunks of stuff inside them after they were cleaned. And after they agreed to give me a refund they only tried to give me 300.00 back. I didnt pay 300.00 for the service I paid 435.00 so the refund should be 435.00 not 300.00. Do not use this business - they will destroy your house and charge you 5x the original quote. Bait and switch advertising. Recently purchased a house and needed the vents cleaned. He showed me fake pictures in the beginning, claiming they were pictures he had just taken (I had peaked my head in and took pictures of the vents prior to their arrival). He messed up when he brushed his screen with his finger, revealing that they were actually screen shots he was showing me. He quickly closed his phone and acted like I was crazy for asking if they were indeed screen shots, and then proceeded to talk over me loudly, charging me more and more with vague pricing. I almost blacked out when he handed me the bill. Over $600 for a job that left my house a complete disaster. Not to mention his assistant walked around my house with an air compressor hose, finding each vent and intake, and then holding onto dear life as he blew mounds of dust/hair/who knows what into the surrounding living areas. I found him in our master bedroom, almost floating from the obnoxiously overpowered air compressor hose, blowing dirt/dust into our walk-in closet. No intention of any sort of clean-up, anywhere. If you are considering this company - don't! You can buy yourself an air compressor for less money, and do the same quality job with no experience. At least you'll have an air compressor. read more

Great job! I had problems with my furnace over the holidays.Believe it or not I made a few calls and could not get through to anybody. I found President Air Comfort on line and I did not feel comfortable to call them at first. I am telling you should not create opinions based on people reviews. They were great. They came on time they fixed my furnace they walked me through the problem and what needed to be done. The technician suggested that I should do duct cleaning too. I called PAC bc my ac unit wasn't running and that I had a $39.95 coupon. The lady who answered my call explained that I can use the $39.95 coupon (even though it says furnace repair on the ad) was only for dx and that "repair and parts" are extra. I concurred and scheduled an appt. Danny shows up and demands me to turn on ac. I told him I just did when he arrived. He demands me to turn it off and back on! So I did. After about 10 mins he concluded that I need a new ac unit as it won't be worth repairing it now. I was on my deck and he came onto the deck and made me feel extremely uncomfortable when he was squeezing between me and my picnic table to get to the shaded area of the table to sit and write up his findings. I had no idea what he was trying to do and thought that was so rude! Then he charged me $75! $35 was for dx (when ad says $39.95) and $40 was for ac tuneup and claimed I called for a tuneup. I did not call for a tuneup, esp when my ac isn't even working! He insist I did and I showed him the coupon and he still wanted $75. After some verbal exchange I decided it's not worth the battle and paid. I worked from home to get my ac fix and missed part of my meeting for this poor service and false advertisement. It is so disappointing! I then called the 800 to talk to whoever answers and she apologized for the misinformation the first customer service rep gave me. She then claims that my coupon is invalid and prob expired and that it's only valid if I did a whole house duct cleaning - no where was that verbiage found on the coupon! She questioned expiration of my coupon and I told her expiration date clearly shows 7/15/19 but she didn't believe me! She then called me back from a cell phone and asked me to take a screenshot of my coupon and send it to her. I told her they already wasted enough of my time and hung up. She called me again stating she knows what coupons she is running (implying I don't have the latest ad/coupon) and asked that I send her a screenshot again but I was late for my next meeting and didn't comply. DO NOT CALL President Air Comfort!!! Last week Daniel (Tthe owner) and his coworker cleaned our ducts. 1) He showed up at the wrong time, 1 hour early 2) I showed him the furnace; one of the six granit slabs we plan to use (was in the way). I then attempted to move the slab out of the way and he says, " No worries, I'll move that". Of course I expected him to move it. But he didnt. 3) At the end of the service he didnt tell me that his coworker broke my granit by stepping on it. (The piece that Daniel offered to move out of the way.) I JUST HAPPENED TO SEE IT, he wasn't going to tell me. 4) Long story short of it, He won't cover it. I asked can I call the insurance company? They said NO. Have to wonder if he really has insurance? Daniel, the owner doesn't care. He talked down to me like I was a child, He talked over me and louder then me to drowned out my words. So frustrated. Daniel and his co-worker came to clean my furnace and provide a tune up. Daniel explained that my furnace needed a new part. He ordered the part and installed a few days later. Now, with the cold weather hitting, I discovered that my furnace is not working properly. It will not heat the house above 60 degrees. I have called 5 times, only once reaching a human, who ensured me she would get a hold of Daniel and call me back...nothing. I gave up and called another company to repair my furnace. Do NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Had a coupon for 89.00 duct cleaning, no vent limits and one main duct. Lady on the phone tells me there will an extra charge for the second main line, $30.00. Ok no problem. Guy comes out and tells me my main lines are longer than usual and it will be more to do that, then tells me each duct line costs more, then tells me that to prep the trunks it will cost $80.00 to drill a few holes in them which took all of 5 minutes to do. Final bill $375.00! Then he shows me a fake picture of what my ducts looked like before he cleaned them ( I know they are fake because I looked in the ducts not 2 months ago and they didn't look at all like the picture) and the new picture of my clean ducts. read more

The work they did on the dryer vent cleaning was good, but their follow up to the damage made at my house was horrible. I will give a average rating for their work, but want to give a zero for the follow up response had contracted this company to clean the dryer return vent, they went into the attic and supposedly cleaned the vent. They tole me that return line is too long and that cleaning will not work. These guys also damaged the dry wall which was the floor of the attic, and its been over 3 months and they have not returned to fix the dry wall and now answering/returning my calls. I saw their add $89 for 1 main duct and all vents, I called the customer care and I said I have 2 main ducts in my home and they told it will cost around 200$, when they come to home and they counted the vent connecting points also main ducts and they charged 400$. Don't trust this company and the quality of work they did also very poor.Basement is full of dust after cleaning the duct and they did not do good job in that. Sanitation they charged 85$ just to spray using sprayer with hand in 2 minutes.They took total time of 1.30 hr to clean every thing in my 2000 sqft house. This company is a joke. Don't even bother with the coupon they advertise. I went over the details on the phone so there were "no hidden fees" when they arrived. I was told there would be an additional $45 for the return main because I lived in a manufactured home. I agreed to the additional charge of $45 to the $69.95 coupon they advertise. After waiting through the 3-hour window they gave me for arriving, I ran to the store. Long story short, they informed my son who was home that the cost would be $244. I asked my son to put the gentleman on the phone. Because I could not understand what he was saying (his English was not very good & a couple times I had to ask him to slow down), I asked him to put in writing what I was paying for so I could see what exactly he was talking about. I wanted to see where the difference came in since their coupon advertised it included all heat vents, 2 cold air returns, 1 main duct, and 1 access panel. When I returned home, my yard was torn up from his truck, he did not leave anything for me to review, nor did he even bother putting the panel back up on the furnace. They run a ad which has a special price $89.95, when you call the lady that answered tells you it is $23.95 for the second return vent. Once the two guys show up and the first thing they do is go thru you whole home and count vents and then they come up with a price of over $350.00 with a senior discount. They take a phone photo of the vent before and after which I asked them to e-mail me and they never did. Then they said they cleaned our dryer vent and I had the repair man for our washer and dryer out and he said the vent was still 70 % blocked. I went to Lowes and brought a dryer vent cleaning kit and cleaned they vent with it and took out a five gallon bucket full of lint from the vent the same day they cleaned it. They told me that every two or three years we should have the vents cleaned and it would cost only $250 if we used them. I will look for another company in two years. read more
