This is my first time at this dental office. The staff is very friendly, and they gave me a printed copy of the treatment plan along with a break down of what my insurance will pay and what was my responsibility. Dr Wrobel explained my treatment plan and was not pushy. The Hygienist cleaned my teeth and never tried to push a Deep Root cleaning. This was a first. One dental office refused to clean my wife's teeth if she did not allow them to do a deep root cleaning first. Today I had a implant performed by Dr Worbel. He spent 4hrs on my treatment. He kept me informed along the way and repeatedly assessed my pain throughout the procedure. I would recommend this dental office to my friends. read more

Overall good dentist. 3/5 stars because of the following: - small office so good luck trying to get a quick appt. 60 day plus waits for appts. - no TVs to watch and relax while they are all up in your mouth - they hire some people with pink hair apparently. I don't want some hippy liberal woke person all up in my mouth. Have some standards when it comes to image for your office! - old school way of X-rays as opposed to new methods of x ray machine that Southlake dentists have. read more

If you are looking for an amazing dentist, with a great bedside manner, a staff, that makes you feel welcome every single time you call or arrive at the office, no matter what the case maybe, they are ALWAYS ALWAYS....sweet and understanding. I feel like part of the, "Smile Studio of Trophy Club" family!! I actually look forward to going to the dentist, for so many reasons now, that I have found Dr. Wrobel!! I feel like I can speak for all of his patients, we feel fortunate to be a patient of his..... I have had times, where I needed to get in for an emergency and he will make sure he fits me in and I don't have to suffer through a weekend or go to the emergency room. He will always remind me, if you are having any problems or pain, "please come in, don't suffer through it", and he means what he says! He REALLY cares, and wants your experience to be as painless and pleasant as possible!!! NOW...This is very important, especially the way the world is nowdays....and Im sure, it's just as much of a concern to you, as it is too me!! Dr. Wrobel's office is ALWAYS Very Very clean, organized, beautiful AND I have NO DOUBT, that every piece of equipment is 100% sterile!!! I HAVE NEVER HAD TO WAIT, and once I get back in the room, he shows up immediately, like I said, he is organized and stays on task. yet he never rushes through his procedures! If you are the type of person, that wants to know what your dentist is doing, as he is performing a task or procedure, he will let you know what to expect, in a manner that makes you feel at ease, he also wants you to let him know, if you are uncomfortable, in any form or fashion, which btw, I can tell you I have never had to do.... I have had a lot of work done, over the last few years, by Dr. Wrobel, that I have been putting off for years, because I though it was going to be painful and in reality, I have heard from other ppl, that have went to other dentists, that what I was having done, is going to be painful! I was pleasantly surprised, that it was almost no pain at all. His staff will also check on you, with a phone call to make sure you are doing ok!! I am a very picky person, especially when it comes to my dentist. Dr.Wrobel re-assures me; with his confidence, that you I can trust him and he will always be looking out for your best interest. I have never trusted a dentist, in my lifetime more than I do Dr. Wrobel. I know of ppl that come from out of state to see him, say no more, that is impressive!!!! He is continuously staying up to date, with state of the art equipment and state of the art healing procedures. If Dr. Wrobel is not in the office with patients, he is educating himself and his staff on anything that can make your visit, to his offices, one in Trophy Club and one in Colleyville, as pleasant as possible and any procedure he does, the best....better than it would be any where else you could possibly go or be going. He doesn't strive for perfection, he is perfection! If you want a top-notch, educated, caring dentist, a friendly staff, that are happy-to-be at work and that are more than happy to help you with insurance questions and explain anything to you, that you may not understand, this is your place!! NOT TO MENTION: a beautiful smile, healthy teeth and gums, where you don't have to be scared to come in and take care of the things you have been putting off, mine was painless!!! I couldn't be happier!!!!!!! Dr. Wrobel, doesn't just strive for perfection, he is perfection, and I wouldn't want to go to any other dentist, it's the perfect experience!! You don't have to be scared anymore! Front desk people are very friendly and helpful. Dr. Patel and Crystal are a great team. I had a very good visit.

