I can't say I gained the courage to take the plunge after our sessions to pursue my true passion(s) in life, but I did get closer to my true self in my career path. Sometimes the more measured, incremental approach is wiser anyways. Jessica helped me with closing the door on a past career that was not the right fit, which had been hard to let go of. It is challenging to get anywhere in 4 sessions with a new coach, but I was surprised by the amount of ground we covered. I could have probably used 8 sessions with Jessica, and would have happily done that but due to finances this was what I could afford. Jessica's style was more directive and she offered greater guidance than other coaches I've tried (where sessions meander and lack progress). I liked that. Her services are more expensive than others out there (the only reason for 4 rather than 5 stars), but she is a very good life coach and anyone who works with her is bound to benefit. She is good at responding via email also.

The very first session that I had with Jessica, I wanted to work on my relationship to divine partnership. This was a concept that Jessica was perfectly able to speak into. Very quickly she let me empty all of the thoughts that I had in my head out.. all of my complaints, beliefs, self-talk, etc. She gently guided me through my body to begin to discover the truths that I was working with inside. Much of it was discover of the answers that were in my body, waiting to be heard. The whole time, Jessica was tuned into my field and was able to give me a beautiful and accurate reflection of what was happening inside me. This skillset of hers greatly helped my navigation of my own energetic and emotional landscape, as if felt like I had another set of eyes seeing inside myself. Jessica works on a quantum level with her clients, so expect some quantum weirdness (as in surprise miracles). I found her skillset to be far advanced from what you might get from the average therapist/coach. This was profound stuff, and she was able to navigate it simply and economically with time. My second session I wanted to work with her on body image, my relationship to beauty, my own sense of self-love, and my relationship to the marketplace of single life. This was a subtle issue for me, as I've done a lot of work on it, do healing work on other people around it, and know it well. Trite answers were not going to be enough for it. Jessica was able to reveal more of the structure of my thinking and what agreements and ideas had anchored unuseful paradigms in place. Jessica again used so much of the intelligence that was already alive in my body and in my field. She was able to navigate the hologram of my reality adeptly, moving very quickly to the juice of it. Even more important... my body has been amazingly tingly all the way through each session. Usually within 5-10 minutes of talking to her, I already feel my body beginning to release and go into an energy shift with lots of yawning and tearing up at my eyes. This is always a sure-fire way for me to know something is lifting. Truly a gem. You will not find an experience of this caliber in many places. Worth driving to or working over the internet with. I live in Portland, OR and I am glad that I can connect with her over the internet.

Here's what I experienced at Select Staffing Sacramento with two of "the" best job recruiters in the industry! Cindy called and texted me that a job position had become available, well I didn't respond for a day or two (respond immediately folks there are other folks on the bench waiting to be put in/called) anyway, I finally called back and when I did Farhanah answered the phone and said Cindy was unavailable or out of the office (I can't remember which) Farhanah then asked could she help me ( team member quality "volunteers to help" although my initial contact was with a different co-worker/team member). I explained Cindy had called me about a position (Team player qualities "excellent listener" and "intelligent" knows all jobs and who to contact). I explained all the details Cindy had given me; then Farhanah the excellent team player that she is, said " would you mind holding while I call the employer and ask if they still need someone, (team player quality "works together" with other team members to achieve team goals, in this case getting people jobs) and Farhanah came back on the phone with great news, she slam dunked it, she said " he still needs somebody" and I started the next day!!!!!
