Windows, window sills, floors, surfaces, bathrooms, bedroom, behind the fridge, inside the oven were immaculate. Even little things like wiping down some items on the bathroom counter or rearranging pillows. So why not have them do my move out cleaning for me? They kept contact with me via phone not only to ask exactly what I needed, to call and confirm what I needed but to also let me know the crew was almost done at the current location, which made everything easy for meeting them. Asked them to give me an hour notice and she gave a little more than that. Well to sum up this awesome yelp.... the realtor whose clients bought my house stated that house was left in great condition (I can't say my new house was left that way). He also said that the house smelt and looked really clean. I had no worries at all on how the crew was going to do. When I first came into the house to meet them, they were already fast at work in the master bathroom ( I was late meeting them, but my favorite neighbor ran over and let them in). Spoke with them for a few minutes and went on my way to run a couple of errands. When I returned to fix a couple of things they were still hard at work. I thought ,maybe they might be standing around when I go in. Nope, they both were still hard at work and the house smelled of it. The prices for Molly maids is the standard price ( I checked around with my friends on their private cleaning people and they are the same price and they are not licensed ) so it was a no brainer! When I booked the appointment, Jeanie assured me they perform post-construction cleanings regularly. I specifically explained that my home was covered in drywall dust and that I wanted everything thoroughly wiped down, including the baseboards, blinds, and other surfaces. I couldn't have been clearer about what I expected. When the cleaning team arrived, they told me they were here for a standard deep cleaning. I asked, "Post-construction cleaning?" and they looked confused. I immediately called the office, and they confirmed that the appointment was indeed supposed to be for a post-construction cleaning. Unfortunately, it became clear the team either wasn't prepared for or didn't know how to perform that type of cleaning. After they finished the first room, the blinds were still dusty and the baseboards had not been wiped down. When I pointed out that the blinds and baseboards were still dusty, Erica became defensive instead of trying to resolve the issue. The conversation quickly turned into, "If you're not happy with the service, we'll leave." As the customer, I was simply asking them to complete the cleaning I had hired them to do. Instead of working to make it right, the team packed up their supplies and left. I was shocked by how the situation was handled. Mistakes happen, but customer service is what matters most. Rather than listening and resolving the issue, they chose to walk away. That level of professionalism is unacceptable and reflects poorly on the franchise. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this Molly Maid in Antioch. I was able to capture one photo of the base of a table that had supposedly been cleaned. As you can see, it was still covered in drywall dust. Unfortunately, I didn't think to take more photos because I was so surprised that the team packed up and left instead of addressing my concerns.

I love her. She is the absolute best. She has her flaws one being that she is not as housebroken as I thought. My dog did a number on my couch.
