DO NOT BOOK!! THIS BUSINESS IS A SCAM!!! They don't even have a physical address. I suggest you do your research first. Their Google reviews are nothing but FAKE!! Website looks real but they do that to attract potential victims! Glad I stumbled upon YELP reviews. My sister and I tried to book this business for my upcoming wedding, mind you I did not sign a contract yet but they want a full payment. They took my money $1,498.00 to be exact for a limousine I did not even agree to have. They sent a contract which I did not sign beforehand, l told them I'm gonna cancel because they were very rude which is a huge red flag but again typical for a scammer. They still end up getting my money and when my sister and I called them to ask them why they charged me they hung up on us and blocked us. THEY STOLE THE MONEY. I did not even consent or agree for them to do that. THAT IS PLAINLY ILLEGAL. They did not even sent receipts or anything I just found out when I opened my mobile bank app. I was so confused so I checked my email, I opened the contract they sent and it says "it was signed"!!! guess who?? by them!!! TOTAL BS! I was so furious I called the police and 911 for their scam. I'm glad I was able to talk to the bank right away to dispute the money they took from me. This review is long but I wanted to exactly quote the communication from this company so others can know what they could be getting into. I SO wish I had been able to record the phone call, too. I booked a wine tour for my wife and some of her best friends for her 50th birthday. The day before pickup, one of the friends had to cancel due to covid, and my wife wanted to see if there was any chance of a reschedule. Since I'm on work calls thru the day, she called one of the numbers and was told that she needed to email the request. So she emailed, and since this was also at the end of the day and she wanted to be sure that her question got thru to someone before people might go off of work, she also tried a second phone number (but got a recording). She followed up her email with one more that included some callback numbers for them to reach her or me and got a response back that scolded her for asking and calling: "The dispatch handles that! Your issue does not get resolved by calling different numbers. We are super slammed!! You have to give it some time!!" My wife responded: "Wow.  Ok.  I had no way to know that dispatch handles that.  I contacted in all the ways I had in order to quickly let you know what was happening before you left for the day.    This email is not excellent customer service, and I do not appreciate being scolded via email for doing what would be considered the right thing by many. If you are super slammed, possibly someone would like our slot tomorrow, in which case would happily reschedule.  Then everyone is happy and you even get an additional booking.  If however, that is not possible, we will see you limo here tomorrow at noon." I then got a call from someone at presidential limo who proceeded to cuss me out and demand that my "stupid wife" would stop emailing them. I'm naturally diplomatic, calm and disarming, but despite my efforts the man would not calm down, would not listen to anything I had to say, said he did not want to "hear my excuses," threatened that if we did not behave with the driver the next day that the driver would refuse us service, and eventually hung up on me. While my wife and I were discussing whether we should just cancel (even tho they have a no refund policy), although there had been no further communication between my wife and the limo company, she received another email from him: "STOP with your STUPID responses!!!! If you are NASTY even a bit with our driver tomorrow or make stupid comments, the job is over right there on the spot. We DO NOT wish to hear from you as you did not sign the contract. You need to STOP communicating with us. We could care less what happened, we are running a business!!! You don't like the service, call someone else!!" A few minutes later, another email: "People make reservations in advance!! Quit telling us how to run our business!! You are not in our shoes. You are very good at pissing people off! Again if I were you, I would watch my smart mouth tomorrow, because the driver will cancel the ride!!!" At that point we'd had enough, and my fear was that the driver would likely be coached or instructed such that the experience would not be a pleasant one for my wife and her friends. My reply: "Sir, I tried to resolve this calmly and respectfully over the phone even as you treated me without respect and insulted my wife.  With your continued emails, your reaction has gone beyond being unacceptable, unprofessional and unwarranted.  Please cancel the contract.  We do not wish to do business with you. I understand you had a no-refund policy, but we did not pay for this harassment.  