Always our fave place to stay in Littleton! We got placed on the 2nd floor this weekend despite choosing a 4th-floor room on the Hilton Honors app beforehand - something about a water leak... it turned out fine! We never heard people walking above us, and even if the 2nd floor is where the pool is located (and the hotel was full), we didn't hear too many kids running around. Kali and Tracey at reception are awesome! And - during our previous stay for 4th of July, I actually realized that they have an area to the back/right hand side of the hotel, with tables and even bbqs guests can use! Picnic tables aren't the most comfy, but I can bring my own chair from now on. We will be back soon! Love this place. read more

Less than 1 star but that is the only way to rate. Rooms had dirty mattresses. Manager thought we were too picky when asked for a mattress without stains and said we should not expect a clean mattress at her hotel. If you can, stay someplace else. Tried again to stay here a year later and the mattress was badly stained. 2 beds in the room and both mattresses were dirty. Did not stay. Will not try again. Inhospitable and stained bedding. There was a man attending the dining room and that was good and very clean. The front desk person who said she was the manager was unprofessional and rude. Check your mattresses. read more

Thank you Kali Esposito for providing us a room for the night when Expedia booked us (and charged us) for a nonexistent room the night before the eclipse, no other hotel rooms available for miles. (We know that because Hotwire booked us into a hotel in Barre VT that has been a homeless shelter since 2020, and we were scrambling to find any room, took an hour to drive from Barre to Littleton). She was just wonderful, both in getting us accommodations and in handling Expedia, who were supposed to relocate us but were not helpful - every room near Littleton had been booked for months. Our room was clean and quiet, the bed was comfortable. Breakfast was western omelets, potatoes, and bacon. The kitchen staff were on top of things on the busiest day they've had in months. read more

The mistake was my fault. When making a reservation, I inadvertently picked the wrong date. I got to the Hampton Inn and found this out on arrival. I asked for the courtesy of a change of the date to the date I was actually there. The reservation was (incorrectly - my fault) for the following Sunday night. I think this was the date that the website defaulted to. I was 200 miles away on the Sunday that reservation was for. I have been a VERY loyal Hilton / Hampton Inn customer for *DECADES*. I have stayed in well over 100 Hilton (mostly Hampton Inn) properties over the years. Hampton Inns have always been my first choice, if only to build up award points. I asked for a little grace in changing my reservation and was turned down flat. No help as it was pre-paid. I paid for the night I stayed, so this particular Hampton Inn got paid *twice*. I hope they enjoy it, because it's the last dime any Hilton property will ever see from me. Every business school tells you to consider the "lifetime value of the customer". Hilton really needs to go back to study this concept. The management both here in Littleton and at Hampton Inn Honors Silver Elite basically told me to take a hike. More politely than that, but still, no help. You made the mistake , so you have to eat it. This is an incredibly short-sighted way to do business as I have another few hundred hotel stays in my future. NONE of which will be in Hilton properties. From this point forward, I'll be taking my business to Holiday Inn Express. You had a happy customer. Now you have a really angry customer that had to take almost $200 out of his pocket to reimburse the company.. Not smart, Hilton. Not smart at all. read more

This hotel left a lot to be desired! The room was not cleaned very well, we found an avocado on our window sill. The breakfast was a bagged unexciting assortment. They don't clean the room during a stay due to Covid. But getting extra towels was difficult. I do not recommend this hotel at all! read more

This hotel is set back into a mountain with Applebees restaurant in front of the hotel off the main road. The hotel is the most modern in the area and has a wood tailed to staircase in the reception area that leads to the second floor. The accomadations were wonderful along with their service. The rooms are a comfortable size, good new like condition, and also have refrigerators. They also have a exercise room and indoor pool. read more

This is a nice hotel. The beds are very comfortable as well as the sheets. I really have no complaints with the sleeping accommodations. When my party arrived in the room, we noticed that the light between the bathroom and the floor length mirror was out. This wasn't a huge deal, but we asked to have it fixed, and maintenance took care of it while we were out. Everything was well kept and clean otherwise! Another thing we noticed was that the refrigeration and air conditioner were both off when we arrived. These really should have been turned on for us. Guests expect this on a hot summer day. Also, the breakfast kits provided are sad. It's nice that these are given to guests but the Hampton Inn in Buzzards Bay, MA had a hot to-go breakfast which was much better. I stayed there in July of 2020 so I thought things like eggs and French toast would have been included during our stay. Not a big deal, I just thought I'd mention it. This hotel isn't the newest or the fanciest, but it is a nice and a clean place to stay in while in the white mountains. I would stay here again. read more

