Catherine was very easy to work with and truly cares about the work she does. I had my wedding bouquet, wedding invitation, my garter and my groom's boutonniere all put into my display. I chose a 16 X 20 display with a dome top. I also had Catherine arrange for my wedding dress and veil to be cleaned and preserved by a company called wedding gown preservation. This company has a great reputation and a fair price. Catherine works with them often. The morning after my wedding, Catherine came to my venue and picked up my bouquet/boutonniere and my dress and veil, as our venue was very close to her shop, in Redondo Beach. This was so helpful and convenient, as we went on our honeymoon the next day. Catherine took care of everything for the dress preservation for me, I just had to wait to get the final product delivered back to me at home, which turned out great! Regarding the preservation display, Catherine took her time to save my flowers and make them look so lovely and like they did on my wedding day. We had another meeting after our honeymoon to discuss the final layout. The most important part was that she had my flowers as soon as possible, to preserve them. Once we agreed upon the final layout, she did her work and then we were ready for pickup! The display itself is very light and hangs on our wall perfectly! The whole process took a few months with our multiple meetings but the wait is not bad at all. My husband and I are so pleased with the final product, and thankful to Catherine for her work with us. Lady, you have time -Our first look photos were 2 hours before our church ceremony, and she said that she would not be able to deliver the bouquet and boutonnieres up to Inland Empire. I ended up picking up the flowers the day before, had followed all instructions that she provided, and the flowers were not in good condition the morning of our wedding day. -I had told her multiple times that my family member would be making boutonnieres for the aunts/uncles which she okay'd. Before the evening reception, she threatened to take all of the flowers away because it was "breaching contract" and that my family was not allowed to make their own boutonnières. After we had showed her screenshots of the email exchange of our agreement, she backed off. -I had created a visual mockup of how we wanted our sweetheart table to look (flower meadow along with a sign of our last names). the day of, she took creative liberty and when told that the sweetheart table was not what I had specified, she said that "this is what the bride had wanted". After physically adjusting the sweetheart table myself during the room reveal, she finally adjusted things similar to the original mockup that i created for her, during cocktail hour. -during my husband and I's room reveal and private vow exchange, she lingered the whole time not to adjust the sweetheart table, but to take photos of us for her social media. it made us extremely uncomfortable and we had to ask staff to have her leave. -she delayed the time that our guests were allowed to enter the reception, because she was taking social media photos and videos for her personal use. -she had promised to have another boutonniere ready for my husband at the reception so that it would look fresh for reception photos - when we had asked her at the reception where the boutonniere was, she said that she "forgot to make one". My husband's best man was kind enough to give him his boutonnière instead. She came back after saying that she will make my husband's bout, but will not be making one for the best man that gave his bout away.
