Because I had no credit every other dealership I went to turned me down. Then I called Exclusive and spoke with Cedric and asked if they work with people that has no credit, and his response was "Yes we work with people that has all types of credit" from there I was like YES! He asked if I could come in today (him not knowing I was already in route to him lol). I walk in, well my boyfriend and I and customer service was GREAT the moment we hit the door! We sat down and spoke with Cedric he asked what was I interested in I told him.....he ran everything through and told me what was going on. Unfortunately I couldn't get the car I wanted, but at the end of it all I did get a VERY GOOD deal! I still left with a 2012 Honda Accord that had less than 40k miles! Throughout the whole process they were very professional (that's a HUGE plus for me) and very hilarious. They're nice down to earth people. We had to go back for some paper work a few times and every time we came in it was like we were family. They remembered our names every time we walked in. I never had a bad moment when I stepped into Exclusive Motor Cars. We'd just stay and visit just for conversation with them all. I've never been this pleased and comfortable with a business like I was with them ever! I'm so thankful for them!

My "Check Engine" light turned on, and my engine wasn't feeling/sounding "normal," as I noticed while sitting at red lights. I remembered that just the other day I'd had difficulty starting my car--a problem I had not had before. Was it safe to drive my car to the airport on this frigid cold Maryland night? I pulled over to figure out my next course of action. I thought it would be safe to at least have a car service station check out the meaning of the "Check Engine" light, since it was still before 5. I used Google Maps to find one nearby, and by complete LUCK, it seems, Maven Motors was just a few blocks away. They were so friendly and welcoming! It was just before closing, and yet they were super accommodating. Eli checked out my engine light on the spot and said it would need servicing. I told them I was doing a lot of traveling and wanted to make sure my car was safe to drive. Eli confirmed it was safe to make my trip to the airport, giving me peace of mind. I dropped my car off on Thursday morning, and they gave me a ride home, for free. They identified other issues, including a problem with a past repair from another shop that did not use the right parts! I thought the price they quoted was quite reasonable. Today they dropped my car off in front of my home and handed me my keys. How's that for customer service? They were quick to respond to my questions, whether by phone or email. I am very, very impressed! I plan to remain a customer of Maven Motors. Thank you!

He not only lies but has offered me on a dinner date with drinks knowing he is married with children. Pathetic and very unprofessional. This person kept my vehicle sitting on his lot for over six months with a few months going dormant with no communication. When I was able to reach this person after multiple calls, texts from multiple numbers was told that he was busy and had other businesses. He mentioned that his mechanic was a CHRONIC PROCRASTINATOR and often had complaints of slow service. When I was able to meet with the mechanic, CHRIS, he informed me that my issue was ONLY a THERMOSTAT and a few 2.00 or 3.00 bolts/screws needed to repair it and would be ready soon. Well soon turned in to another two weeks, I called and called and asked multiple times for an invoice, estimate and what exactly I would be paying for! The owner ABDOULAYE N. SENE stated not to worry that the amount would NOT BE ALOT and that I don't need to stress or worry about anything as he 'HAD ME' as he said it multiple times. I have multiple witnesses to attest to this statement. I repeatedly asked him for a total for any parts because I wanted to pay for any and everything up front to no be blindsided in the end. Again, I was assured that he would purchase the screws and bolts to fix the thermostat issue and sent a picture to confirm that this was IN FACT the issue to my car overheating. Over time, I would have to contact him because the time he gave me exceeded by two to three weeks at a time prolonging my schedule for work. I pointed out that he had my truck for six months with no movement and that work and personal demands were being affected by his overly drawn out delay for just a small feat. He assured me and another witness, that he would have my vehicle fixed, have all receipts as proof of his payment and would leave any parts replaced in my vehicle. I have messages that state his claim. The dealership has an 'F' rating at the BBB and multiple complaints about the illegal practices of salvaged cars and repair parts from multiple victims (customers). This person is a liar and often changes the name of this fake business defrauding taxes and liability of the claims of his victims/customers. He makes illegal invoices from a home computer and also trumps up fictitious charges for his itemized labor. He has a small black box reader to determine issues for vehicles then charges an accessive amount of money for something that is free of charge at your local pepboys or automotive store! What a joke this bum is. The lot is dirty and looks condemned and the body shop area is small cluttered and is NOT equipped to work on cars as it doesn't even have a lift. Cars are jacked up on its side when doing work, PATHETIC work from a deceitful, scamming, lying, fraudulent lemon-ship such as this scam place! If you STAND on your WORK, you should provide all DOCUMENTS that suffice it not lie and say you lost it! You have a legal moral obligation to customers to provide this service, if in fact there is NOTHING to HIDE! He refused and said he was trying to seve me time and aggravation over having to go to MVA for new stickers. His solution was in no way saving me time and aggravation already caused by the error, and in the future to get it fixed. His attitude was terrible- he accused me of "pointing fingrer". I purchased a 2014 car from US Motors in October 2016. On November 23 I was in an accident where my…read morerear bumper got hit and damaged. The person who hit me accepted fault and I brought my car in to the shop for repairs. The mechanic had to remove the whole bumper in order to ensure quality repair and that there was no underline damage from my car accident. After removing the bumper, they were sickened by what they saw. My car was in a very bad accident prior to me purchasing it. The whole rear body panel and trunk of my car was crushed and rusted and not repaired from previous accident. The mechanic showed me that the previous accident damage came all way to the back door's rear mirror and where traces of damages could be seen unseen underneath the crappy painting job used to cover the damage. Come to find out they covered the damage with a new looking bumper, and carpeted trunk and paint. I was sold a Lemon! I found this out less than 2 months after purchasing this car. I went into the office and asked to speak with a manager. He was very dismissive, insulting and unbelievably rude and told me there's nothing he can do and walked away. I asked the director to contact the mechanic, he too hung up on them without them giving them the chance to explain the damage on my car. The mechanic gave me an estimate of over $5400 to repair the damages I bought the car with. They are unable to repair my bumper as they are also a MD inspection site and now considers my car unsafe to drive and questions the validity as to whether or not my vehicle was truly inspected by the state as even a few things are missing which are needed to pass state inspection. Also note that the carfax report I was given states nothing about prior rear damage or accident. I am now stuck with a $400 car payment, payed them $2000 cash downpayment and my car is sitting in a garage and cannot be driven. I will pursue this further, and will attach pictures. I would absolutely hate for anyone to have to go through this by doing business with US Motors. Take your business elsewhere! Be warned!!!