The Hampton Inn chain has quite a nice situation. Higher end than a Days Inn, plenty of locations, fairly inexpensive. I'll never say no to an overnight in one. The Hampton Inn in Littleton, NH was clean, pleasant, and spacious, with a nice breakfast spread in the common area. Thanks to Priceline, I stayed in a suite, and it was a steal for the price. Massive bedroom with hot tub, spacious living room, and a television in each. The fixtures were new, the water pressure was good and the housekeeping was diligent. Great work, Hampton Inn. While visiting the Littleton area and ultimately Story Land, we stayed at this hotel after looking online for deals. We eventually found a great weekend package that made this hotel a reasonable purchase. When we arrived at the hotel we were greeted by the polite staff who welcomed us to the hotel, gave us information on the surrounding area, and pointed us to our room. The room itself was clean, comfortable, and quiet. Our niece also jumped for joy when she saw the hotel pool and jacuzzi which were clean as well. In the end, we loved our trip to this area and the hotel was a great home base for our trip. The only frustration we have after the fact is that we didn't get to take advantage of the NH sweatshirts check in offer. I guess we will have to jump on that if we return to this hotel in the future. read more

I feel like I should keep this place my little secret- it has the best ski and stay deals I've ever found! You have your choice of pairing room nights with lift tickets for Bretton Woods, Cannon or Jay Peak...I booked early and got a crazy fantastic deal for Bretton Woods, right after some great snowfall (which is sometimes hit or miss so early in the ski season). Room- I've stayed in a couple different kinds of rooms here...in the past, I stayed in the king suite, which has a king bedroom and a living room with kitchenette and pullout couch- good for those staying longer term or with a family. The basic room with 2 queen beds is your standard Hampton Inn room- beds, desk, armchair, mini fridge/microwave and coffee maker. Clean & spacious but definitely a little "lived-in" and needs updating. TV is non-flatscreen. The heater/AC is very loud...so much that it's hard to watch TV or carry a conversation without shouting. The walls are also a little thin, so you will hear your neighbors slam their doors, or their children scream. Service- Friendly front desk staff that answered all my questions. Room rate includes a hot breakfast buffet in the area off their lobby- make your own waffles are the best bet, along with oatmeal. Their coffee sucks- stick with the tea or juice. Location- Littleton is north of Bretton Woods about 20 minutes, easy to find and get to off I-93 (when it's not a snowstorm that is...be careful driving through White Mountain National Park in high winds or blinding snow, like I did). It's up on a hill so you can spot it when taking the exit. Plenty of free parking available in their lot. The hotel is amidst a stretch of road that includes gas stations, fast food, Walmart, and Shaws. For food, I recommend driving to Main St in Littleton- there's a diner that's cash-only but serves up hearty fare. read more

I've always liked Hampton Inn and this one is no exception. It is extremely clean and the staff is incredibly friendly and helpful (even President Obama stayed here during his campaign). The rooms are super comfortable and the hot breakfast is a huge plus. The rooms even come with a mini fridge and microwave. Free wi-fi is also included. What sets this Hampton Inn apart is the great skiing packages it has. You can get them for various slopes around the area (approximately 20-30 minutes away from most of the mountains), and it definitely pays for itself! A room for around $200 with two adult lift tickets? What a deal. The pool and hot tub area is well maintained and they have towels there, a great way to unwind after a day of skiing. They are conveniently located within minutes of an Applebee's, Wal-Mart, Shaw's Supermarket, and a variety of other restaurants. Most definitely the best choice for the area! read more

Love this place. We have stayed several times and each time staff is so nice an accommodating. Memorial Day weekend last year, our tent got rained out. I called at 7 AM and asked for early check in for that night. I explained what happened. The woman let us come right away, checked into our room and let us have breakfast. That night it snowed. We stayed a second night. Our gear was shattered and torn by the weight of the snow. We bought a camper a month later and became seasonals. I never got a chance to thank the staff for that weekend. read more

I loved staying here. We came because they had a special for free tickets to Santa's Village (see my other review of Santa's Village - worth the trip for kids under 8!). The hotel is on the newer side and right across the street from Walmart (very convenient for traveling families). It has a small indoor swimming pool which was enough for my little guy. There's complimentary hot breakfast in the morning and it's also bagged so that you can take it on the go. I would definitely stay here again - nothing fancy, but clean, newer, and convenient. The only downfall is there isn't much great food in the area. read more