If you are inclined to try and make this right, I ask that you refund our money." Their response: "Per your request this contract has been canceled for the second time! We informed you several times to quit harassing us over the phone and over the email. There are no refunds and again this contract has been canceled again for the second time per your request. You can make all the excuses in the world you like, regardless of Covid or death, there are no refunds. We are running a business. How would you feel if we canceled it on you? You canceled your reservation once and it was cancelled and then you tried to leave it on again so it was active again and now this is a second time it has been canceled for your lousy excuses that you're making. This will be the end of our communication and please do not call or write to us. This contract has been canceled per your request." We never asked to cancel the contract until that last email I sent. All of this came from what started out as a reasonable ask if there was any opportunity to reschedule with an assurance that if not, we were happy to keep the booking. I would not be surprised if presidential limo replies to this and tries to make us seem like we were being rude, disrespectful or harassing them. DO NOT BOOK Booking with Presidential Limo has been one of the WORST VENDOR MISTAKES I have ever made. A $1000 mistake. I should have know when I first booked with an incredibly chaotic Sunny. I booked a 13 person limo to go to a concert, which then got cancelled due to COVID. I immediately alerted them, and they responded: "I am sorry to hear that. The option is that you will have a company credit and you would be able to apply to any limos, any event and any day and it will expire in one year after your initial event date." Little did I know that they would make it absolutely impossible to use the credit. I organized my friends (organizing 13 people is no small feat) for a new date BUT - they have blocked my phone number - I go straight to VM and they don't respond to my messages. I finally emailed them with and they responded that the vehicles were"tentatively booked and I don't have the final word yet. I will let you know as soon as I find out." They never emailed again, despite my responses. (The requested date was 2 weeks ago). I finally had a friend call - he got through immediately. They confirmed they had a vehicle for the days I had requested (where they were "tentatively booked") and gave him a quote. As soon as he said he was using a credit, Sunny said he was really busy and hung up on him. After that, they never answered his calls again. The driver tried to assert his dominance by shouting orders and even stooped to the level of asking if the patrons "spoke English". He then proceeded to use the term "you people", and things only got worse from there. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY After a few minutes of the driver shouting, he demanded the patrons get out of the limo and he refused to drive the bride and her party to her own wedding. He stood outside of the limo and said nothing and waited for everyone to exit the limo. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY Unfortunately the owner is just as bad as the driver, and refused to give a refund for a service that wasn't provided. STAY AWAY! Nico, the owner, will ruin whatever fun activity you had planned. RUN AWAY NOW! On two separate accounts, I have unfortunately had him as my driver. The first time was with 8 girls, one of which was my Mom and for some reason a non-planned potty break back from the wineries caused him to flip his switch. By the time I came out of the restaurant in the shopping center he had all our stuff on the curb and was calling the cops on us for sexual harassment. Yes, he is insane and nowhere did anyone of us come close to even touching him. Well, the cops came and wasted their time... Nico locked himself in the limo and wouldn't open the doors, not even for us to obtain the remaining items we had in the backseat. He eventually drove away. The second experience was this past weekend for a friends 30th. As soon as I saw Nico get out of the limo I told my boyfriend that this is NOT going to be a good trip and that no matter what we do he will flip out. Well, needless to say, there was much anger from Nico, he called us names, threatened us and then started crying. I am just thankful we made it back alive and not stranded like the first time and like the other girl's post I just read. The driver was rude and disrespectful, the only thing guaranteed about using this company is that you will have a miserable time and choose to uber home. Be prepared to hear the following "turn down the music", "don't play with the buttons for the lights", "I'm parked far and I don't want to drive to you", these are just a sample of the great conversations you will have with you driver. DO NOT book this vendor! A friend hired this service for her wedding and it was awful! The Limo was late to the hotel, so the bride, bridal party and the brides parents had to drive to the church. After this it was all down hill. The dispatch lady told the mother of the bride that it was her fault that the limo was late and the contract she signed had the wrong time and address, it did not. After the ceremony she called the mother of the bride and spoke to her in a unbelievably unprofessional manner tell them that her drivers has been waiting for hours in the heat. (You are a limo driver for a wedding... really what do you expect your drivers to do?!) She then talked to multiple groomsmen continuing to be unprofessional and was only concerned about when her drivers would get paid, IN CASH ONLY. Which, brings me to the next point, the mother of the