I had to urgently make an appointment due to my excruciating pain in my tooth, resulted in getting a root canal. I was in a lot of pain and they made me feel very comfortable and at ease. I was recommended this dental facility and I'm so glad I did. Thank you for saving me from my pain, look forward to my next visit. Thank again Dr. Wrobel!! read more

BEWARE and AVOID!! Had root canal procedure done. Work was done poorly and the crown (which is placed over tooth of root canal procedures) over the tooth fell off a year later. They charged me again to fix the work that they didn't do well. I naively and begrudgingly paid that. Well a while later while I'm getting checkup at separate dental office, they advise that crown is missing again. Not even going to bother to go back to this awful dental facility that did initial procedure. read more

Dr Wrobel is honest and straightforward. He could have charged me to do a bunch of extra work on my teeth. Instead, he gave me the most conservative approach with lasting results! His whole staff is WONDERFUL too!!! From the ladies at the front desk, to the lab assistants and x-ray techs, all of them are so kind and professional!!! I was looking for a new dental practice after we moved and found this place on YELP. Thought I would give it a try and I'm glad I did. My first visit was with Dr Wrobel and his great staff. I was treated very well, even me being right off the street and a brand new patient. He did X-rays and actually showed me the results right up on the large tv monitor in high definition. They have all the modern features and technology at this office. I felt comfortable and really like the Doctor. He explained everything before he did anything and that was a huge plus. Also visited his office in Colleyville to have a procedure done and had the same great treatment and was very impressed at how beautiful that office is. I have found my dentist and new dental office. I have the worst anxiety at the dentist and they always do a great job ensuring I am comfortable and always get a great cleaning.

All I can say is that Dr, Patel was the best dentist I have ever been to. He was kind, caring & very concerned about my comfort during my procedure. I tend to freak out during dental procedures. I broke a crown off of one of my front teeth, not just popped it off, broke it off! He actually took care of me after hours.. how many dentists would go out of their way to do that?? I would highly recommend Dr. Patel to anyone looking for a dentist!! I have to also give a shout out to Lisa, his assistant & the entire staff of Trophy Smile Studio. Terrible experience! If you're considering a new dentist you may want to avoid Trophy Smile Studio in Trophy Club! My teenager had simple molar fillings done last month on both sides. Three weeks later we return because his "chewing" side was sensitive and the dentist insisted it was just a bite adjustment that was needed saying there is no way this is an exposed nerve of any kind. Then we waited an hour for him to return after X-rays were taken. The dentist again insisted that it was an adjustment he "sees this everyday" and wanted me to look at the X-ray to see for myself. I'm not a professional so I wouldn't know what I'm looking at and he just pointed. "See? The nerves below are not exposed. I'm like okay, I just want this corrected so he doesn't hurt when he eats. He was clearly annoyed and said this follow up was normal and was typical and wouldn't hurt but if my son felt pain to just raise his left hand. After the first, second and third time he raised his hand he was told, "you can tolerate it right?" I said "he shouldn't have to!" And he said he couldn't offer numbing medicine because the bite is different if he is numbed. That has never been my experience EVER even when I was fully numbed from fillings or crown work. They check the bite with ink blots and made adjustments before I ever left. I never had to return after simple filling procedures--since they were done right the first time and 30 years later I never felt pain either. I realize it could happen, but the poor bedside manner of this dentist and his unwillingness to address and manage the pain is unfortunate and unforgiving-- to say the least. Run away from this Trophy Club dentist!! My family will NOT be returning even if the pain persists!! read more

I have been seeing Dr. Wrobel for Invisiline treatment and have really enjoyed my experiences with his office. I always find the staff to be friendly and professional. His space is very clean and refreshing. Dr. Wrobel is very knowledgeable and takes the time to answer any questions. My Invisiline treatment is nearly complete. I've been going to his office for 10 months and have yet to be disappointed. I highly recommend his Invisiline services.
