This hotel is set back into a mountain with Applebees restaurant in front of the hotel off the main road. The hotel is the most modern in the area and has a wood tailed to staircase in the reception area that leads to the second floor. The accomadations were wonderful along with their service. The rooms are a comfortable size, good new like condition, and also have refrigerators. They also have a exercise room and indoor pool.

Very nice! Would come back any time. The suite was gigantic, very luxurious, and super clean. The breakfast was very nice as well - tons of options, nice layout, very upscale looking. Nice dining room too, clean and spacious. The location is good, right off the highway with ample parking.

While visiting the Littleton area and ultimately Story Land, we stayed at this hotel after looking online for deals. We eventually found a great weekend package that made this hotel a reasonable purchase. When we arrived at the hotel we were greeted by the polite staff who welcomed us to the hotel, gave us information on the surrounding area, and pointed us to our room. The room itself was clean, comfortable, and quiet. Our niece also jumped for joy when she saw the hotel pool and jacuzzi which were clean as well. In the end, we loved our trip to this area and the hotel was a great home base for our trip. The only frustration we have after the fact is that we didn't get to take advantage of the NH sweatshirts check in offer. I guess we will have to jump on that if we return to this hotel in the future.

Again, the breakfast area was clean and employees made sure to clean each table after it was used.

We had booked one night at the Hampton Inn in Littleton for this weekend, originally; by the time…read morewe decided to spend two nights in the area instead of one, that hotel was fully booked, so we had to look for another option for Saturday night. Boyfriend suggested staying here - mainly because it was a super short walk to a restaurant we love and wanted to visit (El Mirador). Unfortunately, he wasn't thrilled with our stay here, and now swears, "never again!" - I'm more easy going so I wasn't super bothered by all the issues, although overall, I find that this place isn't really worth the money and other than the location, there's way better options around the area. Main problems we encountered... - No coffee maker in the room. - AC unit didn't look ancient, but for some reason was super loud. Now if I was by myself, I wouldn't care because I wouldn't be using AC, lol - the windows do open here. But yeah this one made loud clanking sounds - Boyfriend claims it "shook the whole room" when it came on, but I think he's being dramatic... anyway. - TV in room is pretty small and impossible to cast anything or plug in whatever Apple TV or what he usually brings to watch Netflix. It has local channels, but not as many as we get in the Littleton hotel and reception is really bad. - This was our second stay here. Last time we were on the top floor (room 333). This time we got placed directly under, in room 233 - and we could hear our upstairs neighbors walking around as if they were wearing lead shoes. - Lots of families here. Bethlehem is very popular with Hasidic Jewish families and I would say 75% of the guests at this hotel this weekend, were Hasidic - which is not the issue, Boyfriend is Jewish himself - but I don't know if it's a cultural thing or what - these families - a very large group - were in the lobby *all day*. They were there when checked in at 3 - they were still there when we came back from dinner at 9pm. Kids running around, screaming, playing with toys, playing hide and seek, tag or whatever... I felt bad for the girl at reception! It was a bit overwhelming. - Receptionist spend a while explaining to me about the breakfast included, which isn't hot anymore, just muffins etc, on the go stuff or something. Tbh we weren't going to risk the breakfast area anyway, too crowded. - Rooms look good in photos, but not that great in person. Very basic, IKEA looking furniture. Everything wonky. *Except* for the bathrooms - nicely renovated and very clean. And I love the little toiletries instead of the refillable pumps we now find everywhere! So anyway. I don't know if we'll be back. We first stayed here in April 2025 and had gotten a super rate - I think we paid $110 for a night back then. At that price, I'd go back. For the US$250 we paid this weekend - bleh. Some positive... loved the outdoor area off the lobby (for some reason the kids never went out! So we had the whole space for ourselves:). Super location, very walkable to go around Bethlehem, and right across the street from a must-try restaurant! And the fireplaces outside and in the lobby are very nice and unique.

Benchmarking is important to understand with hotels and location. The North country there are only older motels at best so this is very best option and closest thing you'll get to a modern hotel. It's clean, the rooms are very spaciest and breakfast is good. I'm one of the few that actually uses the gym and it's good for a hotel in a very remote region.

The room smelled strongly of mildew, the beds looked like they had barely been cleaned, the bathroom had visible stains, and there was still old stuff left inside the refrigerator. The room was not in a condition where I felt comfortable having my children stay. My child also started having what appeared to be an allergic reaction shortly after we arrived, and with an infant with me as well, I immediately decided that we could not stay. We were there for 25 minutes, if that, before having to leave. I tried speaking with the woman at the motel, and I was told that I would need to contact Booking to request a refund. I did exactly that, but now my refund claims keep being denied. This was an absolutely unacceptable experience. I paid for a room that I could not safely or comfortably use, and we were there for barely 25 minutes. Please save yourself the trouble and stay somewhere else.

I was with them so my dad booked a suite with 3 beds at least 2 weeks in advance. Knowing we were all going to be exhausted, he wanted to ensure we were all well rested for a multi state drive the next morning. He was shown a room and said it was very clean. We also have dogs and this place was dog friendly so that was a plus. We showed up to check in and suddenly the room was rented out! The owner ended up putting us into 2 rooms. He and my dad had agreed upon a price, which as far as I'm concerned is outrageous (I'll get to it in a bit), then asked me if I thought my dad would mind if he would charge $50 more!! I asked him for what??!! They screwed up the rooms and had already agreed upon a price, he can't randomly add unknown charges. Anyway, we get to the rooms and the only thing clean about them is the sheets. My dad's room smelled of stale cigarettes. The bathroom walls were literally peeling apart (I wish I had pictures), and there was rust and mold all over the walls. The tub surround had a hole in it so I can imagine the mold in the wall. The light switch plate had something gross on it and the door was black from handprints. We had no choice but to stay there though because we were all exhausted, including the dogs. All of this and the guy charged us $370 for 2 nights!! We could have stayed in a much nicer place for that rate. Total bait and switch. Will never stay here again.