bridal was quoted incorrectly, which resulted in one drive demanding that he be paid the extra $100.00 cash before the bride and groom step foot in the limo. Waiting in 100 degree heat to get in a limo while the bridal party gets together $100 cash was just the thing a bride and groom want to do in the first moments after marriage. Ludicrous! Both of the limos were unsafe, the one had break lights out and the other has the spare tire in the front site. Poor, Unsafe, and Unprofessional Service!! Limo service was hired for daughter's wedding. Limo driver arrived late (believe they double booked). My husband and I had to take our daughter to the church, so that she would not be late to her own wedding. The bridesmaids had to drive themselves to the church. We arrived to the church 20 minutes before the ceremony. The limo driver shows up to the church and ask a groomsman to get me because he wanted to be paid (unprofessional). Of course, he was made to wait until after the service. There was one other contact person other than myself who was rudely called by the business owner on this day. The business owner was rude and unprofessional, to the point of almost yelling into the phone. The other contact person stated that he had to tell her to calm down. Is this the kind of way a professional should be acting? This company also only takes cash when picked up. This seems a little suspicious to me, if you are a reputable business. In this day and time who carries around large amounts of cash. Limos were in poor condition. One of the limos had no air conditioning and a brake light was out. I was told that a spare tire was sitting in the the front seat of the other limo. I was truly disgusted and appalled by this poor service. read more

We had a very bad experience for my friend's wedding. The driver was so disrespectful to our entire party from the moment I greeted him with my 6 year old flower girl. I'm big on customer service (the driver could have pulled up in a pinto, but if he had a friendly disposition I'd give him 4 stars) however, the level of hostility from the driver towards us was beyond unprofessional. The Good: They showed up on time and returned us on time The Bad: The limo was ancient and looked like it had been assembled from spare parts laying around an auto repair shop. The front doors did not match the rest of the car and I should have known when they called me the day of and said the front window was cracked (just happened this morning they claimed). The interior was also in disrepair (missing buttons, missing ceiling vents (had rags stuffed in them for some reason). This is the least best limo I have ever ridden in in 30 years of doing this. Other: They spent more time harassing me about signing their ridiculous contract then they did actually focusing on the itinerary (they advertised on their website that they did wine tours and then after I booked they told me they no longer did those and you have to call and schedule them yourself). They kept calling me from one phone number and then when I would re-dial that number no one picked up....then they would leave me a message to call back on another number. (Junior Varsity) With the exception of one stop, we had to go out and find the driver because he didn't get the text message or the voice call on his phone. Verizon may have been the cause, but you would think these guys do this every weekend and would know which locations have telecom issues. For the $750 I paid them, we could have called up two of the neighborhood kids with their parents' SUV and paid each of them $100 each for the day and gotten a better experience. Why would it have been better, newer car, we could have eaten snacks in their car, could have saved $850 dollars. If felt sorry for the driver, who seemed to be somewhat embarrassed about having to cramp 9 people in car they was advertised for 10. 8 was ok, but 10 would have been ridiculous. 9 was just uncomfortable. We paid a lot to be uncomfortable - will never do it again with this junior varsity operation. Overall we had a great 20th anniversary- but it had more to do with the our great friends and the locations (we scheduled Barrel Oak, La Grange & Quattro Goombas). RUN AWAY! Negative 5 Stars! This company has a nice website but that is the only positive experience that you will have here. This is a long review but worth reading. First of all the person that answers the phone claims to be the owner. He way oversells how great his cars are and what a great company Presidential is. Clearly compensating for some HUGE deficiencies. We hires a 24 person Hummer for my daughters sweet 16 party. There was some drama over the contract before the day of the event but it pails in comparison to the actual day of the event. It started when I called the owner at the scheduled arrival time. He told me that the car was only a few miles away and would arrive momentarily. 