Replaced the leaking furnance roof flashing as needed and 7 other pipe flashings and painted them as needed for preventative maintenance.. other work completed was removal of the valley tiles and cleaning out the leaves. Afterwards a power washing of the roof and cleaning of the property before leaving. Let's put it this way this is an honest roofing contractor. I am a retired B General contractor with 40 years experience I only hire subcontractors that I can trust hands down! The work that was done on my private residence was done to perfection, could not ask for anything more. You can trust Geronimo at Old Town Contractors. Great work at reasonable prices.

I had a few estimates that said permit was optional, which made me feel a little uneasy. They took care of the replacing the roof, repairing some dry rot, and installing new gutters. The dry rot repair was extra an $400; unfortunate, but not unreasonable. They started work a week after I accepted the estimate. Work started on Friday and they were done by Tuesday the following week. I had no issues throughout the process. This rental property is over an hour from my house, so we did the entire transaction via email, phone, and text message. Payment was made through Zelle and by check, deposited directly into their account; no need for me to drive an hour to the job site to pay them. Overall, I loved their promptness, their ability get the job done quickly, and their flexibility in payment options. Really good experience. They are definitely my first call the next time I need roof work done.

The manager seemed to know which cleaning products to use for hardwood floors, stainless steel and granite counter tops. He even understood when I asked that his cleaning lady or ladies would only use my cleaning supplies. * Before cleaning: He sent me five ladies to clean my place and maybe one or two of the ladies spoke in English and the rest spoke in Spanish. I instructed them each cleaning supply and what to use it on and the ladies all seemed to agree with me for which item to use for cleaning my townhome. * End results: they used swifter on my hardwood floors instead of Bona, they did not clean the top of my stove. They did not ask me how to use my vacuum cleaner so they used the wrong vacuum cleaner on my rugs and on my hardwood floor. When one lady attempted to clean my black chair, she left white debris all over my black chair. They did not clean the bathroom sinks. They did a very quick job of vacuuming upstairs and skipped vacuuming downstairs. They left my dirty swifter and dirty Bona mop on my nice tile area by the fireplace instead of taking it to the garage leaving dirt on my tile. * Clean up follow through: The manager called the next day to see how the ladies cleaned my house. I told him by phone, I am sorry, but your cleaning ladies do not know how to properly clean a home. They left more clean up for me after they left then when they started to clean my home. He told me that he would send someone back to fix any dirt they left in my home and clean any area that they missed. However, the following day, no call and not one cleaning lady came back. * Here are the facts: Mary's Cleaning Maid for Pleasanton area want your money and try to complete the house cleaning as quick as possible and use wrong products for attempting to clean granite counter tops, hardwood floors, stainless steel stove, and exterior refrigerator. They leave a home dirty and won't return the next to day clean up the mess they left.
