My Yelp friend Ebony knows this location as well as I do. We should meet when the weather improves. Pressed Juicery was first introduced to me in a community PopUp. I liked it so much I try to visit the various locations when I'm nearby. I can't wait for better weather and my energy and confidence to be restored so I can return. In the meantime, I recently attended a St. Patrick's Day PopUp. After taking two bottles of Pressed Veggie Juice home I found creative ways to include the juice in my meals. I get a lot of compliments saying Yelpers never thought of substituting juice for water in oatmeal or cream of wheat. I hope you like my creative Pressed Juice meals. I'm recommending. read more

Spring has sprung, and it's time for me to get back on track with eating a healthier, plant based diet. Stopped by Pressed at Moynihan Train Hall, which is very impressive. The service was good, friendly, and fast. Large selection of cold pressed juices, protein shakes, smoothies, and açaí bowls. Love the various shots of cold pressed juices that are sold as a single shot. There are tons of additional add on's., to further enhance your smoothie or juice. Definitely check out this location, you will not be disappointed! The atmosphere is fast, efficient, and great service. read more

This was our last stop in New York before heading back to DC. This small juice bar is tucked away on the main level, near the matcha shop. The server was incredibly nice. I had never been to Pressed before and asked for her recommendation between the Blueberry Lemon Açaí and the Original. She kindly mentioned that both were great, but the Blueberry Lemon was a limited edition and definitely worth trying. She was absolutely right--it was delicious. The Blueberry Lemon Açaí was exactly what you'd expect: fresh açaí topped with blueberries, a lemon agave drizzle, and crushed lemon cookie-like granola. The blueberries were sweet and fresh, the lemon agave added just the right touch of tanginess without being overly citrusy, and the lemon crumble gave it a perfect granola-like finish. This is my go-to Pressed when I've got an Amtrak to catch. This Pressed location is tiny, but conveniently in Moynihan Station. Service has always been personable for me no matter when I stop in. I love getting their Green drinks ("Green 3" I get the most often), and they've got wellness shots that are perfect for every occasion. Like hangovers. So I'm told. ;p Credit accepted. read more

I came here while waiting for my Amtrak train to Hudson NY. Great service. I wasn't sure what I wanted but decided on the frozen yogurt. They let me taste the flavors. A great place to grab a smoothie bowl or juice before or after an Amtrak ride. I got there 15 minutes before my train, and there were 3 people ahead of me in line, but I was able to get my order within 7 minutes. Sadly, their menu no longer includes my go-to pitaya base, but the tropical base was also very delicious. I got the beauty bowl, and it was the perfect combination of sweet but not too sweet, filling as a snack and not too heavy, and filled with fresh and whole food ingredients. This is very much a grab-and-go storefront, with no seating in the store itself. read more

I was looking got something more on the fruity/yogurt side for breakfast while waiting for my train and was lucky that this spot didn't have much of a line. The space was super bright/clean and the staff was relatively friendly, although I will say that it was a little slow on creating the bowl I got. Overall though, the experience getting my bowl was pretty pleasant. I honestly thought what I had gotten would've been yogurt, but it was actually something closer to soft serve underneath the fruit and peanut butter - oops. Regardless though, it tasted really nice and the peanut bitter/bananas on top tasted super fresh. I wouldn't mind coming back here again if I ever have a train to catch again - there's ample seating outside the storefront to eat and the food was relatively tasty. Thanks, Pressed! read more

I ordered the beauty bowl and while the fruit was actually fresh and sweet (no complaints there), the bowl was practically empty. There was barely any of the actual base just a VERY thin layer at the bottom with a nice scoop of fruit on top. For the price, I expected a full, balanced bowl, not something that looked half-finished. If I wanted mostly fruit, I would've just grabbed a fruit cup. Not terrible, but definitely not worth what I paid. read more

Love pressed juices, so I was happy when this opened in the Moynihan Train Hall! I usually book through the ClassPass App, so it's super quick. You just show them the confirmation online, and they bring you the drinks out immediately. I've never spent more than 2 minutes in there even if there are people in front of me. Drinks: - Elderberry Shot: Love this one! Reminds me of holiday flavors with the cinnamon and cloves in it. - Energy Shot: Has apple, lemon, matcha powder, and guayana powder in it! Tasty but I prefer the Elderberry one above. - Greens 1 (Cucumber Celery): Clean vegetable juice flavor - not sweet! - Greens 2 (Apple Lemon Kale): More sweet than Greens 1 because of the apples. I prefer Greens 1 usually. - Citrus 1 (Cucumber Pineapple): Less sweet than Citrus 2 but more sweet than the Greens juices. - Citrus 2 (Apple Pineapple Lemon): More sweet than Citrus 1 since this has apple and pineapple in it Service/Ambiance: Fast and efficient! I think this is a fairly new location as I haven't seen it before while walking through penn station. Located in Moynihan Hall, it's a small yet beautiful shop. The staff is super friendly and they have cute balloons (probably for that aforementioned opening). I got greens three, one of my favorite drinks (I'm pretty sure it's the most popular). They also said that if you download the app, you get a complimentary order. The juices are fun and easy to drink. They're super fresh and the prices are pretty good. The juices are what they're known for. I've tried a ton of flavors and they're all fantastic. Fun fact: I used to pick up my boss's juice cleanse drinks here on my way to work. Both her and I can attest- the juice cleanse works wonders (just by seeing how much she would drink of this stuff). Another fun fact: I got a greens 3 for my coworker for his birthday and he was deliriously happy about it. So another pro for Pressed-- a great gift. Overall: greens 3- a fantastic, easy, choice. Stooped here today for a drink. The lady that was working today (12/12 around 540pm) was super friendly and helpful. My vegan friend appreciated that he could choose from multiple vegan flavors, not just be limited to the one and only offering, which is what most places usually have. Melon flavor was incredible. Tasted like frozen melon was crushed with ice and chopped into an ice/smoothie blend. Super refreshing. Very sweet, though. On a previous visit to their Times Square location, I had one of their more decadent creations: gelato with waffle sticks and pistachio sauce. It was absolutely heavenly and incredibly delicious. This time, I didn't have room for something quite as indulgent, but I still wanted something sweet after dinner at La Basque. The closest Amorino was in Greenwich Village, just a 10-minute walk away. That walk alone is always a treat--Greenwich Village is charming, pedestrian-friendly, and full of outdoor dining and energy, especially on a September Saturday afternoon. I grabbed my gelato to-go and chose the amarena and hazelnut flavors, topped with the signature pistachio sauce. They poured the sauce at the bottom of the cup, and it hardened slightly to create a delicious shell underneath the gelato. I enjoyed it while walking through the Village, soaking in the late-summer atmosphere of the city with gelato in hand. Simple, sweet, and exactly what I needed.
