Amazing place to hang out, not just because there's 650+ different beers but there's a ton of different craft soda and juices to choose from! The food is also excellent and for the price, it feels like this might be the only place that's NOT trying to empty your pockets. My dog and I love coming here. There's always love in the air.

I absolutely enjoy finding these off the grid beer pubs. We usually visit their other location on Plantation that offers the same grab n'go or grab n' drink fron the big cooler. This Key West style gastropub offers a wide variety of craft beer from local and distant vendors. The exterior mimicks and old house with a strong beer garden decor and wooden patio seating. The inside was dark and every inch had something cool or interesting to read and some visuals made us erupt in mild laughter which caused brief discussions with the lady bartender. Walked to the filled cooler and grabbed the wife a Flying Monkeys hazy ipa "Li'l Heathens" and I took a Wild Sour "Here Gos Nothing". Both were different tastes but went down easy and not high abv percentage.

What a cool spot. In town on "bidness" and swung by here on the way to drop a co-worker at the airport. Good thing I don't live around here b/c I'd go broke hanging out at this chill spot. The atmosphere is so cool. The staff is super friendly and the food is delicious. I opted for the Pastrami sammich. It's served hot with a mustard spread, pickle, chips and a drink. We had to eat a run but I'll be back to try the burger when I'm back in town in January.

Local dive bar with amazing food and drinks! Great service and friendly staff! The decor is super fun - stickers and random stuff.

This bar serves excellent pizza but chose to order from the Pizza Spot across the street and then wash it down with an ice cold beer from the Riverside Market. Only a few people here today but it's a workday I guess. The hazy beer was picked straight out the cooler for only $6.00 and drank it outside on the shaded picnic table. Lots of parking next to the building in the gravel lot. Love the inner city relaxing feel of this place but usually visit the Plantation location.

I have been coming to this place since about 2015! My wife and I would come here when they would close once the last person would leave. That rule has changed but the ambience and homey feel has never changed. The food is definitely a mix of your favorites and you can always find something you would like for all types of eaters and beer drinkers! Most people come for the beer, which there is plenty of! If you are a beer connoisseur this is your place but don't sleep on the food! My favorites are the pastrami or Reuben sandwich, but people love the pizza! It's a little doughy for me but I won't deny a slice. Actually I think that's what makes there's pizza special a little under cooked! Regardless, the vibe and serve yourself vibe is the best! Come in grab a beer and enjoy!

Stopped in to try the place out, it has a genuinely cool vibe, good music and seating. Very dive bar like. We could not get service, the one waitress working stood directly behind us talking to a group of friends about personal items. We sat there waiting, trying to make eye contact for a solid 10 minutes and she never even broke from her conversation. After another couple was waiting for 5+ minutes just to pay their check and they couldn't even get her attention we just got up and walked out. Good thing I didnt open the seltzer. Really wanted those onion rings ...oh well.

This place is always a hit. I mean who doesn't like top notch deli sandwiches, bar food, cold beer and a plethora of wine to choose from? I went for the Rye sandwich w provolone & gulped it down with a can of sake. The place is super chill. Most importantly, dogs are welcome so my child accompanied me as we split the pastrami sandwich. There's plenty of seating inside as well as outside. Board games are available if you wanna play a round with a group of friends. The service is friendly and quite attentive. They have a massive selection of beer but im more of a wine or sake kinda gal. My dog isn't old enough to drink so I finished up the sale on my own but she definitely approves of their pastrami sandwich. Her only complaint was that she wanted more. It's a little bit of a maze to get here. It's hidden but for all the right reasons. It's open until 2am & with a chill vibe like this-it's obvious why this place is always a solid choice for libations (beer and wine only, of course) there's only a few parking spots out front & I snagged the last one so I guess I'm just a magnet for good times, huh?

I can't decide whether to call this place famous or infamous. Whatever you call it the food is friggin awesome. Came for lunch the other day with my friend and had that sandwich down below loaded with all sorts of peppers, a little bit of heat, nothing too bad thankfully, but really, really, tasty, and huge. Ended up having it as Lunch the next day too splitting that thing in half. Then this morning I was looking for a breakfast spot nearby and found they did breakfast as well They didn't disappoint -- that breakfast Sammie was on point. If I could, I'd give this place six stars.

I've been coming to Riverside for years now and it's about time I return the love. This is a Fort Lauderdale staple tucked away in a residential neighborhood. The parking lot fills up pretty quickly but there's a good amount of street parking available. And as soon as you walk in you immediately feel at home. Seat yourself wherever's open inside or out. And grab yourself a board game or card game from the back shelf before doing so. There's tons of craft beers in the coolers to choose from. And I mean a ton! Be sure to save your empty cans or bottles to pay at the end. They have a good amount of food options to order from the kitchen. The pizza has great flavor but can be hit or miss and the hummus platter is a personal favorite. Great vibes with an amazing selection of craft brews. Staff is very laid back and helpful as always.

