On July 1st, I had to re-set the date and I pulled the stem out. They did give me a claim ticket. And that was it. I have called there and they told me they were waiting for parts. They did not call me. I called again a week later, I called them again, and this time they had told me that it went back to Seiko for repairs. They have not called me. I stopped in there today, and Beth told me that the watch was still not back as of 8/3/2026. She did say that they will call me when it does arrive. Very poor customer service on their end.

They took all the parts I brought them and put it together within the next 24 hours for a good price. The place is good sized and much more communal and friendly then a typical big name store. The workers are very knowledgeable about their craft and don't mind explaining parts to you that you might not understand/know. They're friendly, tech-smart, fairly priced and honest. They are very busy so it's good to pin them down to an approximate time when your computer will be ready. They are deluged with people calling up for "free advice" on home fixes which can be a frustrating interruption when checking in or trying to learn something (hence minus one star). There's been only one guy working in there which seems understaffed for their work and call volume. They've usually fixed me within 48 hours. I don't know what a "norm" might be. I had a huge virus and crash and they were able to save EVERYTHING from my hard drive (photos, documents) which was sincerely appreciated (since I was behind on backing things up). The tech guy seems versatile and knowledgeable about the various operating systems. He upgraded my operating system at no charge (a $120 value if I did it myself). They sell computer supplies, refurbished computers for good rates. I'm thinking the re-load of my operating system, etc was about $130 and the locating/saving of all my "stuff" was $85. Unfortunately I did have to re-buy Microsoft Office......but I figure the whole new computer at under $300 was better than forking up double that for a new one. I highly recommend them.

They greeted him, handed him his order all while I stood there completely dumbfounded. After the guy left, he spoke as I came in the day before and he remembered my request. I felt the same uneasiness yesterday when I came in too. Now I need a sign for an event next week, but after sitting down starting to create a design I just wasn't feeling it. I want to do business with people that are happy to do business with me. I've already made a call to another business who was more pleasant, and at a better price. I won't return, and won't recommend.

The manager, K gained my trust only to rip me off…read more Over a couple of days, I had worked with K to decide on a new phone to replace my 2015 model; during which time, he had gained my trust with his kindness. The day I went to purchase a phone, I was very patient while he helped the other clerk with customers several times; I was there for over an hr. For the phone I was purchasing he said he didn't make anything on the phone, so I felt for all of his help I would purchase the accessories because he said that's all he made a commission on. While K picked out the screen protector and was putting it on the phone, I picked out a case. There were no display prices or on the accessories. Twice I asked him how much for just the case, both times he said he didn't know because it was bundled, but stated he gave me a discount. I was not able to see the receipt until I paid. I wasn't even able to use the credit card machine myself; and, he had me sign upside down! When I saw I was charged $26.75 for the case and $26.75 for the screen protector, I tried to return them, but was told I could not; even though the receipt states I could within 14 days. He also kept all pkging. When I asked, he refused to call Metro CS, but called the cops on me. I have spoken to CS, which agrees I had been taken advantage of and those were unreasonable prices, Metro is investigating the price gouging. Go to Google Review to see receipt.