10 minutes later the driver called me directly and told me that he was 10 to 15 minutes away. The car arrived 30 minutes late. The driver was courteous but told me that he had been driving on a previous engagement all night and had not returned home until 6:00 am. Additionally, he had not previously driven this vehicle and was unfamiliar with the controls. He called the owner for assistance and immediately was screamed at on the phone at a volume that I could hear. The owner asked to speak with me and was quite rude and bad mouthed his driver to me. He then spoke with my wife and screamed at her asking her if she was stupid? At almost 12:30, an hour and a half after the scheduled departure, the car pulled away. Shortly thereafter the owner called me and asked if everything was satisfactory? I told him that it was very much not satisfactory and listed the following reasons: -The car was 30 minutes late -The driver was unfamiliar with the equipment -The car was not clean: carpets not vacuumed surfaces were sticky there was not water or ice as promised the DVD player was broken there was a rancid smell in the car the AC system was not cooling in the rear the partition was broken At the point the owner SCREAMED at me, cursing and saying that he was not just some stupid F*(&^%$# dispatcher and hung up the phone. A few minutes later he called back with the driver conferenced in on the phone. The owner asked me what I wanted to do and I told him that I wanted him to fulfill the contract and complete the trip. He then insisted that I immediately send him an email stating that everything was alright. I refused and he immediately began screaming that I was playing a game and instructed the driver to turn the car around and hung up. I am not sure what transpired behind the scenes after that but the drive ended up driving the girls as he did not want to ruin her sweet 16 party. The driver called us a week later and told us that the company had refused to pay him for his services that day. The company charged my credit card an additional $250 on my card without notifying me. It was full of name calling; he called my group "a bunch of cheap and low class people who cannot afford a limo" and "classless people." Will NEVER book with this limo company again. Had a limo this past Saturday for a bachelorette party. They double booked the limo. We had to tailor our trip around a second bachelorette party. I have never had a limo service where you pay for a driver and share him. What a awful thing to do to a group of ladies. Limo was clean the first pickup, and that would be its saving grace.... Please beware. Their vehicles appear to be very nice (hence why I gave a 2 star over 1 star) - however trying book one is not easy. For us, it didn't happen. on 10/2/2016 - I spoke with the company about booking a 23 min-bus. At that time, I did ask if they could lower their price any. I was informed they would get back to me. on 10/6/2016 -Since I didn't hear back, I submitted a quote online and was happy to received a price quote back in just a few hours which was $25 less than the original quote. Here is what was in the email: "In response to your request, I am pleased to inform you that we would have availability for your requested date of service." Therefore we decided to book with them since their vehicles seems to be nice and new. But wanted to start with 4 hours over 5 hours. Sent an email that day with that request. on 10/8/2016 - Since I didn't hear back, I called to confirm the price for 4 hours then asked for the contract. on 10/10/2016 - Since I didn't hear back, I emailed again asking for the contract and/or quote for what I was quoted on 10/8/2016. on 10/11/2016 - Since I didn't hear back, I called and was informed they were very busy with a conference. They informed me that they could contact me in the morning. on 10/12/2016 - Sine I didn't hear back, I called twice but no one answer. on 10/13/2016 - Since I didn't hear back, I was going to call one last time. Luckily I got a hold of someone and they informed me that they are no longer availability that evening. They said it had been booked since June 2016. Why are they just NOW telling me? Every single communication I had with them the timeline was discussed/provided. In fact, look back at 10/06/2016 and what was in their email - them stating they were available. This was the absolute worst customer service I've ever received. I would give zero stars if it were an option. We rented a limo to go to some wineries for a friend's bachelorette party. With more than an hour of our reserved time left, the driver repeatedly texted and called us telling us we had to return to the limo immediately or he was leaving. We told him we were on way, we get out to the limo and he has taken our belongings out, left them on the sidewalk, and was peeling away. He left us stranded an hour away from where we started when we still had an hour of paid time left. In addition, the driver was overly concerned with us scratching the car. As we stepped in with purses on our shoulders he asked us to hold them in our hand so we didn't scratch the car. He yelled at a pedestrian in a crosswalk as we were leaving the hotel, and told us we weren't allowed to eat or drink in the limo. He was also 20 minutes late picking us up. A few friends of mine and I used this service on our prom night-- it was a disaster. The good: Our driver showed up on time, took us where we wanted to go, and delivered us home. The bad: Our driver was racist, physically intrusive, and foul-tempered. When we first got picked up, he insisted upon searching my girlfriend's bag. Its not like the bag was going to be accessible-- we were putting it in the trunk. Regardless, or