I don't like writing negative reviews, especially because I had previously enjoyed this restaurant…read moreand even recommended it to friends. I'm often the person my group relies on to choose restaurants, so I was genuinely excited to have our group meet here based on my past experiences and what I thought would be a great atmosphere for watching a game. Unfortunately, after this experience, I won't be returning, as the interaction with management completely overshadowed everything else. I organized a reservation for a party of 10 after learning that an industry colleague was planning corporate group outings at the restaurant. The restaurant also heavily promotes itself as a destination for watching sporting events and accommodating large groups, which made it feel like a perfect fit. I made the reservation several days in advance and received both email and text confirmations, including a separate text from a manager confirming our party of 10. One member of our group arrived early with a few friends and began ordering food and drinks while waiting for the rest of the party. They also asked if our tables could be seated near each other once everyone arrived. It was at that point that the situation began to deteriorate. The manager insisted there was no reservation for 10 people and claimed the system only showed five, despite the confirmations we had on hand. Another member of our group who also had a reservation for 10 attempted to clarify this but was told by the general manager that he "didn't care what the confirmations showed" and that he had the final say. When several members of our group called the restaurant to try to resolve the issue--since we were actively arranging Ubers and wanted to clarify before heading over--the conversation became increasingly confrontational. Instead of attempting to understand the discrepancy or offer any solution, the same dismissive tone continued. I also called myself in an effort to de-escalate, but was met with an unprofessional and condescending response, with the manager stating he was not going to tolerate our party's behavior and abruptly saying, "I just cancelled your reservation." Having worked in and around the restaurant industry and growing up with a father who was a chef and restaurant owner, I understand that mistakes happen and systems aren't perfect. I've also worked in multiple roles within the industry, so I'm familiar with how these situations are typically handled, and I've never encountered that level of hostility directed at guests over a reservation issue. What I don't understand is meeting paying customers with hostility instead of professionalism. A simple willingness to investigate or problem-solve could have completely changed the outcome. Since we were unable to have a productive conversation with the manager, the friends who were already seated left. The rest of us Ubered to meet them elsewhere, and our group ultimately spent the rest of the evening, and our business, somewhere else instead. It's especially disappointing because the food has always been good, which makes the experience even more frustrating. Customer service starts at the top, and unfortunately, the interaction with management overshadowed everything else. I sincerely hope ownership takes this feedback seriously, as the restaurant clearly has potential. Based on this experience, and reflecting concerns others have raised as well, I can't recommend it for large group reservations.

We're in a hotel room with just running water and a microwave. Thank you for making it that much more sloppy to eat. Worse yet, their driver apparently couldn't be bothered to meet me in person. He was in such a hurry around 1100pm to have simply left my pizza balanced on the gate to a publicly accessible hotel--for anyone to take. And I paid a gratuity for that level of service. I'll be sure to remember and share my experience with others at Patio Bar & Pizza in the same spirit.

With kid's portion penne Alfredo (I wanted to try their pasta), avocado salad, and calamari appetizer. Both pizzas were very good, I strongly recommend it to everyone. Their pasta is also good, even for the kid's menu the portion was generous and the price fair. The only thing I don't really recommend is the avocado salad. Yes we were a party of three so we finished most of the salad but the flavor just wasn't there and the texture was off for me too. The avocado is mushy and discolored, and I personally prefer the sliced or diced avocados for avocado salad. The parking is limited so get there early or on a slower day. I think I would recommend this place to others and be back again in the future.

We walk over, sit down and ask what the lunch specials are and the waitress says they don't have any. When we told her we had called she said well the only special is the personal 8" pizza with up to 3 toppings. Then she says there is a lunch size house or cesar salad. There are no lunch prices listed anywhere. When we ask her for the prices, she has to look it up on her handheld ordering machine. She says the salads are $7.95 and the pizzas are $8.95 with up to 3 toppings. We each order a lunch salad and a personal pizza with up to 3 toppings. Salad was a good size. Pizza was OK. Very thin and very light on toppings. When we get the bill, it is higher than we thought. But my husband pays. I look at the itemized receipt and see that we were charged $1.50 per topping. I ask her about the bill and remind her she said the pizza was $8.95 with up to 3 toppings. She says, yes but the toppings are $1.50 each. I tell her she never said that and how am I supposed to know. And if I am paying for the toppings, why would you limit me to 3? It doesn't make sense. She said she was sorry but didn't offer anything to make it right. I shook my head, laughed and walked out. Total bait and switch. Never going there again.

Although this place looked great, but between crying kids, and a couple poorly done menu items, they lost a lot of points on execution... Our server Tomas was great! Best part of the whole experience. When we got to see him, which wasn't often, because they were short staffed or something as he was also tending bar (where he excelled), and running to take care of everyone, all while being berated loudly by an older gentleman we had to assume was the boss. The food was where they could have made up for that, but sadly, it was all over the place. - Calamari were crispy yet tender, and perfectly seasoned breading, but the accompanying sauce was too spicy for almost everyone in our party. - Meatballs were decent sized, and though they presented beautifully they were dry and overly dense, with their sauce on the opposite end of the spectrum with almost no flavor, and sadly that matched the flavorless meat as well. - Pizzas were the star, creative and delicious though, with just the right amount of toppings but just too much char on the crust. Tomas really shone as a bartender/ mixologist though, coming up with imaginative cocktails on the fly based on our favored liquors. The ambiance is cool, and there is a really decent speakeasy vibe going on with the decor but maybe try it at night to see if that vibe comes through under cover of darkness, cuz today wasn't it.
