I have been here several times and never had a bad meal. This bagel with salmon and cream cheese was amazing and the matcha iced latte was great I also had a juice shot that they have next to the register and it was GREAT. The cashier was sweet and had a great smile, she greeted everyone in the line so friendly it really caught my eye. They bring your food to the table and it was very quick. The walls are decorated and have murals and paintings as well as the tables whole place give you a cozy experience. I just stumbled in here while on vacation trying to get better coffee than at my hotel. Magical is the least I can say to describe my experience. The moment we walked in with all our bags the barista asked us if we would like to check our luggage. We thought she was joking but then she directed us where to drop our luggage for the day. They offer this for all the tourists that can't check into their hotels until later in the day. We did not check our luggage as we were on our way to our destination, but it was very nice. Then the barista made sure my kids were taken care of, the tables were cleaned off, and that we were satisfied with everything happening. The service was incredible! The coffee was also really good! Better than any Starbucks around. However the show stopper was the pumpkin pie tart. It was pumpkin packed, graham cracker crust sweetened, and the perfect not over powering dollop of marshmallow cream on top. read more

Stopped here after a redeye flight looking for coffee that wasn't a chain brand.... And was not disappointed! Cappuccino was excellent. Excellent location for a charming east Fort Lauderdale coffee shop pushing the boundaries on retro nostalgia. The real wooden panel back wall boasts a full sized colorful mural depicting a man and woman sipping coffee in 1970's era clothing below a sign saying, "Life Happens... Coffee Helps." This set the stage for a relaxing, yet light humor ambiance. Took a seat on a comfy leather chair and placed my hot double espresso on the thick block wooden table. As my coffee cooled a little, my eyes gazed at the lime green Vespa scooter next to me. The clean gender neutral bathroom required a code to enter which was obtained by management - I'm assuming for vagrant entry prevention. The code #8675 caught me off guard for a moment, then realized that it was from the 1981 Tommy Tutone song Jenny #8675-309, and began quietly singing it showing my age. Cappuccinos here are in my top 5. They were wonderful, frothy, delicious and gave me the energy needed for the day. I also had their Brooklyn bagel with lox and it was amazing as well. My family was with me and so we also tried their ham and cheese croissant and the spicy chicken sandwich. We sampled quite a few things with coffees and the total was just over 50$. My overnight oats were amazing and my flat white was not bad either, often they are made poorly. The food was so amazing, the blt salad top with the I'm house made balsamic vinaigrette was so delicious. Iron man dressing is so refreshing. This is in the perfect location for those parents coming out of tree house indoor playground and needing a pick me upper It is a very cute spot with lots of open space and seating. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. I ordered a cappuccino and my husband the bulletproof. Both were delicious (no pictures since we liked them so much we forgot to) . We tried many different things and it was all delish! We had the coffee shake, the churro and pumpkin donuts, the breakfast croissant, the strawberry and blueberry smoothie, the homemade lemonade, the fruit oatmeal bowl, breakfast burrito with a spinach wrap, add bacon and their chipotle sauce! I only got two pictures because I didn't think about taking pictures the other days we went. There is literally something for everyone here. Tried this place while passing through Ft. Lauderdale - the breakfast sandwich (croissant) is great! The chai latte was good and very cinnamon-y. The smoothie I ordered had coffee in it (I didn't read carefully) and tasted as it probably should have but wasn't as sweet as expected. That's on me, though. I'm sure the other berry smoothie would be sweeter without the coffee. There are several smoothies to choose from and a nice variety of sandwiches and other items. (My pics of menu didn't turn out well.) Service was friendly and pretty quick, especially considering how busy it got as the morning went on. Very popular! It's warm and cozy inside but also big enough so you don't feel cramped. Good music playing - a great place to grab a bite and hang out with friends from what I see. The service was great, the young lady behind the counter explained to me what a chagga-ccino was, and recommend the flavor she liked the most. I got my usual, an iced vanilla latte with oat milk. I went to get food, the speed of when my food was done was great, however, the employees seem to forget that we can hear their conversations. They were making fun of my coffee. The older white female employee with blond hair and glasses started laughing and said "diabetes in a cup". I found that very disturbing and rude because in my point of view she is saying i will get diabetes. The other employees started laughing as well as i was leaving. I would not recommend eating here if employees can't be professional at all times and/or worry about themselves. If i can't have a certain amount then maybe they shouldn't make coffee. SUCH a nice cafe, well decorated, there are lots of seating, it attracts a cool young crowd of people studying/working. They have unique specialty coffee beans for merch.