driver felt the need to unzip and inspect the bag (mostly consisting of her clothes and toiletries) so that he could ensure there was "no alcohol" enclosed. Needless to say his intrusive behavior turned him up empty handed. Later, we were emerging from the restaurant we had chosen, and were shocked to see our driver in a physical and verbal confrontation with the restaurant's valets. The two were in each others faces, and our driver was begging for a fight: "you wana go?" I heard him ask as I rushed to get into the limo before it turned ugly outside. As we drove away, our driver explained that he was attempting to deliver door-to-door service, and that the "valet monkey" who was apparently "strait off the boat" had asked him to move the limo. I personally would have preferred to walk the extra ten feet then ever hear such a thing from the person we employed. I would STRONGLY caution anyone considering using this limo service. There are plenty of great services available in the area, and I have no doubt that almost all of them would deliver an experience far more enjoyable than that of Presidential Limousine Service. read more

There are no reviews on Yelp yet for Presidential Limo so I wanted to share my experience. I was really nervous because I couldn't find any reviews before I booked, but I took a leap of faith and it definitely paid off! I was very pleased with the service. Our driver arrived exactly on time, he helped us load our things into the limo and he was very polite. We ordered an 8-10 person sized limo and it was clean and stocked with sodas and water and glasses, which was a great touch. We went to a concert and it was raining when we arrived, so he let us out at a place that wasn't too muddy, which I thought was very considerate. I definitely recommend Presidential Limo and will likely use them again if I'm in need of a limo or town car. read more

I recently planned a brewery tour for my girlfriend's birthday, and we used Presidential Limo Services and Nico as our driver. There were ten of us, and the stretch Expedition has plenty of room for all of us. We could have easily fit three or four more people in there. Pour trip stated at a brewpub in DC and we stopped at 3 more breweries in DC before going to Falls Church, Alexandria and then back to DC. The limo picked us up at 1:00 and dropped us off at 9:00. The limo was very clean and stocked with water. We brought two coolers of beer and some extra water with us. Nico cleaned out all the empty beer cans each time we made a stop. Our experience was great. Nico did a great job of finding the breweries and making sure he was at the door every time we were ready to leave, which was nice because it was raining most of the day. We had no problems at all with this limo and I definitely recommend it. The only thing that we didn't like was that we couldn't bring food with us. It would have been nice to have some snakes in the car, but I understand the reason for not allowing this. read more

We used Presidential Limousine Service and we were all very happy not only with the beautiful limo but with the extremely professional driver. The limo was very new and spotless. The driver was on time and very polite to everyone. He was well dressed and opened the doors and made sure everyone was taken care of when exiting the limo. He was very patient as he had to wait for us for several hours and then take us to another location. When I called Sunny was very helpful and explained the costs and how many people was good for each type of vehicle. He was very nice and followed up to be sure our service was what we expected. Where there is smoke there is fire!! When a business has a very low average score on Yelp and you are using them for an important event, don't take any chances! I learned my lesson. I decided to look past the scores of 1 star ratings and focused on the positives, however, it is better to go with a company that is proven and has an overall good rating. Just read through the manner in which this Company responds to its negative reviews -- they actually prove the point that folks have made about the tone of the customer service. In my case, this Company decided to run my credit card at 6:30AM on the same day that i had made reservations to be picked up at 12 noon. I had made the reservation several days earlier and provided my credit card information. Because of the size of the charge, the card was flagged by my bank. So, my group had gathered and was waiting to be picked up at noon and by 12:15PM i decided to call and find out what the delay was. No one answered the phone. So, i just so happened to check my email and found out that an email had been sent to my WORK email around 7AM saying that my card was declined and my reservation was cancelled. I never recieved a phone call about this, nor could i contact anyone. This all could have been avoided had the card been run prior to the day of the reservation to ensure no problems and/or i could have simply been given a call. Not only that, after i expressed my frustration with the reservation being cancelled, i have still NEVER gotten any sort of response from the business. So, in short, i think my main reason for the 1 star rating is the overall attitude around customer service. You are always taking a chance when you hire folks, but Yelp is a very powerful tool that can help you guide your decisions. So why assume more risk than you need to - go with another company!!! read more

