The worst I mean the worst cleaning service ever. I just moved into a home and asked for deep cleaning. I left for 1 hour. When I got back they said they were done. I checked a few dust areas and figured they did their job. When I began to move my things in the following few days. I opened drawers, cabinets, dishwasher. It was filthy. Nothing had been touched. I asked for a refund for this service. I was told I should of checked the work. The lady was very lazy and sat on the stairs on the phone most of the time here. I have pictures fit proof. Do not use this company! I would sue this company if I had time. If she is tired while working pregnant then maybe you shouldn't have her working right now. I see you have terrible reviews and you always have to come back and re clean. So this is normal for your company. I got ripped off and you know it. You and your wife just want to make a quick dollar. Please close down your company. You have to many complaints and unsatisfied customers! I want my money back! I asked foe a deep cleaning you only mopped and wiped the stairwell and I had to tell you to go back and still wipe because it was dirty. The refrigerator I still have to clean..there was hair in the fridge and yellow spots I don't think it was ever touched. You are a fraud! UPDATE JULY 18, 2021 Omg...wow! Not a terrible experience, but not worth the amount of money spent. The two are very nice and arrived on time with their own supplies. My home was already tidy, so I needed help with getting an overall cleaning. The window sills, and central air vent were still dusty when I noticed later. They had spent 40 minutes total which felt short for the amount of money that was agreed upon. I will say the bathrooms and floors looked great though. read more

I hired them for deep cleaning after move out. Fuad was very responsive and always on time. But their cleaning wasn't upto mark. As their cleaning failed building inspection, I had to call them back twice - and inspector had to point out spots that were missing. As a cleaning service, they should take the responsibility of paying attention to detail and ensure that every little nooks and corners are spotless. When I saw the photos - they looks clean from a distance but not meticulous enough on closer inspection (little things like a drop of food stain on handle etc.). I guess they do good enough job for regular cleaning but for deep cleaning their job was subpar. read more

I've used this company 3 times to clean my entire house and I have more visits scheduled. Their cleaning is thorough and they are polite and professional. I was impressed that while cleaning the inside of my fridge she sat out the items that had expired for me to note and then disposed of them. I also love how they make the beds and do a cute folding of the towels I have on the towel holders. It's a simple thing but it shows attention to detail and care for what they do. They will graciously redo anything I am not satisfied with which hasn't been much because they are good at what they do. No one is perfect but they definitely come close. read more

They went way above and beyond what I was expecting. They took every cushion off my couch and vacuumed underneath, they removed everything from my fridge and got in every nook and cranny until it was spotless. I really liked how accommodating the team was, as our place has HORRIBLE parking space issues, yet they made it on time and were so fast and professional about their work. I would hire them again for sure and recommend them. They were very quick and accommodating. I gave them a very short timeline and they were quick and did a great job.

I hired this company to perform a standard clean, $180. They spent 1.5hrs and did a very basic wipe down but did not clean. We have 4beds, 2.5 baths. The carpet was not fully vacuumed, there was soap scum left in the shower, which I was able to easily scrub off after they left. The floors looked like they lightly wiped over it. They dusted in some areas but not all over. They dusted the computer monitors which fell and left a small scratch on the screen. I was very disappointed. I expected a standard clean as advertised. I would pay more for the effort. This was a waste of my time and money. I needed the help, but If I knew I was paying for a simple wipe down, I could've done this myself. read more

Fuad did a good job cleaning, but his business practices are highly suspect. I was hoping he'd be a good person to use on an ongoing basis, but when I scheduled for another cleaning, he confirmed 4 days before via text. 4 days passed, and he did not show up. I called him to request another appointment to which he quoted me 60% higher than what I was charged the first time for less work. I did not need dish washing, fridge cleaning, trash thrown out, or laundry washing so I asked him to omit those from his quote and he decides to charge me even more for asking to do less work. We hired Premier Cleaning for a deep cleaning in your 4 bedroom house after skipping on cleaning services for 2 years. Overall I'm happy with the service. The team of 3 people handled all the hard to clean spots (under/behind furniture, under fridge, under kitchen sink, toilets, showers, inside microwave and fridge, oily palm stains on furniture, etc.). The only area where they struggled a bit was bringing all glass surfaces (eg shower glass) and high gloss furniture to perfect shininess. They also missed few spots while removing dust (eg top of one of 3 fans in the house). They fixed all the missed spots right away when we told them. I would say they actually miss less spots than other services we worked with in the past. In any case this service was good value and includes pretty much everything you need. They don't skip any important area like baseboards or inside fridge. read more
