We decided to give this place a try, despite the fact that they had no reviews (something I rarely ever do). We've been going here for about 2 months, and could not be more happy with the service. We use them both for laundry and dry cleaning. The owner is warm and lovely, welcoming us to the area, and making sure to take very good care of us and our garments. The only thing that could be better would be if they stayed open until 7PM. It is sometimes a challenge to get there before they close at 6, but it is a small sacrifice for such good service and attention to detail.

Customer service is very friendly and they do on-time, quality work. Story time - 1. I had a friend accidentally spill all over an old Pendleton blanket that's very special to me. It was passed to me from my dad (who passed away years ago) and the pattern is no longer produced. Stadium Cleaners did an amazing job getting it back to pristine, which was a huge relief! 2. I got my wedding dress cleaned here! It had a pretty large train so this was not a simple undertaking and this was of course a special item to me. I was happy with their work on this one. Believe this was $185 which I thought was really reasonable for the amount of fabric in this dress especially. 3. Otherwise, I usually will do my coats here (especially my puffy winter coats that seem to absorb stains throughout the season), delicate sweaters (though more often than not I keep trying to just put those through my washing machine - one day I'll learn my lesson...), and a specialty jacket I wear for hospital volunteering. As an added bonus, they're located next to Dimo's - I sometimes try to time my dry cleaner drop off/pick ups to snag a breakfast bagel next door :).

There is a very nice man that has been there every time that I have been there. (Whether it be early in the AM or after work). It appears that he is the owner. He does an excellent job, and seems to really value his customers. I typically drop off my stuff in the morning before work and is always available the next day after work. He charges a very cheap (at least in my opinion) at $1.50 a dress shirt. Definitely worth giving a shot. Especially to support this friendly small business owner.

Posting this mainly to encourage the owners to improve communication with customers. The owner is…read morevery kind, but the lack of communication is extremely frustrating. I arrived Wednesday at 11:30 a.m. to pick up my dry cleaning to find the doors locked, even though the "open" sign was on. I waited in the parking lot for over 30 minutes, called repeatedly, and never reached anyone. I returned a little after 2:00 p.m. and the doors were still locked. I even knocked around back with no response. I continued calling for the next hour with the same result. When I came back Thursday, I was told by the owner's wife she had to leave and he was running late. I understand things happen, but a simple note on the door with a return time would have prevented a lot of frustration. I needed my dry cleaning early Thursday morning, so the lack of communication really created a problem. They recently purchased this business, and I genuinely wish them the best, but clearer communication with customers is essential.