I wish I had read these reviews prior to booking with this company. Our experience was practically the same as everyone else is describing - HORRIBLE. We booked them for a bridal party transportation from point A to B. There weren't any red flags during the booking process. Things didn't go downhill until the driver arrived at the pick up location. While everyone was trying to get situated inside, the driver started yelling because the photographer got into the limo and grazed a TV with his equipment while getting in (we did not leave any damages in the car, the TV was not damaged in any way). The driver went so far as to kicking my mom and cousin out of the car when they asked him to calm down and stop yelling at them. He questioned if we spoke English and if we understood what he was saying (obviously we do, so I'm assuming he meant it in a racist tone). He kept threatening not to drive us, he was irate and nasty. My cousin started recording the ordeal so we could capture this on camera (similar to what another person who left a yelp review did) and that's when he lost it and did not want to drive us unless my cousin got out of the limo. So we ended up driving ourselves to the wedding. I tried calling the company's main phone number to try and request a refund for the poor customer service and lack of service they ended up providing. The manager, Sunny, proceeded to yell at me saying his driver was just doing his job by protecting their vehicle and that we deserved to get kicked out of the limo, then hung the phone up on me. If you don't trust me, read the rest of the reviews listed here on yelp and on the Better Business Bureau website. I even waited to post this review until I knew that my aunt's husband cancelled the credit card we used to pay for the service for fear of getting hit with fraudulent charges as retaliation (this seems to be their MO based on other reviews I read). Funny enough, their social media accounts are void of any customer reviews (even good ones), which leads me to believe they are monitoring and deleting negative comments that get posted to their pages. Sadly we aren't the first, or last, customers they will treat like this. I can't believe they've been in business this long! Anyway, I doubt we will get them to agree to refund us our money, so I'm sharing this experience with as many people as I can because the only ones who keep falling into their SCAM are those of us who didn't read the reviews before booking. I'm hoping this information will spare you having to interact with these rude men who likely need customer service training and anger management therapy. read more

I agree with all the previous reviews- this company is absolutely TERRIBLE!!! I planned my sister's bachelorette party and used this company to travel to the different wineries. The reservation process seemed to go smooth initially and he even said that he would help me to figure out which wineries to go to; however, it quickly went down hill. When I called other times to ask brief questions, he seemed very stressed and would often put me on "hold" and would not come back. One week before the event, I called to ask about the wineries that he recommended in the area (as he had promised). He was very rude and yelled at me for being inconsiderate of his time and even threatened to cancel my reservation. At this point, I wanted to cancel the service and even called around to different companies, but there were no other options this close to the event. On the day of the event, the same person that I talked to on the phone showed up as our driver. He called to say he was running late and arrived 15 minutes late. When we asked about picking up one of our friends at the airport (10 minutes away) before heading the wineries, he yelled and said, "no way, that is the complete opposite direction!" She had a to pay an $80 cab ride to get to the first winery. The limo was not particularly clean and you could not open the windows. There were no bottles of water, as promised. When we arrived at the first winery, we asked to take a picture in front of the limo. He yelled, yet again, at us to be careful of our purses, as we might "scratch" the limo with them. The second winery was our last stop and we agreed to meet him a little before 4pm so we could get back to our destination at 5:15pm. However, at 3:47pm, the driver became really agitated and wrote the following text messages (verbatim from my phone): "I have been waiting!!" "I'm blocking traffic!!" "I must leave!!!" I have another engagement He also called and screamed at me to get everyone out. When I told him that we were wrapping up and would be a few minutes, he threatened to leave. Myself and another woman went out to reason with the driver and he only yelled more. Then, after several minutes of yelling and telling us he couldn't wait any longer (mind you, this is still before 4pm and we had the limo until 5:15pm), he told us he had to leave. At that point, he proceeded to throw our stuff out of the limo and on to the curb. He locked the doors and would not let us in. He then took off as one woman was holding on to the door handle and almost ran over one