My daughter is 9 months pregnant and wanted to have the house deep cleaned this week prior to her Wednesday due date. I'll start by telling you they sent ONE girl to her 3500 square foot house on the wrong day, (2 WEEKS AGO AT 6AM). Ok, mistakes happen. She moved on from that and reiterated when she wanted the cleaning done. Fast forward to this morning....the correct date: my daughter rose at 4:45am in order to get herself, and her two dogs prepared for the cleaners arrival at 6am. They were 45 minutes late, and were gone by 11:am. My daughter had to re-mop the kitchen and bathroom floors, clean cabinets that hadn't been wiped down at all let alone deep cleaned, clean the master shower door as it wasn't done at all, clean slider tracks that weren't touched....you get the idea. This company charged $475.00 for a deep clean that had to be redone. Save your money, and frustration. I'm so angry at these people I can barely speak. What part of 9 months pregnant is mysterious? She was not only very clear on WHY she wanted someone else to handle it, she met with them last Thursday in person AT THE HOUSE to review the requirements. Not worth the price! The service I received was pretty poor. The cleaning was decent but of course varied from one girl to the next. While some we're good others not so much. Overall this business is run horribly, the invoicing was never correct, the communication was poor, and the owner was just awful to work with. Go with another company, this one sucks. read more

Four women and $375 later, I found myself in pure amazement at things that they simply did not clean such as medicine cabinet, underneath the sink cabinet, light switches, tops of lights, you know things that should have been cleaned with a move in cleaning. I requested this cleaning companies services the week of August 30, 2020, as my normal crew had an emergency that day and couldn't make it. She came and gave an estimate for a deep clean and I agreed. The service was subpar to say the least. They forgot to take some of the trash out, the vacuuming looked like it was done by a disgruntled teenager and the kitchen floor was left with a white milky solution after they mopped. I feel the amount of cleaning did not match the price I paid... I will be honest and say that the owner did accommodate my request last minute, as I was having new furniture delivered and wanted my bedroom blinds (3 mini) and master shower cleaned (not bathroom, it was clean just shower... back problems). The one women who was sent was nice and worked hard on some areas, but missed some key areas that still need to be cleaned. When I called back to ask why it was done so incomplete she told me she never agreed to a deep clean. At $170 I think a deep clean isn't asking much. UPDATE: I want to update my review and change it from 3 to 5 stars, as the owner offered to come by and fix the items that were not done to my satisfaction. Even though I fixed them, I appreciate any busisness that is willing to stand by their work. Which makes me think, even though the woman who came to do the cleaning did not offer to walk through the items she cleaned I should have requested it, but didn't because I didn't want to make her feel bad, especially since I know she did work hard. A big reason why I hired the service is because a car accident rendered me unable to do a lot of the deep cleaning in my home, therefore even though there was a mistake or two, it is important to have perspective of why we call cleaningf services to begin with. read more

