If I could rate this slum/lemon dealership a minus one trillion I would! This place is a joke, with ignorant lying management to include the so called owner of this circus! He not only lies but has offered me on a dinner date with drinks knowing he is married with children. Pathetic and very unprofessional. This person kept my vehicle sitting on his lot for over six months with a few months going dormant with no communication. When I was able to reach this person after multiple calls, texts from multiple numbers was told that he was busy and had other businesses. He mentioned that his mechanic was a CHRONIC PROCRASTINATOR and often had complaints of slow service. When I was able to meet with the mechanic, CHRIS, he informed me that my issue was ONLY a THERMOSTAT and a few 2.00 or 3.00 bolts/screws needed to repair it and would be ready soon. Well soon turned in to another two weeks, I called and called and asked multiple times for an invoice, estimate and what exactly I would be paying for! The owner ABDOULAYE N. SENE stated not to worry that the amount would NOT BE ALOT and that I don't need to stress or worry about anything as he 'HAD ME' as he said it multiple times. I have multiple witnesses to attest to this statement. I repeatedly asked him for a total for any parts because I wanted to pay for any and everything up front to no be blindsided in the end. Again, I was assured that he would purchase the screws and bolts to fix the thermostat issue and sent a picture to confirm that this was IN FACT the issue to my car overheating. Over time, I would have to contact him because the time he gave me exceeded by two to three weeks at a time prolonging my schedule for work. I pointed out that he had my truck for six months with no movement and that work and personal demands were being affected by his overly drawn out delay for just a small feat. He assured me and another witness, that he would have my vehicle fixed, have all receipts as proof of his payment and would leave any parts replaced in my vehicle. I have messages that state his claim. The dealership has an 'F' rating at the BBB and multiple complaints about the illegal practices of salvaged cars and repair parts from multiple victims (customers). This person is a liar and often changes the name of this fake business defrauding taxes and liability of the claims of his victims/customers. He makes illegal invoices from a home computer and also trumps up fictitious charges for his itemized labor. He has a small black box reader to determine issues for vehicles then charges an accessive amount of money for something that is free of charge at your local pepboys or automotive store! What a joke this bum is. The lot is dirty and looks condemned and the body shop area is small cluttered and is NOT equipped to work on cars as it doesn't even have a lift. Cars are jacked up on its side when doing work, PATHETIC work from a deceitful, scamming, lying, fraudulent lemon-ship such as this scam place! If you STAND on your WORK, you should provide all DOCUMENTS that suffice it not lie and say you lost it! You have a legal moral obligation to customers to provide this service, if in fact there is NOTHING to HIDE! There is NO BUSINESS LICENSE VISIIBLE to customers only scotch tape papers saying NO REFUNDS/EXCHANGES, this is the first sign of ILLEGAL PRACTICES, this is not your local candy store! This is supposed to be a LEGITIMATE BUSINESS. This disloyal, cheating, scumbag has lied and created a false document with an essay written on page two for work this bum knows well he didn't perform! I DID NOT RECEIVE AN ESTIMATE PRIOR TO ANY WORK NOR SIGNED AND DATED that says the fabricated trumped up scam work completed was OKAY! He has caused multiple damages to my vehicle, pictures to prove it and inconvenienced me and my children for six months playing scumbag games, defrauding the GOVERNMENT! I have reported this illegal practice company to a multitude of business organizations and have also reported this lemonship to all media news outlets, the congressman/councilman of this ward and many many more government entities. This is not how you do business and justice will be served in this case. This goofball, inexperienced cheating liar is withholding my key even though i have payment because he knows the work was done subpar and mentioned that he couldn't afford to pay his mechanic and was going to use my invoice as a basis to do so because he 'felt sorry' for his mechanic! I have the mileage to prove that this scumbag was driving my vehicle for days, video to prove it, and because I am asking for documents that he wants me to pay for, am now being disrepected. This low life cheater has also called me a "B" several times and told me to "F" off and threatened a woman in his rampant hissy girly fit after being told he was a fraud, a liar and a cheater!
