Everyone loves to talk about the sports that are on the TV (there are quite a few TVs at Smarty's!), as well as discuss the area happenings. It has an extremely local crowd on most nights, and while it isn't a dive bar because the furniture is nice, it walks that line. At the same time, it's become kind of an oasis for a younger crowd as well as they're looking to escape from the same old bars.
