The owner said it's not our fault 4. The owner said he will do a courtesy repair 5. The shirt was just picked up for repair (this was mid-June). I asked the employee to call when the shirt was ready because after five unsuccessful visits, it seemed that was the least they could do right? Well, I did not receive a phone call. Again, incompetent employees taking leadership from incompetent owners. Finally, over three months later, I have the shirt, and the rip they were supposed to fix looks exactly the same. The employee claims the owner was supposed to call and of course he never did. They tried to provide me with a $20 credit, but there is no way I'd ever take my clothes there again. I'd give this dry cleaners zero stars if that was an option. What I can do is warn others about this horrible experience. If you care about your clothes, get them dry cleaned elsewhere.