woman's foot on the way. We were stranded at the last winery and had to waste our time calling other companies to come pick us up. We paid another $400 for transportation back to the hotel. He also left with our wine glasses from the previous winery and a CD that was in his CD player. I can't even stress enough how awful this service was and how much he ruined the bachelorette party that I worked so hard to plan. We were all verbally abused and disrespected by this man. HORRIBLE! STAY AWAY! Where is the 0 stars option? There are not enough words to describe this most heinous experience. We ordered 1 limo for the bridal party to be driven to her wedding. The limo driver arrived and while getting arranged in the limo and one other car because we had a few extra people, the driver began getting loud and aggressive while trying to give us "instructions". I asked him to please calm down for a moment and we'd make sure to be careful and get everyone situated. Well asking him that SET HIM OFF! He began yelling that we could get the hell out of his limo that he didn't need to take anyone anywhere and completely hostile and rude! Our bride was almost in tears! We could not figure out what was happening why he was kicking out of the limo and all around chaos. And once someone started recording him he lost his SH!T saying he was just doing his job! This man was soooo rude and disgusting! There was no way we were riding with him anywhere so we all got out and had to drive ourselves and Uber to the venues. When we called to let the owner "Sunny" the next morning to let him know what happened HE then proceeded to yell and insult us belligerently over the phone saying we were crazy before hanging up on us! These people are absolutely ridiculous. Wish we'd read the reviews before booking because it seems this is how they operate. These people and their dusty and dated limo have no business in the service industry!! read more

Run....dont just walk from this company. Worst experience ever. This company ruined my daughters 16th birthday event. The driver was late which he blamed on difficulty he had maneuving the stretch suv (really...isnt that what you do, drive a limo??) He then began barking orders at everyone. When i asked him not to be rude, he asked the group to depart the vehicle and drove off. The group was literally in the vehicle for 5 minutes. When i called dispatch, Sunny began using vulgar and aggressive language. The yelp reviews are spot on and shame on me for not heeding the warnings. Lesson learned. read more

Could not have been a worse experience. Came in from out of town for my fathers funeral, and the owner tried to renegotiate the price agreed upon when he arrived. To pick us up . Excerpts from a letter I wrote to this limo service after they destroyed my daughter's 16th birthday. I requested your service for my kid and 15 of her friends to cruise around DC for her 16th birthday... The driver was clearly frustrated as I witness his demeanor with people walking up to him to ask for directions. After the people left, I walked up and introduced myself. We shook hands and the driver proceeded to explain his frustrations..."Had to fire three drivers... Didn't want to get a ticket... Was illegally parked..." Laced in all his frustration was the use of profanity. I didn't think anything of it at the time, but remember thinking that it showed a lack of professionalism. For context, the kids range in age from 14-17. My wife and I asked my daughter who is a senior in college and my niece who is a college graduate to chaperon the kids for the 3 hours. I assumed, maybe incorrectly, that your company provides services that involve kids for proms, birthdays, etc. and that the drivers are skilled and mature enough to understand the nature of the events. With that said, as the kids are getting into the limo, I see the driver counting heads. I'm thinking great, he wants to ensure that he has an accurate total in and out of the limo. While the kids are getting into the limo there is obviously lots of affable chatter. The kids are also shooting all sorts questions at the driver. The main questions that I remember related to whether the limo contained ports to charge cell phones. The driver ignored all the questions, which I thought was odd. Now that the kids where all in the limo, the driver asked about chaperons. I told him that my adult daughter and niece where the first two ladies that got in the limo so they could provide him with instructions on where to go, which he apparently missed when I told him the very same thing before anyone got into the limo. At this point, still no harm as far as I'm concerned. The driver then looks into the limo and starts to provide instructions to the kids, which I thought was totally cool at this point. He then yells at someone in the limo to remove their feet off the sofa. My wife and I are obviously sensitive to kids being kids, so we immediately go over and provide instructions to kids. At this point the driver escalated the situation that was beyond reason from my perspective. He kept indicating that he wasn't going to be "disrespected". He kept repeating that the kids where being disrespectful while pacing back and forth. Now my antennas are up because the behavior seems odd. I immediately pull my adult daughter