Honestly negative stars would be more like it. I'll keep this short, I had my house "Cleaned" yesterday.... It was terrible... My house smells like mildew... I have re mopped 4 times, I had to clean all the counters Because it was not done. When I said I was concerned about the mildew smell she tried to tell me it was vinegar.. Umm no, it's mildew and I can't get rid of the smell.... Also, the mop job that left my house stinking didn't even get rid of the spots on the wood, the tile was streaky and sweeping!?? Omg, I swept again.... And again and again.... I am sure my house was dirtier after they came then before... I called this place because I found them on Yelp and they had good reviews. I had a 9:30 appointment set up with another cleaning service. There was some miscommunication between us. I thought she was coming to do the cleaning, but it was just for the estimate. My fault. The lady said they would do it anyway. She and her girls just needed to run and get their supplies and would return in 30 minutes. Great! About 5 minutes after that conversation, I receive a text saying they can't do it. Now I'm left with a dirty house that needed to be done today as 2 of my 3 huskies were being spayed and I wanted the house disinfected to protect my fur babies. I called to see if they could give me a rough quote by phone and get the work done today. That was at 10:30. I spoke to a super nice lady (Maria I think according to the email) who gave me a rough quote based off of her experience and she said someone would arrive between 12-1. A young lady showed up at around 12:15. I showed her the rooms that needed done. She quickly went to work. The girl finished around 3. Exactly what Maria said would happen. I checked the young lady's work in my 2 upstairs bathrooms as they needed the most attention. She did a fantastic job! I don't usually use a cleaning service except for special occasions, but when I need to use a clean service again, it will be this one! Told a story on how they only use one person per house rather than a team because if there is a team a lot of time gets wasted as they tend to chat a lot. Really sounded like an excuse rather than reality. Anyway based on some positive reviews we decided to give them a try. WHAT A MISTAKE. They came about four times before we fired them. Two of the times the one person they sent was not able to finish cleaning our house and just left telling us her time was up. We've never heard of such a thing. As they provided an estimate they had a LEGAL OBLIGATION to complete the work. The cleaners that we had replace them sends in TWO people and was LESS expensive. The most concerning part of this experience is that it was our impression that the cleaners (two different young women) seemed overly concerned about meeting the owners time expectations rather than getting the job done. I usually go through another service, but I did not book them on time and was in need of some cleaning services. Staff was super friendly, fast and thorough. I needed help not just cleaning surfaces etc, but putting stuff away, finishing up dishes etc. If I hire a cleaning service it is usually because I am at my wit's end & the house is in disarray. In the past I had cleaners come and they basically picked up the clutter, cleaned the surfaces, and then put it all back--I was basically left with a clean version of the same mess. But the women from Elizabeth's Cleaning Service actually helped organize the mess and put stuff away; and for stuff I need to put away, it is in one location to make that easier. I now have a clean home and feel so much more at peace. It was not cheap, but was worth it for the state my home was in. I plan to arrange to have them come help me on a regular basis, and feel like I can work with them to help with organizing as well as cleaning. We moved out of our rental and paid Elizabeth's Cleaning Service to professionally clean our house for the next tenant. They charged us $450 for a 1600 sq ft house and it wasn't much cleaner when they finished. They didn't even clean all of the windows, and most still had smudges. There was still dirt on the hand rails, and it looked barely clean. I would have been much better off spending an hour cleaning myself. At least I'd have saved $460 (because they took cash ahead of time and didn't give change). read more

Extremely pricey and average cleaning. The service doesn't fit the bill in my opinion. I paid $410 for a deep cleaning service (for my 1600sq. Ft. home), plus $20 extra per window to deep clean blinds and then $150 to clean the carpet on the stairs and 2 bedrooms. They completely missed one window downstairs, there were still Cobb webs in multiple places, and they cleaned one sliding glass door but not the other. Additionally, they broke a set of blinds, a valance rod, and 2 shelves and never said a word about it. The staff was very friendly and professional but again... for the price, I expected a final walk through to ensure they didn't miss anything and mistakes happen but not admitting that they broke items in the house is unacceptable. I hired this service for a once a month cleaning The lay that came to clean did no better than I would do myself. I was charged 145 .. for service monthly. I had to spot check after the housecleaner because there were smudges, and lots areas you expect to be cleaned were not. I called the scheduler by the name of Maris to et her know of my dissatisfaction and she said she would speak to the woman when she returned to work, this was the 24th of October 2018 and it is now the 27th of October with no follow up call to me to recently the high cos for sloppy work. I checked my account on Friday and the company had already cashed the check. This company is a rip off and I highly recommend that no one hires their service. Maria, told me the cost goe every two weeks is 125.00, 250.00 per month.' I see that there are reviews and they probably write them themselves. I am really sorry I did not stop payment but she must have run to the bank reason being that she knows the work was not done properly. She told me that it was a basic cleaning...well I could have done a basic cleaning myself and saved 145.00 They do not use environmental safe products either, my home smelled of Fabulosa product.
