Our Madison Room was spacious, spotless, and very comfortable with a four post bed. Dave and Karen are outstanding Innkeepers who make you feel like family, Dave's hearty homemade breakfasts with homemade French toast with orange cream butter, and hot bread pudding. East to check in as Karen just hands you the Key; no rules, no directives, no signs, just have a good time. Good Parking, and all the rooms had mini-splits air conditioning. Three fireplaces made of bright Italian tiles, with real hardwood floors throughout. Perfectly located for exploring Littleton, Bethlehem, and the Mount Washington area, this is a place we will be returning in January. Highly recommended!

Check-in was quick and easy. One thing I wasn't told, though, was that your room key is needed not only to use the elevator but also to activate the lights in your room. Thankfully, I've stayed at hotels with this feature before, or I probably would have been pretty confused. The resort is huge, so if you're bringing a lot of luggage, definitely grab a luggage cart. It'll save you from making multiple trips. I also reserved a room with what I thought would be two queen beds, but it turned out to be one queen bed and a pull-out couch. After a few nights on the pull-out mattress, my back was definitely feeling it. Another thing to know is that the in-room refrigerator doesn't have a freezer. Luckily, I brought my portable electric fridge/freezer cooler, so I just plugged it in on the balcony and kept all of our food in there. The outdoor grills are a great feature, and we cooked steaks a couple of nights. Just be aware there aren't any grilling utensils provided, so bring your own if you plan on cooking. We also had dogs staying next door that barked almost nonstop, especially whenever people walked down the hallway. It was a little annoying, but I'm a dog lover, so I wasn't going to complain. My room also felt on the smaller side. If we came back during snowboard season with all of our winter gear, I think space would be pretty tight. Now for the good... The resort is absolutely beautiful, spotless, and very well maintained. There's really no reason to leave the property. Between the winery, the upscale Italian restaurant, and the pub-style restaurant, there are plenty of great dining options. Both restaurants offer outdoor seating where you can enjoy food and drinks by the pool. The food was excellent, and the prices were very reasonable. The pools and hot tubs are outstanding honestly, they're comparable to what you'd expect at a Disney resort. There are also tons of activities for kids, including poolside movies on a projection screen, arts and crafts, ice cream events, and guided hikes. It really feels like a place where families can make lasting memories. I don't usually work out while I'm on vacation, but the fitness center here is so nice that I had to use it. It's honestly the kind of gym I'd pay a membership for. I even took one of the spin classes, which was a great experience. The only thing I didn't see was a sauna. Maybe there is one somewhere on the property and I just couldn't find it, but if there isn't, that would be a huge missed opportunity especially during the winter months after a long day on the slopes. I'll definitely be coming back, and I could honestly see myself buying a timeshare here someday. The only thing that surprised me was that no one ever asked if I wanted a tour or gave me a sales pitch. I don't know if they just aren't pushing timeshare sales as hard as other resorts, but I was expecting to at least be asked. Overall: 4.5/5 stars. A few small improvements would make this place nearly perfect, but it's an outstanding family resort and one I'd happily recommend.

I came here with my Husband before we had kids and was expecting myself to have to eat in the room to keep my feral kids out of the way of the guests, but that could not have been further from the truth! Stayed at the Omni with my three kids, 5 and under, and in laws for a few nights and had an incredible experience. As soon as we arrived, everyone was incredibly friendly. Nick gave our kids a very warm welcome and handed them all super nice kids welcome bags. He was also the last person we saw when we left and he did a great job, super friendly! The resort has plenty of outdoor areas for the kids to run around and get some energy out. The indoor pool was perfect for kids. Only went up to 4 ft and there was a 1.5 ft wading area for the babies. There is a toy store on site in case you want to get the kids something. Of course the arcade was a huge hit for our kids. All of our meals were wonderful. We had the best servers. Elena, Peter, Dilek were awesome. Elena made us feel so special and treated me and my mother in law so well! Adam was super helpful and always hustlin around the covered porch area. After the kids were asleep we were able to sneak out to the Conservatory bar (beautiful views of the mountains) and Ben made delicious drinks. My room AC ran nonstop and failed to break 74 in the room. The suite was nice if not outdated a bit with carpeted floors that likely met the style of an old hotel but felt old. The Cave bar is a must. Omni is showing signs of reparation on this hotel which shows the grandeur of its day, great molding and architectural accents, but also fighting termite damage, actual termites and bees, one of us was stung in the dining room, inside. The staff is seasonal, with that some younger folks learning the system and very friendly while others, like bellhops seeming disinterested. It's wrapped as looking luxury but with practical gaps in execution.

We tried to climb multiple times and were told to come back. When we did come back at the right time (two separate times) they said the time changed. They don't let you reserve in advance (which would alleviate this problem) but most of all the staff was super rude and went out their way to be unhelpful (Katelyn from st albans - most of all). They could easily have helped but they did not and walked away with us standing there with upset kids (for the third time) For a cost and supposed level of service-- this is shocking. Been a big advocate of this resort my whole life but the atmosphere has sadly changed.

Inside the upper building, there are shops, restaurant, a coat section with warm setting, and restrooms. We weren't having lunch here, it was packed! We already made plans, to eat elsewhere. Going up or down, even though it was foggy, and spitting, we were able to enjoy some of the view of the season! The gondola ride was still pretty amazing, being up there. It was fun!