and niece out of the limo to ask about the driver's allegation. I asked about the driver's allegation and they both said nobody said anything that was remotely disrespectful. The driver starts yelling at my daughter and niece saying they where not telling the truth. So now there is back and forth between my daughter, niece, wife and the driver. So your driver has clearly escalated the situation to the point that I'm totally uncomfortable with his emotional state. Not knowing if he had been drinking or doing drugs, my instinct was to cancel the service for the safety of the kids. I asked my family to stand back to let me discuss the situation with the driver. I asked the driver to lower his temperature so we could have a reasoned discussion. I told him point blank that he wasn't being very professional and that he was demonstrating behavior that suggested he was in no condition to chauffeur. He says "my daughter" was being disrespectful because she asked about a phone charger. Now I knew the driver is disconnected from reality. He then proceeded to use profanity to refer to my daughter. At that point, which is probably the only point where the driver and I would agree, I told my family the night was over and don't say anything else because of he continues to use disrespectful language toward you that I would "smack him". My reference to smacking him really sent your driver over the top. He essentially challenged me to a fight. I pulled all the kids out of the limo. Fast forwarding to today, I call to request a refund. The representative alludes to "20 people ganging up on his driver." For the record there where 16 girls and two boys including my daughter and niece. All the kids attend great private schools in DC. The kids included all nationalities (white, black, asian, indian, etc.). The representative said "if he where there, he would shove his fist down my throat." The representative also called me "a ghetto piece of shit." This is not in dispute. I expect you and your driver to have a different perspective and I'm ok with that. I'd like for you to consider that even if everything I said was a huge lie, ask yourself if your driver exhibited the values displayed on your website... trust, reliability, best drivers. This company is by far the WORST limo company in Maryland and I WOULD NOT recommend them. I booked two limos for my wedding day. Initially Marge, was very helpful during the planning process. But when it came time to our wedding day, the limo arrived LATE to pick-up the bride and the bridesmaids. My beautiful wife to-be had to be driven in her parents car to the church so they wouldn't be late. When the limos finally arrived to the church mid-ceremony I was informed that they asked to be paid the remaining balance right away. (IN THE MIDDLE OF THE CEREMONY) of course we made them wait! Once the ceremony was over the drivers did not apologies for being late picking up the bride, but instead refused to let any of the wedding party get into the limo. When we called Marge to find out what was going on, she was very rude and unprofessional yelling through the phone saying that we owed an additional $100 that was not mentioned in our contract! Because it was my wedding day (the one most important day of my life!) we offered to write them a check or pay with a Visa card, but the driver rudely informed us that they only took cash. My awesome wedding party and wife's parents paid the money to the drivers only for us to get into a limo with a spare tire in the front seat and NO air conditioning! When we informed the driver about the A/C...he offered us warm bottled water...REALLY! Needless to say I would not recommend anyone use this company...especially if it's for an important day like a wedding! read more

I arranged for Presidential Limo to transport my family for a funeral. I had originally booked a limo that turned out to be the wrong size. I called Sonny back and, after a minor bit of telephone-tag, was able to adjust the reservation. The limo arrived on time, our driver was top-notch, and the service was excellent. Nico was fully prepared to handle the needs of a grieving family by his calm and professional manner. Having dealt with limo/charter transportation folks for 30 years, I understand how difficult it can be to make everything perfect everytime. THE WORST. EVER. Whatever you do, DO NOT USE. I reserved a white stretch limo from this "company" a month in advance, signed a contract and gave them my credit card. Got a call the day of my wedding asking if I still needed a limo. I asked why are you calling me the day of, and why are you calling me because the primary contact is my groomsmen. I confirmed that I did need the limo and told them that I would do whatever needed to make this happen because I had no other options at that point. They agreed to send the limo to the hotel to make the first pickup. They said they sent the limo to the hotel to pick up the bridesmaids and bride, waited for 20 minutes and no one came so they left and that this was a hoax. We pleaded for them to turn the limo around and was cursed out by the dispatcher. As a result my wedding was over 2 hours late as we had to have people go pick up the girls to drive them to the church. They ruined the entire day and still charged my card a month later. read more
