Service was so amazing , like a good pie it takes time to get the most perfect pizza, which I did not mind the wait (which was not that long). We grabbed one of the 3-4 outdoor tables, which turned out to be great for people watching. It's very much a classic diner-style breakfast. Nothing fancy, just solid and straightforward. The coffee kept coming in those small ceramic mugs, the waiter was friendly and attentive, and there were a few birds hanging around hoping for crumbs. Prices were reasonable, the food met expectations, and the service was on point. It probably wouldn't be my first pick for a vacation breakfast if I went back to Ft. I've known about this place since ages when I worked at the hotel on the beach back when it was Holiday Inn . We would go there after work. Their pizza is amazingling delicious. We called ahead and ordered a pizza to go on Super Bowl Sunday. They told us it would be ready in 30 minutes so we got there and had to wait a while for it to be ready. I had a corned beef sandwich and if a NY deli corned beef sandwich is a 10, this place is about a 6. We are from Jacksonville and down here in Fort Lauderdale visiting the area with our Rv. We took our Ebikes and dog trailer to the Fort Lauderdale beach. I found it on AllTrails; "Fort Lauderdale Beaches Walking Trail". As we were riding my wife was looking for Primanti Bros Pizza. She said she heard it was good and we were only a few blocks away. We both got the Deluxe slice pizza. Wow it was really good and full of great flavor! We both really liked the crust; it had great flavor as well. The waitress was fantastic. I found Primanti Pizza restaurant while I was walking the Fort Lauderdale Beach strip. I love pizza so I had to try it. As I walked in I was greeted kindly by the staff and a staff member asked me if I wanted takeout or if I was dining in. I told them I was dining because sitting in to eat pizza is the best way to find out if the pizza is good or not. It has to be fresh out the oven. The restaurant was small with a bar like area but without the alcohol. The restaurant has been open for a long time and it had that back in the day pizzeria feel which I love. I ordered an fourteen inch pizza with half Cheese and Bacon. My go to. The pizza came out within fifteen minutes and the pizza looked good, but I noticed that there was a pool of oil in the middle of the pizza. I took a bite of the pizza and it was very hot. Just the way I like it. The pizza was actually good. The pizza had great flavor, bubbly crust, buttered edges, crunch, but just a little floppy at the ends because of the oil. The sauce is a little different too as they use whole plum tomatoes in there sauce which I didn't mind. It was a different way of eating pizza which I liked and could appreciate. The staff are really dedicated to there customers as they went to everyone's table to ask them if everything was alright, having conversations with the customers, and refilling everyone's drink as they seen them getting empty. You also get a refill of soda for free after you purchase one. I stuck with water as I was walking the whole strip and tried to keep hydrated. For the state of Florida I was surprised that the pizza was good because although I love pizza, in my opinion no one's pizza is better than New Connecticut or New York pizza, but they did a great job!!! This is our first time at this Primanti Brothers location and we loved it. It reminded us of a NY neighborhood pizzeria. The people working there are super friendly and make you feel welcome. Right across the street from the beach, this place is open 24/7. Be prepared for 2 things...parking can be challenging and they are a cash only business. There are signs before you walk in and we were informed before we ordered so there would be no surprises. There were 3 of us. We started with the cheezy fry boat. The fries were great and they didn't skimp on the cheezy sauce. The medium pizza was big enough for the 3 of us and we even took home 2 slices. Everyone works as a team, so we felt very taken care of. Sean was our main server and he was very friendly and knowledgeable of Primanti brothers locations. The restaurant has bar seating and tables inside and a few tables outside. It is very clean, considering it's right across from the beach and they probably get a lot of sandy customers. It's been a long time since we ate in a Primanti brothers pizza restaurant. This one is quite a bit different from the one we used to go to in Plantation. It reminds me of a pizzarea you'd find in NYC, but with more options. It's open twenty four-seven. It's also cash only, but there is an ATM machine right inside the front door. The service was surprisingly really good. It was way better than the location that was in Plantation. We ended up having the cheesey fries and a medium pizza. The fries, they were cooked perfectly, and there definitely was no shortage of cheese on them. Dam, were they good! Afterward, we had a medium pizza with mushrooms. That was incredibly good too. In fact the only negative thing I have to say is about the cups and the straws. Paper straws and paper cups, they are a bit flimsy, but they do work.