Stayed here during my yearly road trip up north. Hotel was clean and comfortable. I was able to upgrade to a 1 bedroom suite the day before I arrived. The only things were the HVAC unit in the hallway was very loud, and employees smoked at the rear entrance which made the hallways smell like smoke. This location tends to be very pricey for a Hampton Inn I find. If you book last minute you might find a better rate that's how I did it. There's not much in the area ask for restaurants and other attractions those you'll have to drive a little ways down the road. Great location for being in the upper parts of the White Mountains. read more

A Weekend In Scotland I find my self-headed for Lincoln New Hampshire for the 2017 Highland Games. Littleton is about a half hour drive, but this is alright with me. Littleton Hampton Inn is a wonderful place to stay. Arriving I found a bit of a line ahead of me for checking in. As I waited I got the regular orientation whilst it was being given to the guests ahead of me, so when I got to the desk I had just to give my name and get my key card, a quick stop at the 24 hot beverage station, then I was off to my room. My room, a King Bed room, was exactly as I expected it to be, clean, fresh and comfortable. I like that a room always has a single light on when you arrive. The bathroom was freshly cleaned, I clean for a living and this is something that I always notice. When I take one of my weekend trips I like to use Skype to keep in touch with friends and family so having a good connection is important to me. Throughout the entire weekend I had a great connection. Overnight sleep was restful, the bed was comfortable to sleep on, the room got no outside sounds even in the quietest of the night and the room darkening blinds kept all outdoors light even the morning sun. I had good sleep. Morning brings the complimentary breakfast buffet. Knowing that my day was going to busy I had a bowl of oatmeal with a bagel and some sausage patties that were offered. Coffee from the hot beverage station finished off my breakfast. Also available were scrambled eggs and home fries. Besides the bagels there are other breads available for toasting and of course a toaster, a selection of cold cereals, fresh fruits and juices as well as a self-serve waffle station round out the selections available. Off for my days adventures at the Highland Games. Back to my room for a bit. Coming back to my room was nice, the room had been cleaned and the bed freshly made by housekeeping while I was away for the day. Another great nights sleep and fresh breakfast before my drive home. Checking out was as much a breeze as checking in. Turning in my key cards to the front desk and on the road I go. I thank the Inns staff for a great weekend. read more

I dont know where to start: During my daughters 5th birthday vacation - our car broke down! We were towed to The Hampton Inn Littleton - and Im so happy we were! Kelli went above and beyond to insure that we were taken care of! She was beyond understanding during this difficult time! The breakfast was amazing! The rooms were clean, the beds were comfortable! I see this place has like a million stars and I don't quite get it. I stayed here for a night and it was decent. It was not wonderful or memorable, and I remember I paid a lot of money (like $200 before tax). Don't get me wrong, I have no complaints. Standard Hampton Inn. Room was clean, desk staff was friendly enough, etc etc. You know... standard Hampton. Not a luxury place, but a solid hotel where you don't feel gross staying there. I still thought it was a bit too much money for what I got, which is why I am only giving it 3 stars. We were here to snowboard at Bretton Woods and I've stayed at other Hampton Inns in the past so I knew this would be a good one and it was. The lady behind the counter that checked us in was very pleasurable and after that, we found out they have a coffee, tea and hot cocoa station by the stairway. How awesome is that!! This was our second visit here. Lovely child friendly hotel for a stop over stay. Friendly, helpful staff and lovely buffet breakfast. The on-site pool is a bonus too. This is related to management only. I travel frequently for business and stay exclusively at Hilton properties. I am a Diamond member (minimum 60 nights per year). I couldn't get out of work on Friday so called to cancel. 24 hour deadline to cancel so they wouldn't cancel and charged me for the room. So that is what loyalty to a brand gets you. I hope that extra money carries them far. As of this incident, a brand that has been struggling with customer service just lost a multi decade customer. I will move on to other brands an let them try and win my business. There is absolutely no loyalty to customers anywhere in our world. And businesses want to whine about how people shop there services. This is why. read more

This is my favorite hotel! I've come to the mountains my whole life- camped, stayed in cabins, motor lodges, ski lodges. Now that we have two young boys we're looking for space, comfort, location, and amenities. We use the indoor pool every morning and night- vital in case there's a rainy day and we need indoor activities. There's a *large* fridge in the room for their milk, snacks and ice packs. There's a single-cup coffee maker on the big bathroom counter where I make my tea. The room is big, the beds are large with super-soft blankets & pillows. The lobby is really nice, and the staff have always been very helpful. It's perfect to be right in Littleton, within striking distance of everything we like to do in the area. The whole building is very clean and well-maintained. I highly recommend it! read more

