I provided a few pictures with details of what I wanted and the next day, I got a very reasonable quote to do the work. It took me a couple of days to review some other quotes and scope of work before I got back to Antonio. After I let him know he could do the work he gave me a starting date the next week. He came on time and he and two of his crew, excavated compacted, and set the forms for the concrete Poor. Because of the location of the pad, it was not possible to bring a cement mixer in, and the crew had to do it by hand. Nevertheless, they completed the work within eight hours and provided instructions to cover it when the rains came this afternoon, which they are coming. Frederick, the back office guy, and Antonio were equally professional and kept their word to do just what I asked for. I would highly recommend Antonio Barrows to do cement work for anyone. I will follow up after the pad has cured and send a picture.

If I wanted the window frames cleaned, then I should have paid to have the "entire exterior of the house cleaned." I called their corporate office, and they explained that this was indeed their policy. They only clean the glass, not the "metal box holding the glass." It was particularly interesting to hear her care to not use the term "window frame." Perhaps I'm missing something...
