I don't believe it's the owner/ operator but the door clearly states 'last load at 7pm, close at 8pm'. It wasn't even 7pm and I went in to switch my clothes from the washer to the dryer and an employee that is an older woman with white hair was rudely asking about me having to dry my clothes & that they close at 8? There was another customer that came in before me too & is just now washing clothes & it didn't seem to be a problem but me drying clothes for 23 minutes is & I'll still be out well before 8. The workers are normally very friendly & this instance is frustrating to say the least. read more

We decided to come here because our basement flooded and all our laundry that was down there ended up molding from the moisture.. so much laundry that it would take us HOURS to wash ourselves, so we went over to Kate's. Going to Kate's has always been very inconvenient to us because the lady's who work in there are extremely rude, especially the one who always has her hair back in a pony tail, but it was our last resort today because every other place was closed. Upon arrival it's very clean, has a nice smell and a small bathroom, unfortunately the lady working there was extremely knit picky and decided to come up to us.. and say "just so you know we close in an hour and a half" as we reassured her that we won't take long she walks away rolling her eyes, just lovely. Then as we start to unload our laundry she comes up to us AGAIN "excuse me but is there throw up in there?!" Pinching her nose. I'm so flabbergasted at this point that I don't even know what to say I just look at her for a moment in shock then I say "no. Our basement flooded" then once again walks away rolling her eyes..... EXCUSE MEEEE! Your customers are the reason you have a job and you wanna act like that and SAY something like that in front of 3 other people. I'm done! Kate's you officially lost me and my family's service for good. read more

The man, and the few younger women who work there are great and always friendly, but there is an older women who is so rude every time you encounter her. It's like you're an inconvenience to her life for doing your laundry at a self coin laundry... will avoid when she's working! read more

This is by far the cleanest laundromat in Livingston County. I have been coming here for over two years, and I love it. The staff are friendly and helpful, from opening the door, along with carrying out your clean laundry to your car. Today there was a malfunction with one of the machines--which are usually kept in tip-top shape--and I was reimbursed for my lost coins and the soap I had used. While this is not exactly unexpected, I was impressed that a repairman came while I was still here to fix it promptly--on a Sunday! The hours are flexible and the employees are always cleaning. I have never been to a better laundromat. I highly recommend! read more

This is the cleanest and nicest laundromat I have ever visited. In fact, you can make a day out of it by going there, going out to eat nearby, and going to the library. There is a friendly attendant on duty, vending machines, and a clean restroom. It is worth driving a few extra miles. read more

Kate's Coin Laundry is completely remodeled with all new equipment! There is always an attendant on duty. They do drop off laundry, drop off dry cleaning and also drop off horse and other pet items. It is the nicest cleanest laundrymat with great people!! Love it!! read more

Rose was an amazing person as soon as myself and co workers walked in . She made made sure everything was in top shape and we understood all directions. For myself personally , she helped me fold my laundry seeing my struggle and communicated well with me in the process to teach me . As a young man .