I'm feeling a little generous with this review, and am bumping up to 4 stars because I think the location has a lot to do with the amenities that it was lacking. This is a great place to stay if you are in the area for hiking/camping/skiing and whatever other outdoor activities take place in northern New Hampshire. I would guess that in those situations, the free breakfast in the morning is a great bonus, and that you would be out late enough that you would catch lunch and dinner elsewhere. If not, there is no restaurant for room service. However, they do have an Applebee's at the bottom of the parking lot, and they extend their "carside to-go" service to the lobby of the hotel. I'm not a fan of Applebee's AT ALL but considering I didn't want to leave the hotel, I appreciated the convenience. The workout room is an ok size for such a small hotel, and the rooms were well appointed and at least mine was spacious. I can't imagine myself being back here for any reason in the future, but would recommend it travelers passing through or the outdoorsy type who don't want to spend a fortune on a hotel. read more

My husband and I had stayed at this Hampton Inn once before for a wedding. We enjoyed the experience and remember it being clean, so we decided to book this hotel again for our ski trip. We stayed two nights over Valentine's Day weekend. The concierge was friendly and personable when we checked in. The lobby and our room/bathroom was very clean. The bathroom has good quality Neutrogena products (shampoo, conditioner, body wash, etc.) which was a very pleasant surprise. I was just overall impressed with how fresh, clean, and new everything felt. Cleanliness is super important to me! The bed was extremely comfortable. The best part of our stay was by far the complimentary breakfast. There was a wide variety of options from baked goods, make your own waffles, eggs/meats, smoothies, and fresh pressed juice. The smoothies and juice were delicious. I was glad to see such healthy options. Everything seemed so fresh and good quality. Again, the breakfast area was clean and employees made sure to clean each table after it was used. My husband and I had planned on going out to breakfast at a diner on the second morning, however we changed our plans to eat at the Hampton Inn again because it was so good the day before! Overall, we had a very pleasant and comfortable experience at this hotel for our ski weekend. I would highly recommended this hotel to anyone. We went camping Memorial Day 2013 and the rain and cold were horrible. We called before 7am and were told we could come and check right in if we wanted. We ended up staying the whole weekend because it snowed up there. We have stayed multiple times and would definitely stay again. read more

can i give them 7 stars? the hotel was much more than I expected the first time i came here. the breakfasts were well presented and plentiful...this time, we planned to be up at 4am to hike Mt Washington... surprisingly, the friendly overnight staff was up all night preparing the dining room for early birds like us! WE WERE VERY THANKFUL!! the room was immaculate, the coffeepots always full, and the fresh baked cookies at the front desk are delicious... the entrance makes you feel at a luxurious home away from home! my only complaint was that the pool area had too many kids but that is certainly not the fault of the hotel... I think after 8pm, it should be for adults only! there's an AppleBees (blocking the spectacular views of Mt Washington) directly below the connected parking lot (no need to drive), a Shaws grocery store and a large Walmart right across the street, a strip mall next door, and the enterance to I93 is less than 1/4 mile away... my stay was exceptional and I have already recommended this hotel to many people, I will definately return,. maybe for fall foliage!! read more

My wife, three daughters and I stayed at this Hampton Inn for one night last weekend. We were in one room with two queen beds and a pull-out couch. The room was very nice with a lot of space. The beds and pillows were comfortable, we all slept well.The bathroom was large and clean. A full breakfast is free in a room off of the lobby from 6 am-10 am. We didn't check in until 11 pm and all of the staff were very nice. The location is great, its right off of Rt. 93. If we are back in the area we will stay there again. read more

Exceeded our expectations! We just got back home from a week at the Hampton Inn. It is a newer hotel and is very nice! The rooms were large and clean. They came with a microwave and a larger fridge which came in handy. We enjoyed the indoor pool and hot tub. There was a nice workout room as well as a kids game room. The staff were wonderful and made our stay quite comfortable. The free breakfast had a large selection of both hot and cold foods. When visiting Littleton in the future, we will only stay at this hotel and will recommend to all our friends and family. read more

Stayed last night at the inn. It was my daughters bday so I ordered a room with a whirlpool. When we got back to the room I filled the tub for my daughter she got in, I turned on the jets. Immediately one of the jets blew off and chucks of mold filled the tub. I got my daughter out gave her a regular bath and went to bed. When we woke up I went to the desk and told the clerk about my problem w the whirlpool and ask if I could pay a price for a room without a whirlpool. She said that because I booked through a third party the hotel is not responsible for any issues I have with the hotel. I understand that they aren't the ones who officially sold me the room, but that shouldn't mean that they are not responsible for the satisfaction of those rooms. They should be able to make things right. Other than that the bed was comfy and the room was clean. But if that wasn't the case I guess it wouldn't matter they would be responsible. read more
